Clean, comfortable and updated room. We had an ocean view from the balcony even though it wasn’t a beachfront room, and a bay view from the front. This was a nice surprise and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset! Easy walk to the beach and everything on the boardwalk. Pool area was beautifully landscaped and well cared for. All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. There were some ants inside near the door but we alerted staff and this was an easy fix. The door to the suite was difficult to open but the staff were helpful. This should be addressed, however, since it was inconvenient. This was a 3rd floor unit and there was no elevator. That information should be shared transparently when booking. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay very much. The parking was easy and the staff kindly allowed us to park there before check in time so we could go to the beach. They alerted us when the room was ready early.

Room was updated and clean. They have 2 very nice pools. All of the staff is wonderful. And it's right on the boardwalk. What more can you ask for. We will definitely be back.

It was on the board walk beach was nice. Check in was easy, staff was very nice. We would request floor four, we were on two and the light was on our balcony. Pool would be nicer if it was heated

The hotel was very nice. Beautiful gardens around the pool. Nice restaruant below that you could eat lunch around the pool. The staff were very very nice and so professional. This will definitely be where we stay again next year. We had a king suite in the 400 section and it is absolutely perfect for traveling with a family or kids.

Check in was very easy. It was mostly done online, and we went to the desk just for our room key. At first, we were given a room on the first floor facing an alley. The room had almost no view and an unpleasant smell that I couldn’t get used to. I returned to the front desk and asked for a room switch. They couldn’t accommodate me that night, but promised a switch the next day. Although they couldn’t tell me an exact time, they sent me a text at 8:30 am telling me the new room was already available. It was great- clean, and had an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean. The staff was very responsive via text. The pros: nice pools/pool areas, good location, ample parking, friendly staff. The con: spotty WiFi.

Stayed at this hotel with my dog for a couple days in Ocean City Maryland. What I really loved is that the property is really dog friendly, there’s a lil potty station next to the property. Check-in was quick and easy with friendly employees. We were right on the boardwalk at 23rd st but it’s a very quiet area. We were just steps from my room to the boardwalk & the beach. The hotel is renovated & clean. The pool area were really nice. My family stayed at another hotel on 18th at and it was a quick walk (boardwalk or street) for us.

WiFi does not work well. We’ve had this issue the passed couple years. Front desk at night time wasn’t too friendly. Daytime staff at front was great. Our housekeepers were phenomenal! Over all great stay.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I especially liked the two outdoor pools and small splash pad. We had an oceanfront room and the view was amazing. The location on the boardwalk was also great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I read reviews about the parking being problematic but we never had any difficulty finding a spot close to our room. The room was a little small but that didnt bother us. The onsite restaurant with poolside service was also wonderful. The restaurant’s service was not very good one day and the menu pricing was misleading. I definitely plan to return to this hotel again. Overall the rates were reasonable and our experience was very good.

Flies everywhere in the room and it just keep coming from no where.. stayed 3 days and mostly of time when we stayed in hotel just killing flies.. called the staff and the answer is nothing we could do it’s fly season.

Hotel is a basic no frills hotel. We stayed in an ocean front room which was updated. Loved that there was no carpet in the room but the floor was filthy. I don’t think housekeeping has ever mopped them. The rest of the hotel is old and could use a make over. The restaurant on site could be better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location but don’t think I will be staying there again.

I paid way too much for lackluster service. The bathroom smelled of mildew, the AC unit was rusty and barely working. The sheets were sandy even though I hadn't used the bed. It was noisy at late hours of the noise and made it incredibly difficult for my friend to sleep (stomping, loud music, loud talking). I just paid way too much for that. The only good thing about it was the view and the fact that you could just walk about to the beach.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room size, cleanliness, location right on the boardwalk, easy parking, and the staff/housekeeping- every time I walked outside, staff was cleaning something! When I requested housekeeping while we were out with our dog, staff cleaned our room within an hour. We have been visiting OC for over 20 years, and this hotel by far has been our best lodging!

Located on the boardwalk was nice. Could of done without the colony of ants crawling all around and on the refrigerator. Staff did come and spray and then replaced refrigerator but the smell of the spray was not pleasant for 2 of our days there.

Our room was so dirty. There was hair and dirt everywhere. It smelled dirty and musty. Our AC did not work properly. It was either freezing or we had to turn it off and be hot. Made the days unbearable. The pools were disgusting. They had stuff floating in them (hair, a band aid, etc.) The food at the restaurant was not good. My eggs were not even cooked all the way. We ended up leaving a day early. We spent so much money and had nothing but issues and left early.

