This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly. They even gave us free waters to take as we walked to Orioles game. Would absolutely stay here again. The bad part: Valet Parking First it is 45.00 plus tax. When we ask for our car to be retrieved so we could go to dinner (we had reservations), we waited one hour only to find out they "lost our car and keys". We were unable to go to dinner and had to walk to a nearby restaurant. The girl handling things seemed very overwhelmed and obviously need more help. There were two other guys but no one seemed to know where our car was. They evidently found it. So if you can figure out different parking arrangements it might be best.

The parking is over price, valet parking takes your car to the same garage that the Public has access to and you’re being charged $45 per night whereas the garage is $15 per day, horrible

The property itself was nice. No one at the facility knew how to drive a stick shift and it’s not a self park facility. It was embarrassing, frankly and it was laughed off. I found it pathetic and truly inconvenient. Your only job is to park vehicles.

Staff was very nice.Hotel in general and rooms are very clean and well maintained.Was perfect for us as we visited Orioles home ballpark Camden Yards only like a 12 minute walk.Breakfast set in the morning was great Only valet parking is available at $45 tips a night which is a bit steep.Overall it was a great stay and highly recommend hotel.

Staff was very courteous, well informed, and helpful. Accomodations were good, but a bit dated for the price range. Valet parking was not worth the $45 paid for an overnight stay using the same facility across the street that displays $15/day rate on weekends. Valet car retrieval took nearly one hour at morning checkout on Saturday. Only one person was working check in/out for valet parking. Better planning needed by management in expecting higher checkout volume the morning after an O's game vs a New York team.

We didnt turn the bed down until we got back in for the evening and the sheets had stains on them and the floor we stayed on was very loud. We did not sleep at all and ended up leaving at 6 am the next morning

The room cleanliness was not great. There was hair in the shower and tub area. Shower walls were dirty by soap dispenser. I asked for house keeping at check in but it was not provided until I called to request it. Breakfast was good. The location was great for walking and sight seeing.

Staff was great overall. Ants in my room, mold in the washroom, no fan in the washroom. Very dated room. Sofa bed was a joke, should be in the garbage. The daily breakfast was decent.

Delayed my early check in twice just to put me in a dirty room (hair all over bathroom floor, stains on curtains,) requested a crib during my reservation a month ago received two broken pack and plays (that is there “crib”), room door would not open with the access card, had to call room service multiple times hours apart just to get a couple towels and trash bags. Had better complimentary breakfasts at other Marriotts. The area was right in the heart of the inner harbor which made a good location but the stay was not pleasant to say the least. I would not recommend.

The room was dirty , pull out couch was disgusting - stained , blood stains . Very smelly room . Woken up in the middle of the night by gunshots outside the hotel . Dirty city . The valet staff were great , super friendly and helpful . I wish I knew the name of the woman at the counter who was working when we checked out … she was awesome . Lots of things to do very close to the hotel , if you have kids with you do your activities during the day .

The staff was great. Helpful, friendly & accommodating. Location was solid. The room however, I found several (3) toe nail clippings on the floor. There was a sticky red substance on several pieces of the furniture, a couple chairs, floor, table & phone. And needed some bug spray to kill a few flys that were in the room because window was left open. A more thorough cleaning remedies this.

The shower door was broke and my son's bed had smashed cookies/food of some type in the top right corner of the mattress area. The kitchen was clean but had concerns in shower and linens. To be honest we were there one night or I would have complained to someone. Staff at desk were great.

The room was really nice as far as looks. The carpet was dirty though and the night stands really could use a good scrubbing. The tops of them looked like someone wiped their nose contents on them. There was no bedding in the room for sleeper couch, but a nice employee brought some to my room. Also someone who either previously stayed there or maybe an employee set the alarm clock for 6 am. I don't know if it was a prank or accident. Either way, it made for a very long and tired day. There's a nearby bar that played music till 2 and had people fighting outside, so I couldn't fall asleep till after. Plenty of great places to walk to nearby, of course inner harbor and Camden yards. I was disappointed to discover during this visit the nearby mall had closed, as well as many shops and dining places by the harbor. If you walk a bit further, there's lots of those in Fell's Point. The breakfast was free. They had a large variety, both hot and cold. The food was pretty good. The front desk staff were very kind, professional and helpful. Overall, a great stay and I plan to return. I love Baltimore and am happy with where I chose to stay.

