Clean room facing back parking lot provided quiet night of sleep prior to early morning departure… staff kindly arranged transfer to train station on the night before departure… shuttle driver was all set to go (vehicle warmed up and ready) at scheduled departure time! Left too early to enjoy hotel breakfast, but was ideal having Chili’s restaurant right next door for dinner! Would book this location again.

Plane arrived at 11:30 PM There was no shuttle and no one was answering the phone line. It made late flight a bad experience. You should put in your ad that shuttle ends at midnight.

I chose your location as it was advertised to offer free parking. The convenience of free over that of the expensive offering at the airport sounded attractive. Upon my arrival I learned the only time parking was free was when I was staying at the hotel. I was charged $10 per night to remain parked. You do offer an appreciated service but I feel the advertisement is misleading.

Stayed here bc of the airport shuttle. The last two times we have ended up having to pay for an uber. The first time we had to be on the first shuttle to get to BWI in time and we were told we needed to call ahead to get on the list (we didn't get there until after 10 pm). This last time, I tried to call and was told we had to checkin to get on the list. My husband drove down and back home to check in to make sure we would be able to get the first shuttle. The next morning, we (and 4 other parties) were left standing at the shuttle waiting for the driver to show up. (Apparently, one of the parties said he was very late the day before, which is why they missed their flight and were rescheduled to the next morning.). We could not wait longer than the ½ hour, so yet again we paid for an uber. Conclusion: Fine place to stay, but DO NOT COUNT ON THE SHUTTLE!!!!!!

The website advertised free parking and 24 hour shuttle service. We were misled because the free parking was not free while we were out of town and cost $10 per night. The shuttle started at 4:30 AM. We had to be at airport at 3:30, so we had to find another shuttle (cost another $60) to get us to the airport at that time. False advertising and the desk clerk acted like she didn’t want to be bothered to help.

The quality and Cleanliness of the hotel is no where near it was 3 years ago. I have had multiple stays in this hotel over the years and I was highly disappointed. The tub was in such bad shape that is was peeling. I couldn’t even take a hot soothing bath. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I was settled in when I realized it so I cleaned it myself. I did feel like changing rooms after a5 hour drive. Highly disappointed. Will be finding another place to stay in the future.

The room was clean and spacious. My only complaints are with the bathroom. The tub was in rough shape and needed to be replaced or re-glazed. And the bath water had a brown tint, so we were not comfortable taking a bath or shower.

The room was dirty. Blood stain on towel. That’s a hazardous violation as it is. Spiders in the bathroom and dirty gloves on the floor in the hallway. So disgusted but was stuck there. I am requesting for a full refund. There shouldn’t be any reason for a towel with blood stains to be in a room accessible to guests

Air conditioner did not work. Thought I would open the fridge and get some cold air. Nah. Fridge didn’t work either. It was late when we checked in and left early for a flight so no real attempt to get it fixed. Maybe they are responsive. Idk. Carpet also seemed wet. Room smelled musty. Maybe the a/c was leaking water on the floor?

Bathroom sink was stopped up as was the shower drain. Contacted the front fdesk about the bathroom sink and someone came up -- without a plunger -- and used his hand to clear the sink. He used both hands as a plunger and break to prevent air. The following morning, we noticed the shower was draining extremely slowly and asked the front desk to send someone up to fix that. NO ONE was available until after we checked out on Monday morning. They need a maintenance person on call during the weekends .

Most everything about the property and the stay at this airport lodging facility met expectations. We found nothing about our stay to be very disappointing. The cost was quite reasonable, and we felt a very good value overall. We would not hesitate to return for another overnight stay for use of the airport. The room was by far the best part of our stay. Very spacious and comfortable, and even though located adjacent to the elevators, it was very quiet. Excellent shower pressure/experience. Large TV (that I was able to connect to our streaming device), and terrific internet speed allowed us to keep up with our binge streaming. We were very pleased with our room. We also enjoyed a nice warm breakfast, with a cheerful host. The airport shuttle service was prompt and clean. Our early evening reception was underwhelming. The associate was efficient, but lacked warmth and seemed disinterested. A lot of the property seemed well cared for. Other portions, especially the rear parking area appeared neglected. Again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was what I expected, but I did note the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also, the room soundproofing is superior, meaning I did not hear people in the hallway or outside. This does make the room sounds seem louder, so I get the comments about heater sounds. It did not bother me at all and I slept well. I prefer not to hear anyone else in the hotel. I would stay here again.

