Dog barking inside, no dishes in the appartment, need to go to the front desk to get it. Draws in the bathroom falling apart. Bathroom sink plugged.

It was a good night. Although around midnight loud people walking the halls. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and they only give one 2 oz bottle of shampoo no conditioner and a bar of soap. Also although it has a kitchenette no bowls plates glasses or cookware available.

A few things about this place. We stayed here for a week and here is what I found, pros and cons. Pros -- the area was quiet, and safe the staff was very friendly the room was mostly clean, there were some spots on the wall and the lampshade on the right side of the bed was dirty. The bathroom was clean and when we asked for fresh towels they were provided. The fridge worked great. The wifi worked well for what was needed. Cons (please note I didn't notify the staff of these issues as they weren't deal breakers and once we find out, we were already settled in our room) The microwave did not work. you do have to request kitchen items there was an outlet that was not functional, which did make one lamp not work. They advertised outdoor cooking options, but there were none. They also advertised a business room, which I was informed was closed. The laundry is reasonably priced in comparison to the surrounding area, but there is no seating in the laundry room to keep watch over your items. I would probably stay here again, as the price was pretty ok.

We arrived around midnight, and the front desk informed us that the keycard system wasn’t working, so she would have to open the room for us using the master key. However, the room she attempted to open was already occupied, which caused some confusion. The front desk seemed unsure about which room to assign us. We were eventually given a room, but since we were four people—two of whom were supposed to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed—there were no extra pillows or blankets provided. To make matters worse, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

We arrive at our room. No sheets in the sofa bed. We had to go get it . Nothing, I mean, not even one plate in the kitchen. You have to go downstairs to get whatever you need and be lucky they have it. The coffee in the lobby is as bad as it gets; they don't filter properly. The lady who was working that night was doing front desk, housekeeping, washing sheets, and dishes at the same time.

MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE! 1: I forgot my key in my room when I had left for they day; when I return a person who I had not seen at the front desk just took my word that I was a guest and gave the correct room information - never asked for ID and gave me a key!!!! 2: the keys kept deactivating, very old school keys, but every time (5x) I went down to get my key reactivated not once did anyone ask for ID. I'm sorry people this is a major security issue!!!! Other tenants were constantly propping the outside back door open so anyone could walk in the building. Another security issue. My room's trash wasn't remove from the last tenant and the floors were dirty - when I removed my socks the bottom were brown - GROSS! There was what looked to be old drywall dust in the closest area from a patch job on the floor so that hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The window curtain was installed approx 6" from the window on a straight bar so there was no way to block the morning light. Very noisy. I think people are actual living here. I saw a room that was so packed for a stuff (hoarder) you couldn't see the room. Lots of doors slamming, kids running in the halls and screaming, stomping on the floor above me. On a positive, the staff was very friendly.

No tv remote, no kitchen equipment (pans, dishes, utensils; toaster, coffee maker). Room smelled smoky. Awkward furniture arrangement-obstructed path from far side of bed to bathroom.

Suite had no plates, silverware, coffeemaker - just poorly run - not worth the cost - facility being used for special services of some kind for state, I think - lots of trash and just below standard for price!

I checked in very late to a room with a queen bed and full size sleeper sofa. Had to go back to get the linens. My son thought the room smelled but I didn't notice it. The hallway smelled horrible-like they had used certain chemical cleaners to try to clean up some kind of mess in the carpet but it didn't quite get it all the way. The room was very clean but was a mix of new and outdated and worn out furniture/fixtures. New TV, new queen bed, new pictures on the wall, and new toilet. The sleeper sofa looked newish but the mattress was horrible and uncomfortable. The table, chair, coffee table and bedside table were scuffed and worn out. But clean. I had to request the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and cups from the front desk---this was my first stay at and Extended Stay so I didn't realize the cooking stuff was not kept in the room. There were no cleaning products provided for the mini dishhwasher or the dishes. I ended up just leaving the dishes in the sink although I did wash one set of items with the kitchen cloth and a bar of soap. On the second night someone who was staying in the room next to mine was able to open my room door with their key card which scared me to death. Additionally, the back door entrance into the hotel that you were supposed to use your keycard for access never worked and so anyone could walk right in. The bathroom door was coming apart and two of the lamps didn't work but I did tell the front desk and they made a note.

