Friendly and helpful Staff. The breakfast is wonderful, and they have a little of everything. Two kinds of coffee tea hot water, even hot chocolate by the counter. Cleanest hotel I have seen in years. I upgraded to a hot tub last day of my stay it was big enough for two and immaculate.There is a pool and hot tub you can get swimsuits across the street at two places (Target and Meijer). I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location for our trip. It was near the highway and close to many great stores, food options and grocery stores. The breakfast was better than I was expecting. The hotel could use a refresh including the pool and hot tub area. That being said the pool was large, staff was very friendly, and a pretty good breakfast included in your stay. I'd stay again.

The room was clean, however the walls were very thin and hall and adjacent room noise was a negative. The pool area was completely full of people not staying at the hotel. Also, if there would have been room in pool, we probably wouldn’t have used it due to the high amount of chlorine. The fumes were noxious.

The gym had lots of bath towels but no disinfecting spray or paper towels to clean the equipment, especially the load of visible dried sweat on the right treadmill. The left treadmill was not working properly and would randomly stop mid-running which is dangerous. The gym equipment is not maintained and there are parts broken on several items. In our room the bed skirt had a stain on it…. Pretty much no veggie options for breakfast, only Quaker oatmeal which is a hard pass for me. There was apple and orange as well as fountain juices. Overall the location was near to our family event, so that’s why we chose this spot. Likely to check other options next time.

We plan a yearly trip for my son\'s birthday. This time we opted to find a hotel with a hot tub and a pool. So we chose Hampton Inn South. Get there and the pool is "closed for maintenance". The rooms were very small and there was only a 1/4 of a window, even though the whole side could have been a window. Wouldn\'t stay here again.

Hallway on the first floor has a horrible dog pee smell, it's really strong! I have dogs and appreciate pet friendly hotels but this is the first Hilton we've stayed at that was just gross! The floors in the room were just swept into the corners! Very disappointing

Hotel room was filthy - dirty hand prints on the bathroom door, sheets were dirty, floor had food all over it and dead flies all over the floor . Could not believe this was a Hampton Inn - it was disgusting.

I liked that it was available and a central location for our activities. The staff responded promptly with requests and were friendly. However, the furnishings were worn and some clearly stained. The bathroom and entry area floors were sticky. We will not choose that location again.

The room was unclean. My bed had a wad of hair in the sheets. No housekeeping. It was too late to leave and no rooms left. I was forced to change the sheets myself and use bleach wipes to clean every surface.

Room was clean and comfortable. I thought the shower was awfully narrow. I am 5’8 and weigh 180 pounds and could not turn around in the shower without bumping into the security grab bar or the towel holder on the shower door.

We had a good stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “issue” we had was the shower water didn’t really get hot and would just stay lukewarm, but not really that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again.

The hand faucet in the bathroom was terrible. Abdollah, a kind and friendly guy at the front desk, said you are re-doing all the sinks because this is an ongoing problem: as it is, we could scarcely use it. Please replace. Initial supplies of towels is way under-planned: thanks that you gave us some more on request. Breakfast was ok but kind of mediocre as compared with Hampton Inns in general. Safety and cleanliness were sufficient, thank you. Pool was closed (?)

Overall a decent hotel but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, sheets were “crunchy” and the pillows were awful. Didn’t make for a very good nights sleep but the room was clean and the in room whirlpool tub was nice.

I was pleased that we were able to check in a little early. There were dust bunnies on top of the one side table that I had to wipe away, the wrong size sheets were put on the bed. We requested new sheets, which we recieved, and had to put on ourselves as house keeping was not available. We were offered to move rooms, but we were already set up with CPAP machine and all. We were double charged and the check-in gal acted quickly and the GM responded quickly to refund.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! We like to have fresh towels everyday and this hotel was so nice about accommodating the request for multiple towels and washcloths. The breakfast was perfect also! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Michigan. We stayed 3 nights and really liked our room.

I booked this hotel months in advance. We called to confirm our reservation because we were checking in late. The hotel confirmed our reservation but we arrived and were told They did not have our room. No sorry no we will help try and get you a room at one of their other properties just your out of luck. Several others were in the same boat. The man that was working was awful to deal with. We called 4 other hotels and they were all booked. It became a rough night!

Tahya and Maddison checked us in and they were beyond amazing. Not only did they take care of checking us in but made excellent recommendations about places to dine. Monellli’s was fantastic! Everything the 4 of us ordered was beyond amazing!! Breakfast was hot and delicious. When food ran out, they were quickly replaced. Rooms spotless. Best ever shower. Modern room with many outlets for all the electronics. Microwave, decent good sized fridge. Very clean. Location great. 6 stars out of 5!!!

Hotel is next to a vary busy carwash. If your an early to bed before 10pm dont plan on sleeping well. Also, what ever dirt the carwash washes off the cars, travels and settles on cars parked in hotel parking lot. Bed is semi comfortable. Pillows are nice and the weight of the blankets are great but the mattress is a little lumpy. Will not stay here again.

We stayed overnight and used the pool and ate carry out in the lobby with friends. The facilities were great and the staff was excellent! We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a great variety of hot and cold choices and was continually restocked.

The overall this property is great and so is the staff. At a glance everything is clean and tidy, but once you start looking, it's a little scuzzy, they don't deep clean. I would still stay again. Average breakfast.