Extremely disappointing. The recommendations on the website did not match our stay. Old, dark rooms whose appearance is deceptive at first. Then you discover that there is a weak water flow in the shower, making it unpleasant to bathe. The refrigerator motor is noisy and in order to make the room quiet, we had to unplug it. A sofa bed that is uncomfortable for sitting or sleeping. Constant external noise from vehicles, especially emergency vehicles, all day and during the night, which disturbs sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel did not suit us, not even for one night.

Staff were excellent. Front desk was friendly and polite and very helpful. Room was meh. Drawer in sink area had visible screws where the face was resecured to the drawer. This adds to the details of the upkeep. Water pressure was nil. No fan in bathroom. AC was AWESOME!! Bed was soft and comfortable, I like that there were two types of pillows for different styles needed. If I were stay again at a higher floor, I stayed on 2 and city noises were a bit much at times. Overall, I would stay here again, close to the areas I needed to get too. Room was good enough for my comfort.

we stayed a total of 4 nights and never got any house keeping to our room. We spoke with the front desk staff twice asking to come to our room and we saw the front desk write our request on a piece of paper, yet for whatever reason they never came. We spoke with front desk again and they apologized and said they are unsure why housekeeping never came, Quite poor service

Rude rude rude!!!! Did not tell us there is no on site parking! Monique the desk receptionist was completely rude to us checking in saying we needed a key to enter the facility however we hadn’t even checked it yet to get a key. She was just all around not customer friendly. Then they would not deal with the loud music playing until 2AM!

The Residence Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor was beautiful! Loved our room , the staff at front desk, especially Makayla were awesome. The location was easy walking distance to the Inner Harbor. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

When we arrived there was a huge crowd to check in. No order or friendly check in staff. They seemed miserable to be there. They didn’t have the room we booked. So we had to settle for our son sleeping with us instead of having his own bed. Then there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out. We called down requesting them at 4pm. They said they’d put them in for us while we were out. We returned at 11pm to find no sheets or pillows. Nothing came until after midnight. No apology just a rude “well we had to do laundry”. The staff ruined this hotel experience for us. Otherwise the facility is in a good location with lots of dining options and a Short walk to Camden Yards.

Stopped here on a road trip from NY to FL for a night. The valet attendant was super nice and helped us figure out the best place to park. Check in was quick and smooth, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Sleep was comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Only negative is that the vibe outside is not great. I didn’t feel safe but the staff definitely helped separate the hotel from what was happening right outside.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past. I was very disappointed in the breakfast this time. The selections were the same each day. The muffin, sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches went from overdone to burnt. In the past there was a different selection each day. I hope there will be a change to the way things were in the past. The hotel itself is fine and is walking distance to the inner harbor, convention center, ballpark and football stadium.

Great location just a short walk away from the Inner Harbor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Matress was a little firm but I still slept great. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options and things were refreshed often. I'll be staying here next time I'm in Baltimore.

I enjoyed my time in Baltimore. I did not sleep well at night due to the constant police and ambulance sirens going off. This hotel is good for the younger crowd. I was there during the weekend and of course the young folks were partying and having a good time. As far as the hotel.. my one complaint is the food at the bar.. that pizza that is being served is not worth purchasing.. the quality of the pizza is terrible. You are better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store!! Take it off the menu!

All went well. Only issue was the restaurant was closed for renovations or rebranding either way this may have changed my choice as to where to stay? Ended up calling dominoes for delivery which took over an 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery.

Room was spacious and clean. Good water pressure in shower. Employees were all very kind and helpful. Parking is horrible in all of Baltimore. The area was a little sketchy. Don’t go roaming around at night. Hotel bar was ok. A bunch of things were out of stock. And the pool table is missing a ball.
