This hotel has a really nice view and the location can't be beat. It's clean, well updated, and quiet. However, not having free wifi in this day and age is a bit ridiculous. There was also no option for room service, though it's listed as an option on hotels.com.

What a disappointment. The hotel highlight- convenient, inner harbor location. We paid for a harbor view room & were on the 19th floor w/ a beautiful panoramic view! BUT... . We should've been told that there's construction going on through April (?longer), in the lobby entrance & elsewhere. The pool, fitness center & 3rd floor patio were closed. They provided passes to an outside gym but who wants to take a jacuzzi or sauna & then have to walk back to your hotel. . The hotel has NO Concierge...what major hotel doesn't? I guess the Marriott Waterfront Baltimore. When asked about Hop-on-Hop-Off buses you'd think we were speaking a foreign language. . The staff has no street maps to give out so no ability to easily map out directions for points of interest or the location of local transportation. We received comments like "check for maps on the internet" AND "go to the visitor's center, they'll have everything you need" (btw, it was closed that day with plumbing problems) AND ""they" don't give us maps anymore so we can't help you" ??????? . There's NO bottled water provided in the room (unless you're a BONVOY member & you ask for it). . There's NO late checkout unless you're a BONVOY member & you ask for it. But you can't set it up in advance. You have to go to the front desk on your checkout date in advance of checkout time ... otherwise you'll be locked out of your room at regular checkout time. . There's NO FREE WIFI anywhere in the hotel.

Few areas that need addressing. Dirty elevators. Scratched doors. Employees that speak zero English and carry bad translators. It shouldnt take 6 minutes to ask an employee for 2 extra sheets. Dirty carpet in my room also and massive hall noise after 10 PM

Place was clean and staff was great. Beautiful place to stay. Lots of options to eat out. The hotel has its own parking garage. Family friendly and right in front of the harbor which it was perfect to walk to restaurants and the aquarium. Beautiful place to stay in.

My family and I loved the harbor view both during the day and night. The property and rooms were very clean. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves comfort and cleanliness.

Cleanliness is an issue, the bed linens and pillows had a not so clean smell, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Needs some updating. Staff did not provide us with a twin queen bed that was reserved on Expedia. Will not go back

When it comes to cleanliness, this may be the cleanest hotel I have visited in decades! I am very much a germaphobe and normally have to wipe down intimate areas of hotels with my own cleaning products. I did not have to do that at this property which was great! The rooms and hallways are recently renovated and beautiful. All of the other areas are just average. The restaurant was also average but came in handy. Staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. I will visit again and try to enjoy some of the nearby shopping next time. We had other priorities in DC during this trip. I say 9/10!

Property was clearly going through renovations, but the main lobby/common areas were very dated. Room was very spacious, but the walls were paper thin. There was a group of people in the hall for about a half hour around 1am that woke us up. We could also hear our neighbor’s tv all night through the wall. Our water temperature was strange. We had little cold water. The water was boiling hot (steam coming out of the sink). We had someone look at it, and the sink was better, but we couldn’t move the sink or shower nozzle or it would get boiling again.

I was very surprised by the fact online says room service available but there was not. We notified the front desk at check in it we were celebrating my birthday. He was nice enough to offer us a bottle of champagne. That we never received. Then we were charged 12.95 a day for “WiFi” that never worked. Not my best experience at a Marriott property there were also no toiletries like shower cap or lotion in the bathroom.

Nice views and easy to get to things around the harbor! My room was near the elevator and I could hear it squeaking the entire stay, but It wasn't annoying enough to ask for a change.

The room was big and comfortable. I especially liked the chaise by the window, great for gazing out at the lovely view, and I appreciated the disability-friendly accommodations. But what really made the visit was the courteous, kind staff, from the bellman that greeted us when the car drove up to the person at checkout.

Incredibly noisy hallways. There were people partying on our floor until midnight. We did love the water refill station in the lobby. We also appreciated the complementary toothbrush kits. Room was clean and comfy, but AC wouldn’t keep up with our settings overnight. Don’t love the bathroom design. Very loud when someone is using it.

