Check in went easily. The property is about what you would expect for the rate. It was fine for a single, one night visit. Street was busy, but A/C cut down on the noise. There is so much dirt and dust that the filter of the ice machine cannot filter it out and there is dirt dust and possible rice crap in the ice. It was absolutely horrible.

Our room had recently been updated. New flooring (ceramic in bathroom) and hard floor covering in the rest of room. Bathroom was also updated with new toilet, sink/vanity, tub and wrap around. Mattress was very comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located right next to I-94 with easy on/off to your destination.

The area around the hotel was not well lit and did not have an elevator. Strange shirtless men walking around the property when we checked in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Just not a very safe area or environment from what we gather from our stay.

It is an older building that the owners are trying to upgrade and finish cleaning up. The grounds were picked up and clean. I never heard any noise from any other guests during my stay. It is a basic hotel with clean rooms. I see it as a 2 star hotel. Housekeeping did stop by everyday. I did notice a security guard walking the parking lot in the evenings at the odd time. Over all this was what i needed a lower cost hotel that was safe with few extras and a clean comfortable room.

The rooms are obviously old. The furniture definitely needs updating along with the cabinets in the rooms kitchenette area. The shower took long to heat up but was great once it did. The bed was extremely comfortable 10/10. Our tv remote wouldn’t work so we could only watch one channel. Since we slept the majority of the evening we didn’t complain. Overall the stay was ok. If I had to stay again I would, it just wouldn’t be my first choice. Need better shower amenities also. I was glad I brought my own lotion/shampoo and body wash.

The pictures on Expedia are very deceiving. It is old and needs many up grades. The carpet got the bottom of my socks black. The floor is so uneven the bathroom door would get stuck on floor. I had stained sheets. The curtins had something spilt on them.They have a policy that you have to pay them a cash deposit at check in, that they will refund after they check your room at check out ..didnt give me anything saying i paid it, so this made me feel like i may not get it back. I wouldnt stay there again. It was easy on and off I94 but the only good point.

Upon arrival everything seemed good and then walking to my room all I could smell was marijuana in the hallway After being in my room for about a half hour I noticed the dirtiness under the tables the dust on the pictures and lamps and no blankets!

The staff was wonderful. As far as we could tell, everything was clean. The tiled part of the floor seemed new. But other things in the room just weren't comfortable. Bed seemed old, one chair was a very cheap office chair, the other was a folding chair. My husband and I each like 2 pillows, there were 3 on the bed. The rack for our hanging coats and clothes was mostly above the desk, the view out our window was a cement wall. There was no kleenex available. I went for the cheapest property, but figured it would be nice enough, being a Wyndham property. When I booked the room, it said this particular room had a 4.8 rating. It ended up being a handicap room, with grab bars and a high rise toilet. It was on the first floor, but we had 3-4 steps from the outer door.

Room was very clean. Room had a lot of space. Room had two chairs. TV did not have the Station/Channel that the Detroit Tigers was on. Outlets were too loose in the room. Only outlet that would hold my Cell Phone Charger Plug was in the bathroom. There wasn't any Kleenix in our room. Check-in and Check-out Clerk was very friendly and Professional.

For the rate i pay? I could have gotten a room much better than what i recd. The room smells, very dusty, furniture does not match. A/C is noisy. It’s appears to be a storage room turned into a bedroom. Terrible!

We requested a late checkout as we were attempting to acquire the funds to pay for another day. We weren't even given until 11:30. At 11:15 the manager was at the door of our room while we were moving our stuff out and called the police on us. Never have I seen anything like this. My girlfriend is pregnant and it was freezing cold outside and this man with no heart call the police on us while we were leaving the hotel. I will never go there again

The staff was very helpful and nice! The rooms were decent except the bathroom sink had a loosed faucet our TV wasn't working right, I had to call front desk a couple of times to come help us with the TV. And that's where they were very helpful and nice! And it seem the door was hard to get in with the key. I took a few times before it worked. And to get into the hotel parking lot or to the hotel itself you had to cut in front of a car wash you had to use their driveway to get in. I do want to say it was very quiet at night had a good sleep, and that rooms are very reasonable prices.
