I requested that my room be cleaned and was told that all rooms would be cleaned that day. I returned to my room to find the trash emptied and the bed made, but there was still dirt on the floor (was there when I checked in), the bathroom had not been cleaned (except for the trash). The coffee maker was broken on the bottom. There was only 1 remote for 2 tv’s. The seat on the toilet was loose. The fitness center was non-functioning with a hole in the ceiling and water leaking through. No water in the room - had to purchase for $2.50 from vending machine, smokers (guests) crowding the front entrance. Guests next door were loud, cursing and drinking. As I exited my room I was met with 2 overflowing trash cans. I told the front desk about the noise and he said “nothing we can do”. The breakfast and the dining area. There were no bagels despite having cream cheese available. The food was mediocre (self serve waffles and yogurt were good). The coffee machine was broken, but they did have portable coffee canisters. The staff replaced the food, but didn’t often wiped down the tables when guests were finished. I had to wipe my own table. The light in the “living room” wasn’t working . Told the desk and he said the maintenance staff would look at it - didn’t happen. We discovered the issue ourselves and got it to work. The curtains are dingy and dusty. Stepping into the hall was like riding in an old car with 3 day old smoke trapped in the seats.

No parking on property you must use a parking garage and fees are not included. No checking in early unless you pay extra even if your room is empty. Shampoo and conditioner were in refillable bottles and half empty. TV works half the time if at all. There was no breakfast items at all. The rooms are very small even the ones that sleep 6 people. Basically a cheap ghetto motel. Will never stay there again.

Hotel is totally misrepresented on-line -Comfort Suites should be ashamed of themselves for give this hotel a franchise name. People were nice - but the hotel is dated, no handicap access, park 2 blocks away, dirty, looks like there are people living there, I would not send my wife alone anywhere. Breakfast was decent. I left after one night,

Shower was rather gross, towels too. PA alert alarm wouldn’t stop going off in the morning and we couldn’t sleep. Unclear why that happened. The hallway smelled terrible as well.