Budget locale, but still good for the price. The breakfast is coffee and prepackaged muffins and bars. But the rooms have their own kitchens. You have to request plates, glasses, flatware. That’s to avoid theft. No gym, no vending my schines. But safe location and free parking

Moldy/urine smell

We checked in late, so I recognize this may have affected our experience to a degree, but the hotel was loaded with people outside loitering and smoking. I was cat called by a guest (?) in the far back parking lot. There is nowhere to park out front to check in. I reserved a room ahead of time and then was told by the front desk that they may not have a room for us, and then I had to choose from 3 rooms with issues. Luckily ours was just a non-working stove so that wasn’t an issue. The room itself appears fine at first, but when you look closer, it desperately needs attention. Holes in doors and walls, outlet covers cracked and falling apart, random furniture anchors left in walls, the rubber trim coming away from the wall and exposing a gap filled with dirt, hair and who knows what else. Thankfully the sheets were clean. The bed spread had stains and literal cigarette burn holes. We were the last room at the end of the hall by the stairs and the door opened and slammed shut all night. We would have left if we hadn’t lugged all of our stuff already up to the room and had a toddler well past bed time. Spend the extra $70 and stay at the very nice hotel just down the street.

full of cockroaches, stay away

staff is friendly and did the job great. The property is dirty seeming. Trash barrel outside is full, lots of smokers right outside the front door, it smells bad. Then the lobby smelled like urine. There are over full trash areas in the halls on 2 floors, that also smells. The room itself seems fine, could be a little cleaner in the bathroom. Bed is decent enough. it has everything I need for a short stay.

Nice staff. Clean bed (surprisingly). The hotel is filthy and run down. Awful odors. Trash in the hallways. Parking lot litter everywhere. No excuse for the conditions.

The room had so many roaches in there I was very upset I would never stay there again. They need to do better no one wants roaches all over their clothes and bed when they sleep.

***DO NOT STAY.***Cought 2 cockroach. I do not recommend for family with kids. I felt unsafe With my wife and 2 kids. Thank God styaed only one night. I caught 2 cockroach. We were 4, only 3 pillow. I askes the front desk, no pillows and only one extra blanket was given. AC was making loud noice, sink was clogged and toilet was flushing very slow. Strong smoking smell. I saw people smoking weed by the entrance. I believe secion 8 people are living in many of the rooms. Do not expect hot breakfast, only coffee and store muffins with granola bars. Dogs barking, people screaming in rooms. Another mother was in nearby extended stay with a daughter, she asked for refund when she saw the conditions but was denied. It felt really unsafe. Never again staying. Only good thing is the asian girl working on front desk, she tried to help us alot but there were things beyond her pay scale. Reqlly bad business.

Smoke alarm had been removed in room. Smelled strongly of smoke.

Not much positive I can say besides staff were nice enough. Room was filthy. Dead bugs under the bed. Old food left in fridge and cupboards. Hallways smelled horrible. Won’t be returning to this brand.

The room needs repairs and cleaning. The curtain allowed light in all night long. The tub faucet leaked. The walls were cracked. The side of the refrigerated was pitted and not clean. The rug was sticky and needed replacing. Was definately not worth the money.

Front desk was unattended when I arrived around 6:30 pm. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in. In the interim, I had to listen to a laundry employee's screaming child. The employee did nothing to remedy this. There was a faint smell of marijuana around the entrance. The room itself was okay, except it was missing a toilet paper holder and a towel rack, and the clocks were not set to the proper time. And there was a barking dog in a room a few doors down from me. I chose it for it's location and price. I was not expecting the Taj Mahal. So overall it was okay for the money paid, for a one night stay.

