The only thing I didn’t like was the parking lot didn’t have an elevator, so you either had to carry your bags up and down the flights of stairs, or drive down to the door and hope there was enough space to pull up to the door. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Not worth the price point. Yes you are right at the boardwalk, but the hotel is extremely outdated, dirty, very noisy and I felt unsafe going to my car in the parking garage alone. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. The bottom and sides were complete slime, there was debris floating in the hot tub. I got some kind of rash after going in. The staff are very friendly, but I feel like I got ripped off.

The parking deck is a whole situation. They have no connecting elevator so you have to drag your luggage and walk through the parking deck and across the street to the main entrance. The room was very clean but we saw a super big centipede in the bathroom. There’s no outdoor pool .

Very clean room and every staff we encountered were pleasant during our 2 night stay. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the record breaking tiny shower, and the indoor pool that smacked you with chlorine as soon as you walked in.

The room was okay, but the pool area and hot tub was utterly disgusting and unhealthy and frankly unsafe! The hot tub water color was green and brown being a cesspool of bacteria! We didn’t even go near it. Water drips from the ceiling like a cave full of fungi due to condensation. The walls were dirty as was the flooring.

I would like to share that this is probably the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at. The only problem I had was the pool area and the jacuzzi. Because of the weather, I took my three grandchildren to the pool and the jacuzzi was so dirty that it looked green and had sand in it. The pool was not cleaned the two days we were there and the same ponytail was there both days. I'm not sure why considering the rooms were awesome.

As busy as the area is we were well taken care of. Food and drinks readily available both on property and all around us. We had a blast. Only negative is the elevators are slow. But not enough to not use regularly. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great location right on the boardwalk. Room was very clean. I would recommend when you are booking make sure your room is not on the North side. This side is where your view is of a bar and restaurant and you will be woken up everyday for garbage pickup at around 6am. All of the rooms have balconies. The indoor pool and hot tube are nice and clean. There is a restaurant and bar onsite that was nice but wasn’t very busy. There is a very nice sitting area outside on the South side of the building is nice to sit and feel the beautiful ocean breeze. The parking garage is right outside the hotel and very convenient

Very clean rooms and facility, right off the board walk we got a “partial ocean view” for our room but it was so much more than that we saw everything. It’s right off the board walk, easy parking, very convenient, super friendly and attentive staff. This is the only hotel me and my fiancé will book with when we return to Ocean City. We will for sure be back here.

Very impressed with the cleanliness, oceanfront was great view on 3rd floor. Staff was nice & helpful. Pool was open til 10pm that was good for my daughter. Loved the restaurants under it & Nextdoor for breakfast. Great location, walking distance if everything. No complaints will definitely be back soon.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable although my son slept on the sleeper sofa which was like sleeping on metal bars but if you don't need the sofa bed you are good to go. On the second day the internet went out for about 3 hours. When I asked about it at the front desk I was told that happens sometimes so despite everything else being good, that may be a deal breaker. Anyway, the staff were all very pleasant, the indoor pool and hot tub were clean and fun to have with the weather being cold. The room had a beautiful view. I just wish the internet was more reliable.

The hotel was nice, we had no issues. The only thing I would complain about is the beds. They were not comfortable and I woke up sore every night. The view from the balcony was amazing. And sitting out on the balcony was very relaxing. They do however, charge a ton of money for one pill of sick medication. I was sick all week, so that sucked. Ocean City is my favorite place in the world. Go check it out if you haven’t yet.

Visited while it was still off-season. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and we got a room with a great ocean view! Facility looks a bit dated inside, but the rooms appeared updated and were clean. Would stay there again.

Wife and I come here every year for NYE and have always get an oceanfront room. This year was not pleasant due to being right above the bar and NYE party. I guess it’s luck of the draw but will either be asking for a higher room next year or looking for another hotel. Walls are very thin. We had noisy neighbors and I realize that’s not the hotels fault. The beds are also very firm. I did not rest well at all. Overall it’s not a bad place considering other options in that price range in Ocean City. I would recommend and return but will ask for a top floor room to alleviate the noise.

Love this hotel but they did overcharge me and when I sent screeenshots to the manager email they never got back to me. I had to dispute with my credit card company directly. I’ll be back bc it’s the nicest hotel in the area and overall great service but I am pretty dissatisfied that they did not get back to me. It’s been 2 weeks.

Exceptionally clean, staff absolutely wonderful. We arrived early, but Shadae got us ready for check in, got us a parking pass, and we went out to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. We were texted when the room was ready, so all we had to do was come in and pick up the keys. It sits on the boardwalk, but pretty much at the end of where all the fun stuff starts/ends heading towards the ferris wheels. Will stay here again!!!

The overall stay was good. Front desk staff needs to work on communicating better. I had several different people call to either confirm my stay, after i was alreadh checked in, or to confirm the pet fee which had already been taken care of at the time of check in. Otherwise, it was great! Staff was very friendly.

The staff was amazing. They consistently checked in on us, whether it was by a phone call or a text. Housekeeping checked in daily to see what we needed. All staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I loved my stay and will definitely stay again!

Overall a good stay. A small issue at the check in process was taken care of the next day by a personal call by the general manager, very much appreciated. Not the first time we have stayed here and likely not the last. Great location, clean, and on site parking are big positives.

Perfect spot on the boardwalk, not too close or too far away from the excitement. Pop for the bigger Oceanfront rooms if you can swing it. Can't say enough about how nice the staff was. There's a decent restaurant right there and bike rentals too. We'd definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect and the price was great. The hot tub could be WAY hotter as other reviews mentioned. Staff was nice and bartender was attentive. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and the shower was good. Definitely worth an off-season stay.

My stay here was Amazing! The room was very neat and clean. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I was there celebrating my Birthday and my stay at this hotel helped to make my Birthday great. After I checked in I received a welcome text from the staff at the front desk and they even asked if my room was ok and if I needed anything. I was able to use that text message link for my whole visit for anything I needed and the staff brought it right to my room. The hotel restaurant/bar staff was great as well. The food was good. I don't have any complaints. Thank you for such an Awesome stay.

Parking garage needed a little tlc. Water leaking from ceiling, puddles around vehicles, food messes on ground around parking areas. Staff were super nice and got us into our room early. Room was very clean, bathroom a little small but great shower. Always fresh coffee in the lobby!

The parking in the place is an absolute nightmare the cable went out halfway through our second day and for over 12 hours ever told about an hour and it will be fixed the restaurant attached was not good either the food was basic bar food and extremely over priced

everything was fine and everyone was pleasant... the only downside was: Cooked-to-order breakfast available for a fee: USD 15–25 per person A bar/lounge A restaurant....is all non-existent except on the weekends during the off season... not noted ANYWHERE except at the front desk... seems like you could at least offer a muffin or something to go with the coffee
