Excellent staff, really on their game. The room was very good, with a comfortable bed, great view of the harbor and quiet. Everything worked, everything was clean. The rooftop bar should be named the garage top bar or poolside bar, because it is not on the top of the hotel. It also closed before we got there, and it was not very late when it closed. The Bistro also seemed to have rather limited operating hours. Other than those minor inconveniences, I would rate this hotel as very good.

The pool is much smaller than it looks in pictures. It's about a 15 x 15' square pool.. the curtains in the room of cuts, so the sun came in very strong in the morning. And the bar on the third floor closed very early.

The manager rents out the pool and rooftop so it is closed to the hotel Guests then refused to compensate. The front doors are all broken. The manager is rude and lies saying the pool beung closed and rooftop was well Advertised but it wasn't on their website or other places. I'm calling bbb and filing report on them..

Overall, the hotel was nice. Easy check in, nice room, nice location. The problem I had was parking. I messaged the property before staying and they said self parking was $35 a night. I parked in the garage and when I left I was charged $79. I wasn’t even in the garage 24 hours. This is ridiculous and I am just confused why they messaged me $35 and it was $79. Hotel is nice, but beware of parking charges.

Pretty good hotel. There’s a pool / bar on the 6th floor. We were put on 7th floor so we heard the bar music and it was tough to get in an afternoon nap for us and our baby. Fortunately the bar music didn’t last into the night. The other pain point is the elevators. They’re an odd shape it’s a nightmare if you’re trying to get to your room if a huge event from camden yards lets out and there’s a surge of people trying to use them.

The service was excellent. We stayed there for the pool, which was on the rooftop with a great view, but it was unheated and there was no Jacuzzi. Even the eager 7 year old couldn't swim and it was August!

Only dealt with staff at check in and she was pleasant. Amenities were dated and it showed. Towels were visibly dirty and the room power outlets didnt all work had to plug my charger in the opposite end of the room to one that worked. I wont be staying here again for the price vs what you get.

Marijuana and cigarettes smells were coming through bathroom vent from another room. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The staff was somewhat sympathetic to our issue. The odd part to begin our stay is that our room wasn’t ready at 4pm (Check in time) so we had to wait (weird). Once we received notification that our room was ready, finally got to the room and it smelled of cigarettes. We called to the front desk and told them and had to haul our luggage cart back downstairs to get another room to be told that our second room wasn’t ready so we had to wait in the lobby. Our second room was okay, had some damage to the wall and shower needed a deep clean between grout lines. Our hotel experience was ok, underwhelming considering the price. Jose at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Penny from the breakfast buffet was so sweet and very accommodating. She was fantastic!!!!

The hotel need to be updated. My bathroom sink had a big huge crack that rusty looking water would come out of. Hyatt use to be a 4 star hotel but it appears to be a 3 star now. The bed was clean. Got an already stained towel one day. There is a lot of food options all around the inner harbor area.

Upon getting into our room it smelled So bad of weed and cigarettes. We were traveling with two children. They switched us to another room but the photos of this hotel do no match the actual hotel. It was Hot throughout the common areas like the air didn’t work. The pool was dirty and does not look like the pictures on their website.

I would say this was a decent hotel, with a lot of potential. It's in the perfect location in Baltimore, but the service was lacking a bit. Upon check-in, I requested a quiet room (which I do everywhere) and the front desk told me there was no way they could assess that. So we were placed in a room facing the pool where the DJ was playing for several hours. Then the room air conditioning and faucet wasn't working, and when I reported it, the front desk was not at all apologetic, just took notes and has someone fix the issues. The individual who fixed the issues was kind. The food at Grille620 was not great and I would not return. Finally, the parking is tricky as you have to keep your ticket and scan a QR code, and the front desk did not explain that clearly so I was stuck on the way out. The parking attendant was helpful, however.

The staff really went above and beyond. From the valet drivers to the front desk staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay convenient and pleasant. We were able to leave our car with valet and our luggage with bellboy while we enjoyed the surrounding area after check out. Staff helped give us walking directions and restaurant suggestions that were spot on. Really great location with the friendliest staff!

Terrible check-in experience. Usually trying hotels chains I am not a member to see if I can do better than Hilton and IHG as a high mileage business traveler. And booking manager. I just never expected that the experience of checking in could be traumatic at any hotel. This was. Had to call Hyatt customer service to be able to check in at the hotel. Because their hotel employee refused my reservation saying that I didn't have a reservation because of my compounded last name. He refused to talk to the agent on the phone saying that was a me problem. Etc. Finally after speaking to Hyatt they were able to independently get in touch with the property so I could check in after a 6.5 hour drive. Never not even at a confort inn on the road have I encountered this level of treatment and rudeness from a hotel employee. Train your people. Never again Hyatt! Your follow up was not there either.