The location of the hotel is great but the rooms are subpar. They are spacious but only double beds. There is no space to put things because the bathroom only has a pedestal sink and there is no mirror in the room - only a small not clear mirror in the bathroom. It makes it hard for multiple people to get ready. And there’s not even room for toothbrushes, face wash and the normal stuff you’d put on the counter in the hotel. They didn’t even put a shelf! There just isn’t room for anything and it is so inconvenient. The bathrooms on a cruise ship are better. For the price I had higher expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again,

Great location, very friendly and prompt service. Room was decent. The biggest downside is that for the one bedroom suite, the A/C is in the living room so you have to keep the bedroom door open and blast the A/C all night long to make it somewhat comfortable in the bedroom which defeats the purpose of the separate bedroom. And since I had kids sleeping on the pull-out sofa, they were freezing and it was still stuffy in the bedroom. Also, there are very bright lights on the balcony that are on a timer and even with the blackout curtains, they illuminate the room. Bring a sleep mask. Last thing...the bathroom door rubs against the floor so you have to push really hard to shut the bathroom door...which also then seals the air tightly so the fan can suck the steam out when you're showering.

Room was clean, but dated with some things in disrepair. Our tub was slow to drain and backed up easily. The air conditioner was very loud and disturbed my partner’s sleep as it cycled on and off at night. The railing on our balcony leaned outward and didn’t look safe as it seemed pulled out of the concrete on the one side. Slats were missing from the window blind and allowed the street light to shine in all night. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. Would stay where again, but maybe a different room.

Staff was very friendly. Oceanfront room, vey spacious, great view. On the boardwalk, which was convenient. Kids loved the pool, and there was restaurant service poolside, which was great. Overall clean, nice place to stay. Would definitely return!

My family and I wanted a hotel that was oceanfront and we could easily walk to the beach. This was directly on the boardwalk with a great view! It was also really easy to walk to the beach and back whenever you need to. Only downside is that the rooms and the bathroom and really small. The beds are full beds that have obvious signs of needing to be changed. The beds were so flat on the outsides that i was almost touching the bedframe underneath. The bathrooms were also VERY small. Im 5'8 and 160lbs and I was banging my elbows off the walls of the shower. On brighter notes, the staff was really nice! The pool was great when it wasnt super crowded and the restaurant was pretty decent as well!

This place would be a good option if the walls weren’t paper thin. I was woken at 5:45am by footsteps above my room. It went on for 2 hours even after I contacted the desk to ask them to stop. When I finally fell back asleep I was then woke up by people talking in a nearby room. Too bad because it’s right on the beach, great location and plenty of free parking across the street.

I enjoyed the food and drinks that were offered by the poolside and how parking was so convenient. Rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable. However I did not like the attitude of one of the front desk gentleman, he was rude and needs to work on his customer service skills.

Hotel and staff were everything we could have hoped for. This is our new favorite spot. On top of a great trip, we left a few items behind by accident. Within a few hours from checkout, we received a phone call to inform us. They offered to ship the items to us, which I have never experienced from a hotel. Amazing customer service!

Traveled with family and had adjoining rooms. Family’s room key and lock stopped working. For 2 days we spent calling desk to get fixed as they kept having to knock on our door to get into their room next door. On day 3 staff finally changed out the lock. Major inconvenience. My room tv didn’t work called first night desk said they would send someone and nobody ever came. Went without tv all week. So other than having to wake up at all hours of the night to let family in to get to their room it was ok.

We had a wonderful stay ! Upon arrival we found our AC wasnt working, within minutes of my call to the office it was removed and a new one put in its place that worked great! The bed was a bit too firm for our taste but we kniw everyone has a different preference and we were only there for 1 night so we made due. Everything else was awesome!

All staff was amazing Fantastic. Except at check in extremely disappointed. We arrived the first day at 9 pm and asked to extend our stay one day. Was told that we would have to check out. And then recheck in and would charged us almost $500 for one more night. We saw room (exact same room we had) for $132.00. It was midweek and saw many empty rooms. We checked out and went some else. We would have prefer to stay where we were and not have to pack up our car for one more night. Very sad.

I recently visited the hotel with my husband and daughter to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a nice partial view of the ocean. My only complaint was the upstairs neighbors very very noisy throughout the day and especially at night, making it difficult for us to sleep. Our stay would have been great aside from that issue. Aside from that problem, the pool near the Anchor restaurant was awesome, the appetizers and drinks from the restaurant were yummy, and overall we had a good time.

Very clean and recently updated rooms. Great condition for a beach hotel. Very easy check in and check out. Ample parking. They have 2 outdoor pools as well as bar/restaurant onsite. Right on boardwalk close to sites. I also appreciate that hotel staff texted daily to see if we needed anything during our stay.

Very nice property right on the boardwalk. Oceanfront rooms had a nice view and balcony was private from side rooms. Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job freshening room and asking if we needed anything. The restaurant had very good food. Parking was easy and overflow parking was still not far away.
