This was our first time staying at the Hilton in ocean city . We chose it due to their advertised children’s pool since it was just an overnight trip . When we got there we were told the children’s pool was out of commission until Wednesday. The staff was friendly and were able to check in early which was great . The room was comfortable and clean and there was an indoor pool. The other bad was the ev chargers -this was our first time traveling with our ev so we saw that they offered it which was a perk but they were all different brands and didn’t work right. When we finally got it kind of working it said it was going to take my car 24 hours to charge which is insane especially since I had 40% battery. My husband ended up walking to the convention center and having it charge there .

Overall- we enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and the maids are great and the view is amazing, but we weren’t able to use the indoor pool because of some kids trying to make it a big bubble bath. Also it was right before the outside pools were ready to be used yet so not very happy about that. But having said that- the maintenance guy(s) worked hard to get the pool up and running in 3 days. We will definitely go back to this place next time.

Parking is $10 per night. Beach access was convenient. I felt like I stepped into a one bedroom apartment when I entered my suite. Living room was separate with its own TV. Unlike the Doubletree next-door. The hotel is immaculate. Staff was great. The location was convenient to my point of interest. Seacrets, liquor store, breakfast, Higgins. I’ve been going to Ocean City for years now and this is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at. Princess Royale ocean side comes next.

Hi, Staff was great but our room was a bit dirty and had old features that were broken. Internet did not work , cleanliness on the surface was ok but many spots were left unclean. Room size and view were excellent.

not what i expected for a Hilton, rusty doors, since i used hotels.com i was restricted to what floor i could stay on. The beds were mushy, tv had very few Channels except nees and sports. parking sucked.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in 2024 and came back but this time we had a poor experience. The bathtub looked dirty. They moved us to another room, my wife didn't sleep well and in the morning we found out that the carpet was wet and there was an infiltration in the room. The morning manager said she couldn't move us as the hotel was sold out. We decided to shorten our stay and leave. She wished us good luck, something very telling of how the hospitality industry works now.

Room was nice. There was feces on the toilet seat that I had to clean, which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The hot tub outside I had to clean bc it had bird poop in it. Not all jets were working, I asked for maintenance to come. At first I was told it was off season so it may not work, but maintenance arrived quickly (within 39 mins) and he was super nice and fixed the issue. Overall I had a great stay. Location is nice.

The grounds of the property are beautiful (how couldn’t it be, it’s on the beach), but the rooms were filthy. I understand it is off-season, but there should never be BUGS in a pullout couch in a suite in a Hilton. Contacted the night front desk whom didn’t even come check, just immediately switched our room. He also didnt check the room we were moved into, resulting in another filthy, crumb covered pullout sheet, and also brown stains on the white comforters. Furthermore, there is water damage that seeps through the sliding glass door so your feet WILL be soaking wet and cold getting out of the side next to the slider in room 113. Will never stay again.

The property was poorly kept from the inside out. Entering the no smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Every corner was dirty. The walls, the counters, the tables, the bathroom, the balcony. The closet doors were off the hinges. The sheets had blood stains on them. And here's the kicker...there were ROACHES!! Utterly disgusting. That hotel should be shut down. The cleaning people could care less about our concerns. They sprayed lysol as a remedy for the smoke smell. I asked for another room for the night since it was too late to drive back to NYC with our toddler. They didn't have any avaliable rooms, so we had to sleep there for the night. I checked out the very next morning and requested a refund.

The Hilton has great amenities, the children's pool was such a great feature. The rooms were cleaned and housekeeping did a great job every day. The room TVs are great and the rooms a very well sound proofed. While we enjoyed our stay we did have some issues and will try elsewhere for our next visit. The screen door to our balcony did not lock, so we had to leave it shut most of the time. The front door was too easily opened, The flip latch was too low and able to be opened easily by my 6 and 3 year old. The door had to be blocked completely by the coffee table. The stove in the kitchen has twistable knobs and kept getting turned on. My 2 year old smashed his finger in the lobby self closing doors and had a pretty significant injury. Not a single front desk staff member checked on us, asked if we needed anything, or if he was okay. A lifeguard on her way out did attempt to offer something from her first aid kit. The injury was no one's fault, the lack of attention of the desk staff was. Our pool experience on our last day was soured by a female life gaurd, who I am sure was the manager, spent the entire time yelling at the staff and children. We understand there are rules and it's for the safety of guest, but the manner in which it was dealt with ruined our pool day and we left. Overall the place is clean and has great amenities, rooms are not the most child friendly, and the staff definitely have room for improvement

The hotel and the room were spotless. The hotel was quiet and we had a great ocean view. The bed was a little hard and the sheets were rough. We were in a suite and would’ve expected a little higher quality sheet and a higher thread count. But other than that was a great stay.

The shower/bath was terrible. Outdated and crazy how the bathtub and shower operated. Needs updating to walk-in shower. Also, our room was at the end of the hall and the wind was howling through the door all night.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to leave our beach cart out of the way. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Nice balcony. One day, the shower was a bit cold but the other day, it was fine. The whole hotel makes it easy to navigate with the beach cart or luggage. The pools are very nice if a bit crowded. It was great having a pool bar. A shout out to the restaurant for accommodating my husband when he wanted breakfast at 11:05AM, when they were supposed to be closed ant 11AM until lunch. Overall, it’s a bit pricey, but worth the extra because it was so nice and comfortable - making us want to come back in a few weeks with our young adult kids.