Property was average. Check in was terrible - got there at 4:00 on a Saturday and there was a huge line. When I finally got to the front I was told the room wasn't ready. Waited about 40 minutes while others got there rooms except us and one other group. Finally went up to the desk on my one and was told room still was not ready. Upon asking for management, the women at the desk went to a back room and all of a sudden I had a room, by this time it was nearly 5:00.

Although there was a line to checkin, I wasn't a inconvenient. The refreshing lemon-lime cucumber water kept me cool & hydrated. Rose, the front desk clerk, was incredibly accommodating with my last minute request. Despite the busy lobby, she took the time to explain the amenities, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to Rose recommendations, I knew the best times to visit the pool & the best time to gre a bite to eat at the Market or Rest. I an enjoyable stay & will recommend the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor to family and friends

The hotel was great. Nice room, nice breakfast (pay in advance with booking for a much better rate), nice gym, etc. Sadly, the Inner Harbor area is not vibrant and fun area that it once was. Several of the restaurants have closed and left the area. A local guide told us that crime has been on the rise and the restaurants and other businesses have left, in part, as a result. She advised us not to walk around too late in the evening. Not what you want to hear from a local guide…or maybe it is (when true)!

Location was excellent. Front desk staff very professional. Check in was prompt. The room was just as pictured. The hotel lobby and facilities were as pictured. The food in the restaurant delicious. The staff all professional. We had dinner and brunch. Both meals salmon very good and brunch many choices and the price moderate. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, highly recommend. I was given a room without a shower. At 11:30 PM after a huge NFL playoff game not one bar or restaurant was open in the hotel; I could not even get a can of soda in the hotel and it was in a sketchy area and didn't want to walk around. The staff was extremely nice but I would never stay at the hotel again. I felt like I was staying at a convention center and not a hotel.

Staff were very friendly. Room was fine- bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. The common areas like the elevator, pool area, lobby needed more cleaning. You could see the dust in the corners when coming down the elevator. The breakfast was ok $34 dollars for continental breakfast buffet with a limited options not the best. The “Market” didn’t have much (snacks) so it’s like what’s the point just walk up to the cvs. Great location. Pretty quiet pool was tiny shockingly tiny and could’ve been cleaner. All in all it was OK.

Nice room. Clean and well supplied. Keurig works and the little packages with the sugar and powdered creamer have enough in them to actually get a decent first morning coffee. Location obviously is great. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast buffet at Bistro 300 was good. Plenty of fresh bread and English muffins that you toast yourself. The scrambled eggs actually looked and tasted good and they have some shredded cheddar cheese there and some ketchup if you like. The sliced potatoes with onions were very good. Bacon and 2 types of sausage were great and they had French toast. Fresh fruit was good, especially the strawberries which were very nice with a creamy maybe yogurt to put on them. Plenty of pastry as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The TV is huge and says that it has a Chromecast, which I thought would be great to look at the pictures and videos that I had taken with my phone but it didn't work. One thing... The door makes a clicking noise just randomly. I thought maybe someone tried the handle the first time it happened. Just a single click, randomly every now and then. Makes me think maybe it happens when the elevator doors open and the air changes or something. It didn't really bother me but I was traveling alone. It would have drove my wife crazy lol. Overall, I had a very good experience here

Best: valet staff, front desk staff, rooftop pool bartenders, we loved the glass elevators, good view of the harbor (even with a partial view room), beds are comfortable, easy walking distance to a lot of great interest points (and close, ~1 block, to a water taxi stop) Needs work: No food/snack vending or shop after hours, the room was dated and a bit shabby, the bathroom was very weird, dated, and had moldy areas With so many other choices in the inner harbor area, for the price, we probably won’t choose this one again until they renovate

the air conditioner was broken. It would not stop running. We got to our room very late and it was freezing. we could not cut it off. The next day they came and cut it off. He told us if we wanted to have it turn back on we would have to call the desk, even if you want to change the temperature' We had no control over the thermostat

• huge fan at ice machine, severely stained rug from leaking water • blackout curtains did not connect to wall lots of gaps of light simple Velcro or wait at the end of curtains can fix. Pleased overall with curtains just gaps of light ad Velcro snaps buttons something.. • 1p check out. 12p/12:15p knocks….was in a suite was it was rude…just a little • needed a comforter…seems like only a summer blanket was provided Pleased with room staff so helpful at the desk, garage attendant not so much. Friendly valet, shop needed more convenient store items. It was more like a café. Glad i had a high floor room will stay again Praise staff for their smiles, explanations and quick check in. Loved the security of the lobby bathroom and its decor Thanks for a nice stay
