The location is wonderful and walkable to so many great locations and restaurants. The harbor and Aquarium are right across the street. The staff were all fantastic. The room was large, beds comfortable, and it had a refrigerator and Kuerig Coffee Maker. The only flaws: No towel bars or door hooks at all in the bathroom—anywhere. The door required us to use our key card to lock the door when leaving the room. It would not close all the way without using the key card. The bar in the lobby had no regular schedule. It was not open for most of our stay, but when it was open, it was very busy and a fun place to hang out.

The room was clean, however the front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. They seemed annoyed when people came down to ask for assistance. The hotel was overbooked the week of the BTS concerts and our friends were not able to get a room until 1 AM which is unacceptable. We had to store our luggage since our room was not ready in time (we also never received a call to indicate that it was ready). The person in charge of storing it somehow got our tags mixed up with another groups and we had to walk in and guide him to our luggage. A very chaotic experience overall.
