Traffic noise was awful. Room overlooked 695 and noise was loud and ceaseless. TV does not have internet streaming access, or if it does there are no easily available instructions. Parking is an additional $10 a day. I would never stay here again

Gave this hotel another chance after a disappointing stay years ago. Mistake. 1st room was dirty. The toilet seat was dirty so we changed rooms … 2nd room -no fridge no ice bucket.., all ice machines on all floors were broken. My boyfriend had to walk to the Hilton across the street to get ice. Will not stay there again.

The room was exceptionally clean, the hotel was clean, but there is no refrigerator or microwave in any of the rooms. And one of the two elevators was broke the whole time we were there, and the other one sounded like it'd go anytime.

NO housekeeping during the entire stay (Monday-Friday) which meant no trash was removed - bleahhhh non working ice machine on second and third floors, discovered fourth floor ice machine WAS working morning breakfast - tea water was room temperature informed desk person - nothing done one of two elevators stuck on ground floor - when I told the desk person, was informed that someone would accompany me and show me how to use elevator buttons all visible staff on their phones during work - not a glance or a quick call, but long, sustained periods of rapid texting and total focus on the phone and only the phone

Only 2 elevators one not working leak at front desk, kids hanging out at front desk making it uncomfortable to approach staff, room it self wasnt bad and was only for one night but not what you would expect from a Hampton also the pool was outside which normally whatever but it was small gated and look like it hadnt been touched or cleaned in years. Pool was green snd leaved and people smoking all over

Very tired furniture, lobby and public rooms. One elevator was out of service. Other one was slow to stop and open making me super nervous. TV was at least 25 years old without many options. Mattress was super soft, old. Place was fine for a quick overnight with clean bed and bathroom, but not much else to warrant anything more than a 3 star review. There was a person lying down on a bench, sleeping in the breakfast area when we checked in at 6pm.

Overall the stay was good. The rooms were clean. The elevators, hallways, lobby, and surrounding areas were clean. The breakfast was good but the items were not replaced constantly. I had to get different items at different times and the flow of the breakfast was steady but not crazy busy.

When you first come it smelled of cigarettes then my room had no refrigerator and maintenance spot painted the color was off and shower ceiling was repaired but the sparkle work wasn’t finished. It wasn’t smooth.

All of the staff was helpful and nice. The hotel overall needed a reno. Our shower curtain rod was broken and we killed a roach on the bath mirror. However, the breakfast was good with many hot and cold choices.

Proximity to Rt. 95 allowed traffic noise throughout the night, making sleep difficult. The wall in the bathroom near light switch had an area pushed through the wall. If wallpaper not present, would have bee. a hole. Toilet seat was loose. Hotel designated pet friendly and descrijption stated there was an area outside for pets, which did not exist.

The average rooms don't have microwaves. They told me they are planning to add microwaves but not yet. We had to be move to a suite. But the suite's ac/ & heater only worked as an 'On' setting. it went from 50 degrees to 100 degree. It was a difficult experience. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good but ended a little early.

Joel was very gracious, friendly and efficient at checkin. I did not eat breakfast. The room was clean and the overall hotel remodel was a great improvement; although, the toilet in the room was still an old style low flush type.

Made a reservation through Expedia several hours prior to arrival, arrived at 11:55 PM only to be told that there was no rooms available despite a prepaid, nonrefundable reservation. No assistance offered from the front desk to send me over to another Hilton property, no solutions provided. Expedia was great as that they refunded my money quickly. I would expect more from Hilton properties. In the words of Jerry Seinfeld - “You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation”.

Staff was rude when we tried to check in couldn’t find our reservation gave us the runaround for almost 4 hours had to dispute my payment with bank and pay outta pocket to be able to stay daytime staff was able to straighten everything out but after our two night stay. Was a major inconvenience

Let's just be very brief and to the point. I won't stay in another Hampton Inn ever in the future. 1.) Front desk personnel took 25 minutes to show up at the front desk to check me in. 2.) Only one elevator was operational. 3.) No information provided in the room on how to operate the TV, or the HVAC, or anything about the area or hotel. 4.) Even though I specifically made it a point to sign up for maid service, it was not done.

The lady at the front desk had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In these days and times that we are in she was a breath of fresh air. I don’t know what I expected but it definitely wasn’t that. I will definitely stay there again just because of her. I feel so bad because I didn’t ask her name due to the fact that I wasn’t really expecting to write a review. I know her name begins with a M maybe Martha, Mary or Marylyn but if she does get a chance to read this I really appreciate you and thank you!

This would have been our second time staying. We liked it the first time. Breakfast included is a plus. But when we arrived for this trip our room was given away. All Expedia reservations cancelled. And they would do nothing for us. Thankfully we had family we could stay with and slept on the floor with our 2 small children. What if we knew no one? All other hotels were booked out as well. While we were trying to figure things out another family came in after going to their son’s funeral and also had their room given away. They do not honour Expedia bookings. Will never go back.

This property is in a beautiful area with lots of amenities and shopping. It is a tranquil hotel. I had an amazing sleep. Great breakfast, and the staff were happy and entertaining. I would definitely recommend. We were travelling from Florida to Canada and was an easy stop off the 95. :-)

Pleasant, very well-located for Baltimore and for 95N, very fair/reasonable price, very substantial and legit breakfast! This fit our needs for a one night visit to the Baltimore area. Some traffic noise - but not really *bad* - if that's an issue, ask for a less-exposed room. We also got exception help from MaryAnne at the front desk - thank you!

I liked the friendly staff. I disliked being on the fourth and not being able to use the elevator. Also all I got for breakfast was a scone. Waffle batter was empty no bagels etc. nothing left to eat

The overall condition of the hotel was average. The breakfast was below average, and the staff in the breakfast area were extremely rude to customers. They charged $10 a night to park in the hotel lot, even for their customers!
