The good: Your staff is excellent from check-in/check out housekeeping, concierge, servers and bartenders! Congenial, Jovial, Helpful, Warm, Funny, Real!!! The bad: Dinner rush overwhelmed staff. No buns for burgers served with sliced bread; no roasted chicken. Servers were great but stressed. The ugly: Elevators!! only 2 were working- long wait on floors with each elevator opening stuffed with people. Long line in lobby for elevators.

Staff was AMAZING! Everyone helpful, friendly. Must be a good place to work as good management makes good employees. Concerned that fitness room lock doesn't work. Anyone can get in. Security should be better in an inner-city facility. Was disappointed that maids change my towels even though they were hung up to save resources. But they did a good job of cleaning my room.

Hotel is dated but clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Parking is a cruel joke as you are supposed to register before parking but there is very limited space. It’s chaotic and stupid. Let people park before registering.

At one point I was working out in Fitness Center with approximately 4-5 others in the center. there was no water as the 5-gallon jug was empty. I called and someone said they would have someone bring another jug, but it never arrived. I was there for another 40-45 minutes.

It was great being so close to Camden Yard for the Orioles game. All of the employees we encountered were very nice and competent. The parking was a mess. Everyone arrives at check-in time but no one can access the parking deck until they check in. So you have to leave the car in line, stand in line to check in, then come back out and park the car. It is very inconvenient and incredibly inefficient.

Perfect spot if you’re going to the baseball game. You can walk to the field within 5 mins. Two great options for eating right in the lobby. The bar is downstairs as well. They had free drinks from 5-7 in the evening served by the hotel. There is always fresh water and a water filing station. If you rent a car there is paid parking for 34$ a day in the garage. The rooms are huge and comfy with a mini fridge.

I was disappointed with this stay. We didn’t get to check in until after 4 pm even though reservation stated check in was at 4pm. Came into town for the Yankees game and missed the first three innings waiting to check into room. Was told the room was not yet ready yet. When we were finally able to check in, disappointed when we got to the room. You could definitely tell the cleaning was rushed. Floor was not vacuumed and there was still trash from the previous guest. Makes me not want to stay here ever again.

It is shameful that they have thr Marriott name attached to this place. If you want the feel of a sleezy truck stop stay this is the place for you. Hot water wasn't working, stains on linens, shower head was disgusting, ceiling peeling, wall paper peeling off walls, analog TV, no fridge in the room, homeless people roaming the property begging for money. The list goes on. The only decent part of this trash hotel was leaving it!

We were issued 3 room changes because we found mold in each room we were given. Black mold, growing behind the wallpaper and on the ceiling. There has been zero effort to hide it. This is the dirtiest, most unsafe hotel I have ever stayed at. They also charge you 34 dollars to park! The exact same amount the public pays to park. The website did not say this when we booked.

Location was great! The room was just ok. The plumbing was something to be desired in the bathroom above the toilet area and a few other places. Nothing that hindered our stay, but yikes. Also, if you are a TV enthusiast, sorry to say they had maybe 10 channels and the TV was as outdated as the decor in the room….

The room I was in did not have a way to set the temperature. The lid on the heating/cooling apparatus was stuck closed and I was not able to access the controls that I presumed were there. The only adjustment was to turn the Cooling system totally off or on. The former produced a temperature of about 76 degrees and the latter about 68.

Bed was very soft and had a dip in the center. The food options were great and the proximity to restaurants and the Orioles stadium was perfect. Would be nice to have a small microwave in the room. The furniture that holds the TV could be replaced as the door won’t stay closed. The TV needs replaced (lines running through it) and it would be nice to have a few more channels to watch. Would be nice for linen amount to match number of guests staying in the room versus having to ask.

Great location, nice lobby and restaurants. The bed was comfortable but needs a real comforter. The shower is very small but loved the water pressure and it gets hot which I loved. Room decor and furniture is very outdated and being downtown, the outside traffic noise is very noticeable even throughout the night.

