Hotel was lovely. The two ladies at the front desk were so nice and very helpful. Room was clean, and a great location. However: two elevators not working, hot tub not hot and jets didn’t work properly. Staff in restaurant were inattentive and service was slow ( so only went there once). Parking tower not managed by hotel, so issues difficult to get resolved.

The shower didn’t work. The hot tub was warm at best. Their restaurant had four star process for two star quality. Parking was twice the price of the garage down the street. They nickel and dimed your for ever amenity.

Unfortunately the entire pool/hot tub/spa/sauna was all closed during our visit and nowhere was this mentioned before we booked, so pretty disappointed in that, seeing as it was a big part of why we chose this reservation. The rest of the stay was otherwise great.

I was in Baltimore for two nights with my daughters to see Wicked. We loved the Royal Sonesta! The location was great - overlooking the Inner Harbor and walking distance to lots of restaurants/kid-friendly attractions. Our room was clean and *very* quiet, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom well-stocked. The indoor pool and hot tub were both very nice, parking was easy, and the staff was very friendly. And my girls loved “hiding” on the sofa in front of the window.

This is a great hotel in the Inner Harbor in Baltimore! It's a classy, unique establishment. The room was very spacious with a separate entry way with a closet, the bathroom, and a fridge and counter. The room had a large TV and a desk/workspace area. The parking was extremely convenient. Be aware that there is a $100 per day incidentals charge and budget correctly! Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, boutique hotel in Baltimore near the Inner Harbor and within walking distance of the ballpark and football stadium.

Building is old and has a smell but interior room was clean and bed was comfortable. The problem was in the morning when I walked into the bathroom there was the biggest roach I’ve ever seen. No way was I going back there so I packed everything up and left without showering. SO gross. Also, the front desk was very helpful but the restaurant situation was a mess. One gentleman was doing his best waiting 8 tables, taking takeout orders, and dealing but multiple bar groups. Lots of angry patrons and it just felt like the managers didn’t care at all about guests.

Property was clean and exercise area was great but pool was crowded with kids. Pool was dirty and hot tub was also filled with kids playing Marco Polo. Area around hotel was safe during the day but in the evening it was packed with teenagers fighting. Nice that during the day we could walk across to the Inner Harbor area. Breakfast was fine but expensive. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower head was broken and handheld sprayed everywhere.

Had a huge cockroach in our room. It crawled up onto the nightstand and was by our heads in bed. We were given another room, but no compensation of even a free water for having to pack up and move, or even a sorry. Its a gorgeous property though.

We were in town for a family event. We were able to get our rooms close to each other and a very reasonable upgrade for a beautiful harbor view. The rooms were beautiful and very well appointed. We had a very lovely dinner on site and enjoyed the pool. Staff was excellent. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was beautiful, but there is something seriously wrong with the heating and cooling system. When we walked in our room it was nearly 15 degrees warmer than the hallway. We were able to turn it down to 65 degrees and it seemed to help. When we went to bed it was 72 degrees in the room but as we were sleeping something happened and the heat kicked on. At 5 am it was 94 degrees in our room. Finally at 6 am I went to the front desk and they had a maintenance guy come by, he tinkered around and it turned the heat off but never had the airconditioning turned on. They should consider getting this fixed.

Really not what I was looking for but ultimately fine. We went for a short trip to unwind. The room was huge. The maintenance was poor (leaky windows, awful couch). The big bathroom was borderline unusable because the leaky window made it so cold in there (it was about 10 degrees out). No room service, no movie channels, no access to anything on the TV except 60 channels of cable. TV options were essentially what you'd have had in 1995. It was comfortable enough because we paid for a giant room. The staff is friendly. None of this is their fault. Fundamentally, this place just puts itself out there as something that it isn't. It's a serviceable place to sleep. If you want something nicer than that, you need to go elsewhere.

We stayed for 7 nights in an oceanfront suite. The property is a bit older, but still very nice and comfortable. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance, which made exploring and dining out super convenient. The first five days of our stay were peaceful and relaxing, just what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the last two days were a different story. The guests in the unit above us threw loud parties, played music late into the night, and moved furniture around until 3 a.m. both nights. We reported the issue, and while security did give them a warning, the noise only stopped briefly before starting up again. I ended up sleeping with headphones just to get some rest. Overall, the stay had its highlights, especially the location and the first few days of peace and quiet. But the lack of effective enforcement of noise rules really impacted the last part of our trip.