This hotel offered more than we expected! We stayed in a deluxe 1 bed Suite, our room had three separate views of both the city and the water!!! yes, this hotel is right in the heart of the city and it’s so convenient to get around to other restaurants and attractions. Everyone was so sweet and professional, that Customer Service was outstanding!

Staff were rude and not accommodating in the slightest. Lost my ID on the trip and they refused to check us in despite having digital identification and the card we paid with. After talking to the manager and attempting to transfer our reservation into my wife’s name, they finally “did us a favor” and checked us in using my wife’s ID.

This was a fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be interested in making your stay the best it possibly could be. We left our bags at the hotel before our room was ready, which was a nice feature so that we could go walk around while we waited. The room was clean, and had a great harbor view. Close enough to walk to the stadiums(about a 45 minute walk) and close to the national aquarium. The breakfast down stairs was awesome (the buffet on the weekend was pricey, but i recommend it). All in all a great positive stay. I would stay here again, no question. The picture was our view from our room.

I requested early check in and was treated rudely by the lady at the front desk. She brushed me off. Didn’t look at my account to see if I was eve had a confirmation or nothing. I arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t get into my room until I made a complaint and I got my keys at 3:15/3:30. Unacceptable.

The entire staff, valet, bellhop were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT, the food stations were presented perfectly and it was all fresh. The view outside the hotel was just breathtaking, seeing the Harbour at night was beautiful.

Very nice hotel. My room was great with a great view. Only issue the staff wasn’t the usual level for a Marriott. The checkin took way too long. Valet told me they are sold out. Etc. seems the few people I came across weren’t excited to help

The worst experience ever. The guest service agent accidentally charged my card for $435.61. I immediately inquired about the transaction and was given several versions of it was an error on their behalf. I basically was told check out and the hold would release. A short weekend stay, by Tuesday the funds were still not back in my account. I called the hotel, a manager rectified the issue. I immediately received my money back to my account. Two weeks later the funds disappeared again, basically the manager’s assistance transaction was an adjusted temporary credit, after system updates the money was debited back from my account. I contacted the hotel back was pushed to accounting, and accounting transferred me to reservations after I asked for a manager. I seriously overpaid for a two night stay at this hotel. Super busy, high traffic, 12th floor, non- renovated room, bathroom and havac system very dated. I will never do business with Marriott again.

This was a fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be interested in making your stay the best it possibly could be. We left our bags at the hotel before our room was ready, which was a nice feature so that we could go walk around while we waited. The room was clean, and had a great harbor view. Close enough to walk to the stadiums(about a 45 minute walk) and close to the national aquarium. The breakfast down stairs was awesome (the buffet on the weekend was pricey, but i recommend it). Hotel staff are attentive and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and gorgeous view of the habor and the city skyline. Weekend breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The coffee cafe made a perfect americano with almond milk everytime. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many great day time attractions and then a vibrant nightlife. Highly recommend this hotel and also the Inner Harbor location!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff when I walked in was okay. The desk receptionist that checked me in was pleasant. My room was beautiful. I loved every square foot. I stayed in Baltimore for my birthday and I'm glad I choose this hotel. I stayed in a corner room with a pretty good view of the harbor and the city. I didn't notice a vending on my floor and the cafe is experience. I got a coffee, a muffin and juiced drink and that was $20. So bring snacks if you're a snacker. The hotel is close to many stores/restaurants.. taco, Starbucks, juice spot etc. amongst other shopping opportunities. Parking is pph, thru an app and 24 hours is about $20, and you can extend thru the app. I plan to visit again and this hotel is at the top of my list.

Loved my view of the harbor from the 18th floor. The location is unmatched. Walkable along the water and many dining, bar and shopping areas nearby. IMO, their hotel reataurant is not thst great nor do they offer room service.

The Marriott Waterfront is an excellent hotel located in a dynamic area with great amenities. Within walking distance to quality restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately the weather was horrible so stayed in and went everywhere via Uber. Enjoyed a wonderful Sunday brunch. A typical Marriott experience.
