Fenwick Inn

Room was impeccably clean and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Breakfast lacking. Dogs barking for hours. Staff didn’t do a thing about it. Asked for a new room. Couldn’t do it cuz I used hotels not their direct site.

Location was good. The bad side was, I asked was the pool heated and I was told yes. The only thing that was heated was the hot tub. Otherwise the staff was pretty good.

We checked in and took a shower we realized that there was no conditioner or body wash into containers. I told the front desk and they did provide me some mini size ones for that evening. And told me that someone would take care of the next day. No one took care of it at all. Free breakfast is something that they Supply in the morning but the pancakes were coming out the size of quarters. There were no juices available. The other thing that was frustrating but not sure if it was written in a fine print with hotels.com is it they charge an additional fee on top of what I prepaid with hotels.com.
