The lobby looks nice and welcoming other than there was minor construction going on. The hallway rugs and room were dirty. The room smelled moldy. We stayed in room 321 which is an accessible room, it was not good. The beds were uncomfortable, the window shades were broken, the phone didn’t work. The pool was cloudy, cold and dirty. The hot tub was out of service in which the clerk said they were doing maintenance. The hot tub looked like it needed more than maintenance.

The hotel is in a busy convenient area. It had a lot of visitors but for a hotel with 6 stories only one elevator was working. Very inconvenient for many of the guests. Also as I was traveling with my dog I was put in an accessible room which is usually ok, however, the bathroom counter in this room was so small there was no room to put anything. The bathroom was big but poorly designed.

Overall, a great place and value, if you are going in to Baltimore or nearby and want someplace convenient to stores/restaurants and the interstate -- staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks are that (a) it is so popular that locals seem to use the bar as a hang out towards the weekend (which makes it busier), and there are events (parties, etc.) in the conference rooms that also make it busier on some nights. But it is very popular, and I see why. Thank you for our stay.

Check-in was good. The pool service was awful. No towels, the pool smelled bad, and there was a nasty film over the pool water. Also, the room was missing a shade so we had to sleep with light coming in the room. Breakfast was for a charge, but it wasn’t really worth much. Probably won’t stay here again!

Amazing location but that's about it. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This was the main reason i chose this hotel. I also booked a suite, that to my surprise, didn't have a door for the bedroom.

Everyone that travels understands that the hotel holds events but it would be know to give guest a heads up when they check in. Or have separate parking for the event area guest who actually pay to stay there shouldn’t have to fight to find parking when they come in.

Property was well kept but my room looked like it was cleaned. The bed spread had hair on it and it looked dirty and dingy. They were chips on the floor from where the last person must have stayed. The facial tissue was stuffed in the box. They did change my room as my request but first impression was already made

Anytime outside of the hotel all we could smell was weed. Upon check in we found a swarm of ants in the LOBBY. Went into our room and had ants all over the a/c. The woman at the desk was great and cha ged us right away. The rooms are SO outdated and just feel dirty and gross. They have a super musty smell. The pool is absolutely disgusting. Half of the area was taped off, no filter, the pool was SO cloudy and the water was ICE cold (we stuck a hand in out of curiosity because i wouldnt let my kids get in) There were no extra towels for the room. The tub was filthy. There was noone at the desk when we went to check out. The price increased almost 50.00 when billed. Will never stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Check in easy. Jessica cordial and friendly. Assigned Room 330 - blood like stains on sheets, hair on comforter, waited over an hour for housekeeping that never came; 2 phones calls & 2visits to front desk before any resolve. Jessica moved us to another room. Assigned room, #329 - ants traveling in/out of AC/heat unit but we stuck it out. Pics/video taken.

Window shades had holes in them, the fridge are has rotted wood around it, Coffee was not stocked- 1 cup for a 2 person room, coffee machine didn't work right, mold and garbage of previous person on the floor in the shower. Positives: The lobby is nice. The staff was pleasant. The air worked great! Most hotel room air isn’t super cool, so that was a plus! Room was spacious (junior suite). Negatives:The restroom wasn’t very clean. The shower curtain was visibly dirty, the shower wasn’t clean, the vents were hanging off and had rust, dust in restroom and room, and the shades on the lamps were visibly stained/dirty. The side table for the couch was peeling. Needs an update!

The hotel lobby was fabulous. As was the service. Thre room itself was ok, but the bed was hard and made noise when you moved. The filters in the ac unit we’re very dirty, caused my husband to need his inhaler. It was not quiet, and when the pool was open we could hear all the noise from it. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

No soap anywhere in the bathroom. No luggage carts. Room and common areas very tired. Booked a evolution room which is usually an upgrade and a better location. And btw costs more. Our room is just above the very large air conditioning units and over looking the highway - needless to say noisey. Not worth the extra dollars.

When booking through a 3rd party I’ve learned to call ahead to verify info. I verified the hot tub and pool were open 10a-10p. I booked for the brand reputation but this property particularly for the pool/hot tub. When I arrived I asked again if the pool was open, I was told yes. I went to my subpar disappointing room, ordered dinner and proceeded to the pool that was CLOSED more than 2 hours early. Front desk attendant said maintenance didn’t tell her they were closing it or why. I explained that was my sole reason for booking this property…she asked if I was a member of their reward program I said yes but I booked through a 3rd party she promptly said oh, well then sorry I can’t do anything for you! I used $72 in key cash and then paid just as much in actual money for this one night to find it grossly out dated & in disarray and in need of an update. I asked the front desk about that she said yeah, our stuff is old…we are last on the list to get updated I don’t know why though, we really need it. I could have gotten 2 nights at a newer hotel for this money, but I expected this BRAND to be better! I have to go to this area 2 to 3 times a year for medical care and can’t afford to waste money. The one time I splurge I was terribly disappointed. Rusty lights, stained ceilings, torn shower curtain, very loose shower handle, fridge/feeezer useless. Not to mention the new key cash program is horrible compared to the old stamp program! So I earned less than $2 for a $150 booking.

Unfortunately, we had a rough stay. The halls reeked of pot, both nights we intended to stay had big events, and we ended up leaving early because of how noisy the hotel was overall and particularly loud neighbors. This hotel has an event center, which was a surprise (now I know to always look). We just wanted a quiet place to stay to visit friends. When we checked out early, they didn't offer anything other than to move us to a different floor. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Never been in a hotel for this price and the continental breakfast isn’t included and even the free coffee is out. Mopping right when people are awake and coming out of the shower elevator so you almost fall. And the carpets feel completely gross. Place isn’t worth the price pint at all

I didn't like that they originally took the money out my account then refunded it back into my account after trying to mobile check in then finding out they added a 75.00 holding fee on the the price I already had to pay at the property wish I would have known they were going to add that so I could budgeted for it then the breakfast wasn't told it was a you pay 17+ dollars more on and not a free breakfast