We arrived and was greeted and given our room Number 310 and key card Room 310 needs Attention the Carpets were bucketed in several locations with in the room "trip and fall hazards, the carpet was visalable Stained near refrigerator the left side light near bed was broken not working even after changing the bulb, the wooden furniture surface was beaten and someone drill holds in it ,One of the Curtain Rods for pulling the Curtains close was missing this room needs some Attention. I brought this to the attention of the front desk this morning and when I mentioned Room # 310 the desk clerk smiled with a light laugh and replied "Oh yes Room# 310 we know need some attention " with a smile on his face . Question what kind of place books rooms in this kind of Condition ??? I have some Pictures.

My husband and I booked a room so we would have a place to rest with a 6 hour layover between 5:00AM and 11:00AM. I called to inquire about the hours of the shuttle. I was told the hotel shuttle stopped at midnight so we would need to order an Lyft or Uber. I scheduled an Lyft for an additional $30, only to learn while we were waiting for our driver.. that the hotel shuttle was actually operating. Upon our arrival to the CountrySide Inn at our own expense. No i was at the e desk or anywhere to be found. After more than 15 minutes a young lady appeared, but told me that there were sold out and refused to look up my reservation. Initially, I thought I had made a mistake in my reservation. I scrambled to find my reservation with Expedia and when I showed her that it was correct, I was told it was my fault for booking through a third party. This isn’t the the first time that I I’be heard this when there has been a problem. As much as I’d love to remain an Expedia customer, I do not understand this failure in this process. I purchased insurance for this reservation and I expect compensation for the Lyft and the additional $80 I had to spend to find lodging on my own at the Marriott Courtyard up the road.

The front desk was extremely rude and unaccommodating to the needs of my 2 family members who were blind, mobility challenged and nonverbal. We reserved accessible rooms for our late checkin(7:30 pm, but arrived at 7:15 pm). For more than 31/2 hours the entire night team gave excuses for not reserving an accessible room as promised. The receptionist Delma, front desk night supervisor Rushe, & manager Danielle (by phone) were completely unempowered, insensitive, oblivious to what was happening to my family. So after driving 9 hours, we arrived to accommodations we should not have had to settle for and no option of refund. This company should be sited and fined for violating ADA and each staff should receive mandatory ADA training. After a grueling night, I reached out to the GM (who was unavailable during our check-in fiasco), to resolve our concern. She was able to fix our room issue the next morning. We were suddenly awakened on day 2 by housekeeping who could not speak English so each resident on the 2nd floor waited to each read a cell phone message “ fire department downstairs”. Yes, evacuation was underway. So 2 people with disabilities were …. Our stay was absolutely the worse. Happy to speak further. We would never recommend, as a matter of fact I would warn others to steer clear of this establishment.

Front desk staff was amazing. They went above and beyond trying to help with a card issue. Came up with suggestions which solved the issue. They were very knowledgeable of the area and told us of all amenities that were available to us. I do not remember the young man’s name but he was working with Arianna. This will now be me BWI/concert going hotel. The room was very clean the bed was so comfortable we feel asleep before the concert was a little late be was refreshed and ready to party

Upon checking in the young girl at desk acted like she was on drugs. There was no coffee at 6 am when we left for airport. When we arrive back at bwi the front desk clerk never sent the driver to get us which we paid for and she hung up on me two times We had to take a taxi back. Very rude and unacceptable ! We will not be staying there again!

It's a nice place to stay. Breakfast is fantastic. I was there twice in one week. Easy access to airport, and Chili's right next door. Rooms need a sitting chair; there is plenty of room for one. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 but still I would return.

We were there for one night flying in from California arrived after 1 am. My reservation and room was ready. However, the breakfast was really bad. The coffee looked and tasted like rinse water, and many people just left the coffee on the counter. The waffle was good, but only one maker was working. The tables were dirty, and there was no one taking care of the area. The eggs were cold and tasteless, and it took 45 minutes to get bacon. This was not a good experience after traveling over 12 hours. 12 o'clock check out was really good. Parking was good, and staff was polite, but not too productive. I think had the breakfast been good, I would have given a higher rating.

Main entrance bulbs was fused, no proper breakfast at 8:30 AM left , when asked lady she said we are finished already and only some bagel and some apples left for vegeterian option. No Cereals or milk at all