This hotel has not been improved in some time. It's run down and poorly maintained. The rooms bed was a crater in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Oddly, the room was muggy and moist everywhere, even with the air conditioner on quite high. Lastly, there was no place in the entire room to plug in a USB cable, forcing me to go to the lobby and purchase one to plug into an outlet. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Location was very walkable. Unfortunately, check in was HORRIBLE! When they sent us a check in email, they asked what time we would be arriving. Why ask us that when it didn’t matter. They told us our room wasn’t ready and most likely thru would not be checking anyone in until after 4pm. They would text us. We went to the Orioles game. By the time we got back, the lobby was full of people waiting in line and waiting with children for their room. After waiting in line, the nice man apologized for the wait, but said we’d have to go talk to the 3 managers standing there. At that point, I was not happy at all. This is a well established hotel chain. They knew we were all coming. Why weren’t they prepared? Check in was over 4 hours ago. They told me they didn’t have a room available with my bed choice that I booked over 4 months ago. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy. If I wanted a room with that, I’d have to wait longer. We took it after some choice words. The manager was very respectful and calm. He did comp our night, but we won’t be back. DO NOT STAY HERE ON A NIGHT OF AN ORIOLES GAME!

Stayed for a Phillies game. Location is great for Camden Yards. Check-in was crazy - stood in an insanely long line for having pre-paid thru Expedia. Room was okay - but definitely needs the renovation that is supposed to be coming soon. Air conditioning was great the first night, but something happened by the second night because the room was not really cool. Lobby was very crowded both nightsp but Phillies fans were in town so that might have been the reason. I would stay again - but would probably first look at other options.

Nice hotel, nice room, convenient parking, and an easy walk to Camden Yards. But we asked for a feather-free room beforehand and twice when we got here. Never happened. We went through the pillows ourselves to separate out the feather pillows from the foam. It was a matter of health (allergies), and the hotel apparently didn't take us seriously. Disappointed in the lack of responsiveness, but we didn't let it spoil our stay in Baltimore!

The stay was rather disappointing. We get to the hotel, staff was friendly. But they stated that they were updating the key system and gave us a “temporary “ key for our room, which would be a one time use. They stated to come back later and they would give us our normal keys. We excepted that and went to our room. Once we got to our room the room was very dated and dilapidated. The tv was beyond small and all the furniture was very worn and dingy. We then looked at the bathroom which was very small and dilapidated as well. The toilet felt like you were sitting on the ground and the shower was so small you couldn’t turn around in it. Well we put that aside and decided to go down to the lobby bar. Once there I attempted to order a draft beer, to which the bartender replied that all the taps were not working. Then I peered over to an adjacent room and saw a beer and wine wall, to which the bartender replied to my dismay that those are also not functioning. We then decided to cut our losses and go to the baseball game. Once returning from the game at around midnight we inquired about the room keys and hotel staff stated that the system is still down and we are only able to get another onetime use key. Overall staff was friendly but for the price we paid for our stay, the accommodations were less than desirable.

We came in for Orioles baseball. The accommodations were great. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We ate pizza at the Firewood Grill. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here! We plan to stay here again when we come from North Carolina for Orioles baseball.

The only complaint I would have is Saturday afternoon. He tried to eat lunch at the Yard restaurant in the lobby and no one was there to help us. So we were across the street to pickles, which was very good. I’m not sure if the Yard were shortstaffed or what was going on at the time, but we did eat at the yard For lunch and that was good

Great stay! Hotel bar/restaurant was amazing and had really reasonable prices. Only downsides were that room was not ready at check in time- could not get in until after 5 PM…lots of construction going on and hotel felt a little dated and disorganized.

Quick, easy check-in super nice Lobby with bar and Restaurant right there. Brand new well equipped exercise room. Approximately 10–15 minute walk to stadiums and Harbour Place. Furniture in room and refrigerator could use updating.
