Nice staff. Parking could be clearer coming in because hotel parking is not the garage parking. Views from rooms vary greatly—nice harbor view seems worth it. We saw (and heard) AC system. Beds comfortable. Very convenient location for inner harbor. 2 solid resaurants (though pricey) on site. AC seems to be good but only on one level of fan and it toggles in and off. Can get cold depending on where you are sleeping based on high fan speed.

Very convient place to stay right in the harbor. Great dining options located right in the building and a great place to stay due to location. Eveything is close and once we parked there was no need to get in the car to drive at all. Everything in walking distance and so accessible. Great dining options all Around the area . Staff were excellent and very helpful! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay celebrating our Anniversary for a weekend. We will be back to stay there! Very pleased.

Front desk staff was very polite and smiled the entire time she checked me in. The room was a tad dated but huge (we had a suite). The only disappointment we had was not from the hotel itself but from Expedia suggesting they have a pool (they do not).

The location is great and the staff was very friendly. The room was nothing special but it was nice enough and clean. The hotel itself was a little bit run down. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and I even got momentarily stuck in it for a few seconds without it moving. Thankfully I was able to open the doors and get off We ate dinner at Mcormick and Shmicks which is in the hotel. Dinner was really bad. Our server was nice but food was not good at all.

The main automatic double doors to the hotel were broken. We had to enter through a man door that had a broken pneumatic arm so the door hit you in the back as soon as you walked through it. I'm 69 years old and it almost knocked me down the first time it happened. The entire hotel has TWO luggage carts so my husband had to carry all our luggage across the lobby to the elevator. One of the two elevators was apparently broken as it never responded the two days we were there. The hotel should have been remodeled 25 years ago. The furniture is old, scratched and cheap. The door almost fell off on the cupboard that held the mini frig. The mattress was old, stained and was very worn out. The bathtub had chips in it, the bathroom floor was chipped and stained. There was an adjoining room with a hole near the lock that had toilet paper shoved in the hole! Worst of all the shower head was broken so ONLY cold water came out of it. I bathed standing up at the sink. Parking is listed as an amenity, they wait until you get there to tell you it's $30/day. Breakfast, still not sure if we'll get charged for that, was horrid. They have a supposed cook who can't make over easy eggs, the bacon was mostly raw, the potatoes seemed to be 3 days old and crunchy and the coffee was so disgusting we couldn't drink it. Employees were surly at best, they acted as if they'd rather be anywhere but there and I can't say I blame them. For $267.50/day I'd rate this hotel a cheap dump.

Very clean hotel in a great location particularly for our visit to see a concert at Pier 6. Was able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Felt safe and could walk along the water for some nice views. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Had a happy hour from 4 to 6 with 2 free drinks, so we sat in the spacious lobby on a comfortable sofa and had a couple of drinks and really enjoyed ourselves. Over all just a nice hotel in a great location. Parking next to the hotel at a cost, but very convenient. We parked once and then walked to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend staying there to anyone visiting the inner harbor or staying over night to check out the city. Just a recommendation, the beds are comfortable, but the pillows are bulky. No problem having some like that but some flatter ones in the room for those who do not like to have their necks at a severe angle would be great. We would stay there again, but probably bring our own pillows.

Check in delayed but found after 5 mins. Shower curtain in bathroom roped numerous places causing water on floor. Hand rail in shower broken. Breakfast good with excellent service but chairs firs day were filthy. Balcony had beautiful view. Room smelled great every time we entered. Cockroach came out under air conditioner. Bedding was a little dingy. Air conditioning was extremely cold. Fridge was very cold. TV was clear and channels adequate.

Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel.

Stayed here during a concert. Closest hotel to Pier 6. Convenient! McCormicks in hotel was AMAZING. Dead bugs on bathroom floor. Carpet on the other side of the wall from the bathroom/shower was soaked from clearly a bathroom leak. No towels, washcloths of hand towels were in the bathroom for us. Blood and hair on the floor of bathtub. GROSS.

31 dollar parking fee surprised me. Feel parking should be included when paying over $200 a night. Also bed sheet didn’t fit bed. They used a queen for a kind bed. Kept popping off. Didn’t look 100% clean. Location is great. Some staff is nice but one seemed rude when asked a question. Facial looks were negative. Carpet feels disgusting. Think all hotels should go with a carpet free floor if they don’t want to clean their carpet. Outside looked fine.

Hotel looked nice and lobby was nice. The rooms looked like they haven’t been updated in quite a few years. The balcony was nice but you had to step in water from air conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable. I will find a different hotel next time.

We enjoyed our room here. Our balcony overlooked the aquarium and water canals, but it did connect to the room next door which was kind of strange and the other balcony just had a little iron gate between it so you could see the other people if they were outside,! It was still a great location and very convenient to get around for a quick one day stay in Baltimore.

