I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I highly recommend staying again. The only negative review I have during my stay was the pool. It was not heated as advertised and the Jacuzzi was out of service.

I don't know if i want to say it was fortunate or unfortunate that this was my last stay at the property. I have stayed there dozens of times over the last 5 years and I've watched the property not get the attention it needs. The positives: the staff is amazing, they are friendly and welcoming, outside area is clean, inside is clean, the food is amazing The negative: at least one elevator is guaranteed to be broke, this time the other "not broke" elevator decided it would let you off when and where it wanted to, the drain in my room backed up leaving a moldy smell, the hot tub didn't quite work and the water was filmy, it also had cracks around it. Although I did not go in tge swimming pool, the water was giving off the same hot tub vibes. I felt really icky in there, I thought it may have been a one day experience, but i came back at the end of the stay and it was the same. Plus the amount of people who can't read the 16+ sign for the hot tub is ridiculous. Overall my experience was ok, it is one of those lipstick on a pig analogy moments though.

This an atrium style hotel with 8 floors. They have a bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub, and a nice workout area with steppers and free weights. The accommodations are outstanding. Breakfast was second to none. Staff was exceptionally nice. The only issue I had was a few of their elevators were not working.

The hotel as really clean and nice. The staff was great! The rooms were clean and very nice! The only issue I have was that the pool and hot tub only open from 5-10 on the weekdays and weird hours on the weekend with it being closed for many hours for no reason! I was very disappointed that we couldn’t use the hot tub or the pool most of the day!

Overall we'd stay again. Pros: Great breakfast and happy hour from 5:30 -7 every night included in your nightly rate. Love the 2 room suites! Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Cons: Our room was never cleaned even though its included. We just like fresh towels every other day. Elevators need TLC, many lights don't work when pressed. Not a fan of the $12 a day parking fee.

Excellent breakfast and bar service, helpful staff, housekeeping is OK, but out of four elevators on the property, one was not working (and also was out of action when I stayed a year ago), and the rest are slow, and one of the remaining 3 had an erratic call button.

Elevators were either broken or slow- dropped me off on the wrong floor multiple times. Wait times up to 10 mins for it to pick up downstairs. My room didn’t get cleaned once- I had to track down housekeeping to ask for more towels.

The staff was nice and the building is interesting. The atrium has nice feel and big included breakfast. But the room smelled very musty and was dirty - sticky desk and tables. Also has lamps in lobby which are all off kilter - why not fix them or remove? They also charge $12 for overnight parking even tho it is a massive parking lot in the suburbs. Would not stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds and bedding were comfy. A/C didn’t seem to work well. Shower could not be turned off. The shower was on plus water came from the spigot. The shower was fine but would have been inconvenient for someone who just wanted to take a bath with the water running. Overall great stay. Would stay there again.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was top tier. Shoutout to the cook at the omelette station. The rooms were very nice and clean.. The breakfast buffet omelette station should have two cooks because it was too many people for one chef. The room ac wasn’t working our 1st night so it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Having stayed at the hotel several years back, we were anticipating a great stay. Unfortunately, our trip coincided with some extremely cold weather and upon check-in, the room was 53 degrees. It took several days to get the heat operating properly. Unfortunately, for several days the food at the breakfast buffet was also cold. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable (once the heat got up to 66 degrees).

I came to town for a surgery. There was a little issue with the charge but the staff took their time to resolve it appropriately. The staff was so helpful, polite, and accommodating overall! From the room placement, wheelchair availability and access, free water, free made-to-order breakfast, free happy hour... everything was amazing. Before surgery I was able to enjoy the amenities. I loved the hot tub. The pool was heated and there was a small gym. I had a package delivered. I will definitely be back!

AC wasn’t working very well at all, after the maintenance person “fixed” it. Rooms were clean, but we had a faucet leaking. Toilet had trouble flushing. Staff was 5 stars though! The front desk and the women handling breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The atrium and breakfast were our favorite part. The Atrium was a wonderful landing spot for our family who were all in town for a wedding. There was plenty of time to linger over breakfast and enjoy each other's company without worrying that you had to give up your seats (because there was plenty of seating). Breakfast had tons of choices. All the staff, but especially Lelita and Tyy, were helpful and attentive during breakfast. Rooms were nice, quiet, clean, beds comfortable. Kids had fun in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is absolutely fabulous. I cannot complement the staff enough Carol, Sasha, and several other ladies who helped us out at the front desk were absolutely stellar, and I wish I could remember all their names because honestly, they were the nicest kindest people we had a pipe burst and had to find emergency Shelter for ourselves and our pets and they just made everything so much easier for us all. Also, the cleaning staff are some of the kindest people and the food here especially the complementary breakfast is exceptional.

Staff is exceptional. However, Hilton needs to get a cable repair tech in there stat. TV pixilates every second. Very irritating. They need a chef too, rather than a lab-like mixer of chemicals. Breakfast is yuck, powdered scrambled eggs, canned potatoes, off-site mass-produced pancakes, corn syrup imitation maple syrup... Whole place is dated and in need of upgrade (i.e., shabby looking common dining area, wall paper in rooms peeling at edges and not meeting the next piece properly, shower curtain is just cloth, no plastic inner-liner, towel bars inexplicably are from outside of shower on both ends to inside of shower, making it impossible to close the cloth shower curtain completely, evidence of missing mirrors/portraits from walls (i.e., the securing clips are still there). Thinnest of T.P.s. Did I say the staff is exceptional? (It's important to sandwich criticism between compliments - all the tougher when only one thing was good ;-) Where's the top slice of bread to complete this sandwich?
