No real beach view and parking spaces are very tight. Tough to unpack car. But rooms are lovely .. clean .. roomy .. even a small kitchenette eith a full sized fridge! Toaster would be nice as no breakfast offered.

Fairly clean In October fairly quiet Only issue was door to get in till we talked to the front desk. But they will be renovating & fixing door handles
