Room was nice. We stayed in a 1 bedroom Suite. Clean all around. There is renovations happening so some things were covered and the elevator made me nervous. Overall, its right across from the mall, casino and dave and busters so great location! Staff could have been more friendly but I did see other reviews with the same concerns.

The parking was very convenient. The area is actually pretty quiet. I was disappointed to find out the shuttle was no longer. Also the coffee in the morning was luke warm. Other than those to small issues our stay was good.

We had alot of spiders and silver fish in our room I took eight dead spiders to the front desk nobody seemed to care when we first checked in I found somebody's ear buds under the table in plain sight we got there at 3 pm check in time and still had to wait over 30 minutes for our room no sorry for the wait nothing this hotel used to be a lot better we have stayed here plenty of times

My stay at the Hampton Inn Arundel Mills Cir. was amazing !! The place looked better in person than the photos online. The entire staff was friendly. The place was super clean. The food was good. I was very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was that I wasnt able to stay longer lol... When ever I'm in Maryland again I will be booking with them or another Hampton Inn.

The bed and pillows were horrible. I felt like I was sleeping on a futon with no pillow. The temp in the room was either sweltering hot or freezing and we tried several times to regulate it. I left a message for the front desk to find out how to make it better and did not get a response. The hotel is in need of an update as well. Stained and worn carpets and bathroom was old. We’ve stayed here several times and it is just getting worse, I think it’s time to find another place to stay.

The only issue was that the shade allowed too much light into the room. It was difficult to sleep with so much light at all times of the day/night, especially with all of the lights from vehicles going in and out of the mall being visible in the room. The coffee was excellent! It would be nice to have transportation going around the mall to places like Walmart or the various restaurants, and BWI airport pick-up/drop off. Thanks.

The room was not spacious and the bathroom did not have ventilation and it was easy to hear someone in the bathroom while in the living space of the room. The breakfast was good and I like that it ended at 10 a.m. I appreciate the early afternoon check out time.

Our first room had a leak,from the ceiling, in the bathroom. We got out of bed, packed our items and moved to another room. It was midnight. The overnight front desk, young man (I don’t know his name) changed our room and brought the keys to us. He also found a room that was on the same floor and only a few doors down. When speaking with the morning front desk lady she did not offer an apology for the inconvenience of the midnight move nor did she care.

So the Hampton overbooked the Hotel and downsized our room because we booked through Expedia. They told us they have the right to change our reservation because we booked through a 3rd party and that doesn't guarantee your booking. That's funny because Expedia sent me an email and text message saying my room was confirmed with the hotel. So basically, Expedia got paid and the Hampton got paid but we got screwed. I'll not stay at a Marriott property or use Expedia ever again. Also, Expedia tried calling the hotel and the front desk staff member named Megan hung up on the Expedia staff twice when they tried to get answers for me. She didn't know I was live chatting with the reps from Expedia when she hung up on them. She just slamed the phone on the base. Wonderful customer service Marriott. She gave them the Bonvoy bye bye.

When we got into our room, it was clean and very nice. The problem didn’t start until our 2nd day. We stayed Friday and Saturday night because we were attending a wedding. Saturday night we got back to our room after the wedding reception pretty late, and drove 7 hours the night before so we hadn’t slept much. We wanted to come back and just get ready for bed to sleep, but the room next to us was being extremely loud and was blasting music. It was about 12:30am, so we called the front desk to make a noise complaint and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, interrupted me and said “I’ll give them a call” and hung up on me while I was in the middle of saying something. The noise coming from the next room didn’t get any better so we called again about 30 minutes later. It is now 1am so we are just frustrated at this point, so I had my fiancé call the front desk again. The woman, again, disregarded our complaint, cut us off mid sentence again and said “I’ll call them again”, and hung up. This was our main problem staying at this hotel because of the disrespect and rude behavior from this employee.

Exactly what I have come to expect and love about Hilton properties. Clean rooms, great service, decent, continental breakfast, and great staff. Great hotel! Was able to check in 1 hour earlier and received 2 small free water bottles at check in. Room looked decent but a bit outdated. The bathroom and beds looked clean. Breakfast was good. I had waffles, eggs, some fruit and a cereal box. Also, the hotel is convenient since it’s about 12 min walking distance to the Arundel Mills Mall. You can even cut through the mall during mall hours to get to the Live! casino and Hotel.

The room was perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. What was lacking for us was housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights. Nothing (cups, coffee etc) was replenished. Similarly - the conditioner and shower gel dispensers were empty and never refilled even though we asked. Breakfast ran out of items all 3 days - whether we went there early. We would stay again - but maybe not rely on the amenities

Stay overall was good bed could be more comfortable. Breakfast was very good, but due to a bus of individuals staying at the hotel, all eating breakfast at the same time took all available seating. That group should have been set up in a seperate room as not to inconvience other guests. We do this when ever we travel with ous schools students.

There was no bathroom tissue holder or waste paper basket in the bathroom. We arrived at 3:20 when check-in was 3:00. At first we were told that room wasn't ready. It was only when I protested did they give us a room with 2 beds. I believe I ordered a King. There was only one elevator working when we arrived and the housekeeper in the elevator was scrolling on her phone while we asked her to make room. We squeezed on without her assistance. There are two other hotels in the same complex. Will most likely stay there next time