This stay was a good value for the price. The bed had a very squishy top layer, but there was not enough support underneath. One of the lights next to the bed didn’t work.

Room was super spacious

We were only there for about 9 hours. It was comfortable and clean. Our only issue was that the lavatory drain was painfully slow, couldn’t wash up easily because the sink filled up quickly with used water. It’s unsanitary! We reported it to the front desk upon checkout, and did receive an apology. She did fill out a maintenance form to rectify the issue.

The property was okay but not as nice as I anticipated. My biggest concern was when I left this morning @ 6:30 the lobby was unstaffed and the outside lighting was not on, very dark and unsafe. Room: outlet in bathroom doesn't work, I tried to reset GFI but no luck. Handle on entrance door needs attention. .

The good: the room was clean and comfortable. If you're need a room with small kitchen, this has it. The not so good: The air in the building was stale and windows can't be opened. One of the light bulbs in the room was out. The bedside alarm clock didn't work.

The plumbing in the bathroom was terrible!!! The tub would not drain while we showered! The sink would not drain at all. I guess because the toilet flushed we should have been happy. THE ROOM #323 should not be allowed to be rented unless plumbing is repaired.

The staff was attentive and helpful.

I checked in late evening. The lady at the desk , Maria was extremely friendly and cheerful and even though it was a long and tiring day, she brought a smile to my face.

Location and Convenience was good. Room I was assigned was not ready for me when I arrived at late afternoon. Front desk was quick to assign me a new room. When I came back from my meeting after 9:00 PM there was a person sitting in a car outside the entry door I was to use. Nothing bad happened but it was a little unsettling. Could not find a remote control for the TV in the room.

The staff is so rude here I wouldn’t recommend and one to stay here

we arrived and was promptly told that they had no more rooms and that our reservation didn’t matter. we drove 4 hours to this hotel for an early morning surgery. we were left scrambling to find a place and didn’t find one until almost midnight and it put us hours away from the hospital that the surgery was scheduled in. The staff was just like oh well. nothing we can do. They have over sold us. But yet the entire time we were looking the hotel kept coming in search as having rooms available.

The staff was wonderful. Asking all the time if we needed anything. Checking on how we were. And we saw many times where management was making sure staff was ok. Really cared

Very friendly at check in made me feel I chose the right place to stay offered a different room upon checkin if mine wasn’t to my satisfaction which I have never been offered before this time so very satisfying on my end!

This hotel is in urgent need of a renovation. Also, beware that their "breakfast" is actually a store packaged cereal bar.

In the app said that they will have breakfast incluide but in the reality, they have only cafe and te. No good.

The staff were very nice but the hotel is very run down. We had two rooms and one had mosquitoes in it, a slight odor, and no remote control for the TV. The other room also had a slight odor, the iron didn’t work, one of the drawers in the kitchen was broken and there were brown spots on the bathroom ceiling. It seemed clean with not roaches or those types of bugs. The grab-and-go breakfast ran out of oatmeal packets one the first morning and was not replenished during our stay. There were also a lot of people loitering around .

The information on the website that this hotel offers free breakfast is very misleading . They only serve coffee, and there is no sitting area, like most hotels have. I did choose this hotel because of free breakfast and I'm disappointed. Natalie at check in was very helpful .

Would not recommend this hotel. Bed is loud and not comfortable. Pull out couch is also loud and not comfortable and there was food on the floor once the bed was pulled out. Bathroom is not clean, needs major overhaul and has mildew. Faucet keeps falling off and toilet doesn’t flush properly. Smells like it used to be a hotel in which you could smoke. Grab and go breakfast is coffee, tea, hot chocolate, granola bars and packaged muffin.

Nice hotel, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was “to go” and no place to sit down and eat.