Pictures.online did not represent the room or bathroom correct. We booked and expected a separate Jacuzzi tub in the room (according to the pictures) in reality the Jacuzzi was in the bathroom and doubled for a shower. The rain shower head was the only way to take a shower and it spread water everywhere but on you. Cheap ocean city hotel amenities. I would have been ok with this but I booked a room twice as much expecting a separate walk in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub in the room aka according to the photos. Was told by hotel staff that this was Expedias fault for booking thru a 3rd party app. Bait and switch

Upon arrival, the front desk crew could not have been nicer or more informative. We went out that evening and asked for another comforter, for the pullout couch. It was at our room when we got back. After a walk o. The beach, we went to bed. I noticed a few small stains on the sheets. No problem but when morning came there were many stains on the sheet s and original comforter. When we went to check out, the different team at the front desk didn’t even ask how our stay was or how the room was. Just that there was a $4,34 charge to add on. We only stayed one night and didn’t buy anything there. Absolutely not happy with this stay. Hilton will be getting an ear full.

The view was great the room was great however upon checking in around midnight I was greeted with the rudest and least helpful front desk associate I have ever met in 20 years of using Hilton properties. I booked two rooms and they were supposed to be next door to each other and upon arrival that didn’t happen. The desk employee brushed me off with an attitude and did nothing to fix the situation.

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs If you’re traveling with family or coming from the Tri-State area, avoid Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites. Our stay was completely mishandled, and Hilton failed to follow through on its own written promises. While in the kiddie pool area with my 4-year-old daughter, an employee abruptly told all kids to get out of the hot tub because one adult complained—even though the rule hadn’t been enforced all day and the only sign was 15 feet away on a gate. When I calmly commented that enforcing this at 2 PM in August seemed unreasonable, he responded with a rude, sarcastic tone and a taunting “Have a good day, sir,” said in front of my daughter. The next morning, he approached me again with an exaggerated, mocking “Good morning,” then laughed when I didn’t respond. This behavior toward a paying guest was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I reported everything to management. On October 4th, the Assistant GM emailed saying the issue had been “addressed” and that we would receive two complimentary Hilton nights as a goodwill gesture. Months later, we have received nothing. No follow-up. No certificates. No explanation. Even Hilton corporate, who was copied on the email, did nothing. Bottom line: This hotel allows staff to behave unprofessionally, enforces rules inconsistently, and fails to honor written commitments. There are many better options in Ocean City—don’t stay here.

The stay was great for the most part. At check in I made a note about us having my autistic nephew and wanted a room with no one below us or next to us and they were working on that accommodation although he didn’t join us this trip I loved they were looking for a quiet area for him and other guest. We always love our room and the comfy beds. The only disappointing thing was the tub had other hairs in it so we decided to shower when we got home. But other than that we loved our stay and the staff was friendly and kind. We will always stay here when we can afford it haha

Couldn't log into internet first night-called desk, told to do something impossible to do. Gave up. In a.m. called desk to report both televisions out. Told they'd tell maintenance in 1.5 hours when they came in and they'd come to room. NOT a problem in the room, it's a cable provider problem. BUT this person was able to tell me how to connect to internet. Television out throughout the morning. Next day the channel guide went out and stayed out. Went to front desk. Was told, "Look on the bright side, you are at the beach." How dare you? Provide what I am paying for at an average of $360 a night for five nights. And fruit flies in the kitchen and bathroom entire stay. Front desk did offer food comp, which I did not accept; a food comp would not solve the issues. Rooms need refurbishment. In the meantime, more attention to room cleaning and maintenance is necessary. Bed comfy and balcony enjoyable. Kitchen more than meets my needs and is the main reason I stay here. Always quiet in the rooms. As a side note, not my first stay, but I'd like a better experience for the price. When did the Hilton brand switch from professional blazers and oxford shirts to golf shirts?

The hotel itself was in good condition. I had no trouble finding parking. Desk staff and hospitality staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was comfortable. Restaurant is changing chefs and menus, and it shows, but nothing was bad. The real standout was housekeeping. Even on days when I did not leave my room until lunchtime, I got full housekeeping every day. I did not have to ask for anything. It was wonderful by any standard. In the post-Covid world, it was an absolute miracle.

Parking is $10 per night. Beach access was convenient. I felt like I stepped into a one bedroom apartment when I entered my suite. Living room was separate with its own TV. Unlike the Doubletree next-door. The hotel is immaculate. Staff was great. The location was convenient to my point of interest. Seacrets, liquor store, breakfast, Higgins. I’ve been going to Ocean City for years now and this is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at. Princess Royale ocean side comes next.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to leave our beach cart out of the way. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Nice balcony. One day, the shower was a bit cold but the other day, it was fine. The whole hotel makes it easy to navigate with the beach cart or luggage. The pools are very nice if a bit crowded. It was great having a pool bar. A shout out to the restaurant for accommodating my husband when he wanted breakfast at 11:05AM, when they were supposed to be closed ant 11AM until lunch. Overall, it’s a bit pricey, but worth the extra because it was so nice and comfortable - making us want to come back in a few weeks with our young adult kids.

We usually go to the now Hilton Garden Hotel previously known as the Dunes Manor Hotel. We ended up going to Hilton Suites because there was no room in the Hilton Garden. The suite was big and the balcony had an amazing view of the ocean. I was able to take splendid photos of the sunrise. Overall the hotel is fine. Great swimming pools and steps from the ocean. The decoration and overall furniture needs improvement. The bar and restaurant are not very attractive. The bartender was very good and nice though.

Great hotel. Room was clean, but the patio door roller was shot and difficult to open and close and there were some stains on bathroom walls. But overall, was very good! Best indoor pool temp I have ever been in. I would stay again.