This hotel is dated, especially room decor. Sound between rooms crazy loud (more below).Balconies nice if you can get that. Breakfast buffet included with room on weekend was surprisingly plentiful and good!! Advertised happy hour was quicker than advertised, only on weekdays I guess, and nothing special. Great happy hour at attached McCormick and Smick's FYI. Parking garage and lot across cheaper than hotel. You can walk to anything in Inner Harbor from here so the location is great. Note on sound level: Unbearably bad if there's a connecting door (maybe without even). Next door was ridiculously loud latenight and then the front desk called MY room at 2am to say they'd had complaints!! Really? How about do your homework by walking upstairs before guessing and waking up a guest that was one of the ones suffering? So service needs to be improved.

King Room was spacious & well designed. Overall the Hotel was aesthetically pleasing and within 5 minute walk to National Aquarium as well as a multitude of restaurants. The people working there were extremely friendly & helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect and they upgraded us to a suite with 3 balconies which was great! The lobby was quiet most of the day. Unfortunately when it was time to sleep we did not get much. The walls were paper thin, and I could have sang along with the music that was being played all night until 5/6am. The second night I was awaken around 2:30am by casual talking for a couple hours. No coffee maker in the room so that was inconvenient for my morning. I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice location. The doors are too loud when they close. We could hear the neighbors and it sounded like they were slamming the door but the doors don’t close quietly. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything is nearby. Old plumbing. Tub stopped up with water.

Really upset of my stay in this hotel. As soon as you swip your card they will start making transactions about fees with out been detailed what fees they are charging. In the past I have stayed in different hotels and never been in a stituation like this.$100 fee incidential, $30 fee early checking ,35 parking. the other transactions made I dont understand from what I even check out the they before and they keep charging fees from my account... Whats going on...

Tico was very friendly and accomodating at the front desk upon check-in. He suggested lots of places to visit and restaurants to eat. He was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite with a nice view of the harbor as well. He is a wonderful asset to your hotel!!

We had a two night stay for my husbands birthday Sunday -Tuesday. We arrived about 12:30 pm on Sunday and took a chance we might be able to check in early. The sweet front desk receptionist, Linita, was so kind and got us in to our room immediately. She was so friendly and helpful. We came past her several times during our stay and every time, she was so friendly and had such a welcoming smile! Our room was clean with a harbor view. I would say it could use just a little bit of updating to the bedside tables and perhaps adding an outlet to the bathroom. Our shower was awkwardly shaped but, truthfully, other than that, it was a great stay. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our key on the second night and I went back down to the front desk and another sweet girl, Angel, helped me quickly and got me back in to my room immediately. With all of the reviews I read, I was concerned about what kind of customer service we would receive but I thought they were incredible. We will be back! Thank you to both Linita and Angel and the sweet woman who we gave our keys to this morning, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. Customer service like this should be recognized! Great stay!

While we booked through hotels.com, the hotel itself emailed about possible available add ons and upgrades. When submitting for upgrades they were all unavailable, no problem, it says that on the page. I did submit for an early check in with a charge. They system messaged back that it was available. Check in was supposed to be at 1 and we arrived around 2:15. We were told that our early check in wasn’t guaranteed and wasn’t ready. They need to change the system to indicate that even if approved, they will make no effort to make it happen. The room was just ok, you could hear everything outside and next door through the walls. Everything definitely appears old, see attached photo of the shower curtain. The location is great.

First off, the lady at the front desk was super nice! Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the harbor. We walked to dinner that night at Phillips Seafood and the aquarium the next morning. Less than 5 mins to both places. Will definitely be back!

The location is fantastic. Our room was a king with balcony with very nice view, but parts of the hotel need work. The balcony was in rough condition. We had breakfast at the hotel both days. The food options were great but some of the food was cold. The hotel had great restaurants attached.

The hotel is in a safe area. Close to a lot of attractions. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. I would say the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and I travel very frequently. Do not pay for the breakfast. You’re better off going across the street to IHOP.

The location and decor were perfect. However, the front desk staff could benefit from additional training in their various duties. Check-in was unusually delayed due to their confusion, but their pleasant demeanors were a saving grace. The breakfast was truly disappointing! It was the same breakfast other chains offer for free, but here it came with a $12.00 charge for this unappealing spread. The only added feature was a 'cook' making eggs or omelettes, who kept tapping her tip jar. Honestly, the only tip we could offer is to learn how to cook!

Solid property overall. However, breakfast was a joke. “Buffet style breakfast” turned into 3 containers of stale food, a serve yourself waffle iron (out of syrup) and a person taking special orders for eggs. Waited 25 minutes for scrambled eggs that never came and heard the individual cooking the orders remind everyone to not leave until they left a tip. IHOP would have been a better plan.