Needed extra pillows and blankets and it took 2 trips to rhe front desk after 11pm to get them over about 40 minutes. Vending machine was out of all drinks. We initially also made the reservation for a cheaper rate. When i had to shorten the stay they gave me a more expensive rate and didnt tell me. Can see myself going back.

I've traveled extensively around the world, and I can confidently say this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was shockingly rude, petty, and unprofessional. They purposefully made me wait 9 hours to check in with no explanation or apology. It felt like they were going out of their way to be unhelpful. The hotel itself was in terrible shape, nothing about it felt “premium” despite what they advertise. From the rundown condition of the room to the lack of basic hospitality, it was a complete letdown. I was so put off by the entire experience that I checked out the following morning, unable to tolerate another day. To make matters worse, I had a hard time getting my money back.

Worst check in experience ever! We got to the hotel late (10PM) with our two young daughters. Staff was working with a skeleton crew. Room key did not work after many attempts, had to wait for "security/engineering" several times. Finally someone came and realized the hallway door was closed but should always be open. Inside the hallway door are the two doors to the actual hotel room. They had to change our room. We get to our new room after 1 HOUR of this troubleshooting. The new room fridge is broken, they swap out with another that reeks of seafood. It stinks up the room quickly. They finally bring another that works and does not stink. The room was very spacious but shows it's age.

The hotel was oversold upon our arrival, so we Weren't able to check in. Rather than the hotel having everything squared away, i had to find an alternate hotel myself adn pay for it myself extra due tonthe hotel's screwup. Unfortunately. They were never able to redeem themselves and i will never stay here again. They were very disorganized, and i Unfortunately wasted alot of unnecessary time dealing with their screw up.

I wasn't aware of how ghetto Baltimore is. Not a safe place to walk around at night. Even in the daytime, large groups of black youth are loitering or riding bikes like they own the sidewalks. The aquarium was nice but the fish looked nervous too.

The property was convenient to the harbor and Camden yards but the amenities lacked and the hotel is tired The restaurant and bar is closed. It doesn’t share that online. They say for renovation but nothing is going on there. I don’t see it opening anytime soon. Also, they did not service my room between nights.

A pleasant hotel, but nothing special. The fitness area is better than most. The restaurant is only open for dinner, the food is good. The closest convenience store is a long 6 blocks from the hotel, tough when very cold. The hotel convenience store was not functioning.

Everything about the hotel is great. The biggest problem I had was understanding the price I paid was SOLELY for the view and location. It's an mildly above average hotel. Better than middle of the road, but don't expect royalty. Premium rooms? A hair larger than regular rooms, and above the 3/4th floors. THAT IS IT! So choose wisely as I may have saved myself some money there. Toilet paper is Scott y'all. Hair dryer is Conair that barely blows compared to most dryers out in 2026. The pool is a lap pool for the most part. It's small and 5' deep all around. Not really for kids that don't know how to swim, so keep that in mind. The jacuzzi/hot tub is nice enough and big enough, but the water isn't super hot. But hot enough. The gym amenities are good enough. I was able to get a couple good workouts in. Location is fantastic, it really is. The view is super nice, it really is. The rooms are quiet, which is appreciated. I just really thought I was gonna get a bit more. Maybe a 6 pack of water bottles? Maybe a room on the 6th or 7th floor? I don't know. My kid and his best friend were happy. The beds and pillows are comfy. Again, the hotel is great, just know what you are paying for and getting. Self parking was easy enough and I appreciated being able to get in and out anytime I wanted. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, easy parking and great amenities. The pool complex was very nice. You don't usually see hotels with a lap pool lane. The hot tub was very relaxing as well. There is also a basketball court as well as pickleball/tennis court. Dog friendly as well. You can walk the dog in the courtyard near the pool complex. Simple breakfast with pre-made sandwiches, muffins and bagels available for purchase in the coffee shop. Short walk to Camden Yards. I would definitely stay here agin!

We came to Baltimore for a concert at M&T Bank Stadium, and this hotel was in a great location! The stadium was only about a 20 minute walk away, which was super convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city and the water. We also really appreciated the parking situation. There’s a parking garage just around the corner that costs $24 + tax per night. You just need to provide your license plate number when you check in. Once parked, there’s a door from the garage area where you can enter the hotel using your room key, which made things really easy. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Baltimore!
