The good: the fitness center, the water pressure in the shower, and the breakfast in the morning. The bad: location is not ideal (it’s literally right next to the highway), there’s not much food around (but there’s a grocery store nearby), and the pillows weren’t great. But for one night, it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

We booked a last minute stay for a college tour. Property is beautiful and updated. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Staff was very helpful and had great suggestions for activities in the area. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Check in was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable. The room itself was very clean. The bathroom wad very clean and stocked with towels and washcloths. Over all this was a very excellent experience. My granddaughters had an awesome time in the pool. Very clean. Had enough towels for the guests to use.

This was perhaps the nicest hotel we have stayed in in recent history. The facility was immaculate and the moment we opened our room door, it just smelled clean and was immaculately clean. Quite honestly, the first hotel I've ever stayed in where I haven't felt the incessant need to wear my socks and to not worry when slipping underneath the covers, lol. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to the Grand Rapids Michigan area.

I want to start by saying the front desk people were friendly, helpful and it was clean in the lobby and we were very happy. Downfalls were minor but I went back and forth about saying anything. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. In the fold out couch was someone else’s dirty socks when we opened it. Also there was a lot of missed areas. We did have a good time but it was really hard to get ready with only one mirror. A room that can fit 6 seems like it would have an extra mirror and sitting area. These were just minor things but I think a mirror would help others in the future. The shower curtain was super short and didn’t really help much when taking a shower. The toilet seat was very loose and wobbly and hard for my mom who has cancer on her spine to sit on . Also we had requested an extra blanket and they never brought it up. I’m assuming it was late and they just forgot. My daughter just has Reynold’s disease and is cold all the time. We forgot to pack an extra blanket. No big deal I gave her mine. Please don’t look at these as we had a bad time just as a small improvement suggestion. Thank you!

Stay was okay but shower had hair in it, the toilet tissue rack was coming off the wall. Hotel was relatively quiet. One of the reps was really nice (the one that checked me in) however her coworker at the counter was very cold.

The TV did not work and the staff was unable to help because they aren’t trained. They gave a phone number to a call center and they couldn’t help either, said they would pass our case to the next level. They called back the next day after we checked out. The shower door wouldn’t close, the outlets and USB charging ports didn’t work. We were placed in a room, in a hallway with a large wedding party. There was no peace and quiet at night.

Everything was perfect except the highway noise that came right into the room through the indoor / outdoor A/C units. I say units cause it was really bad first night trying to sleep. Got a different room on the other side of hotel… same noise unfortunately

Property was very clean. Staff was available and friendly. It was nice for manage to stop and speak to guests during breakfast. Lauren was very helpful with assisting me at checkout. After multiple delays and need to reroute our flights, the staff at this hotel were very helpful. We called and explained our situation. They allowed us to check in over the phone so we do not loose our reservation. Once we arrived, they had our keys waiting for us. Have another trip planned and will be booking here again for that trip.

Room was ok. Upon checking out I was told my deposit would be refunded and a emailed receipt. I have yet to get either of them. I’ve called numerous times just for the phone to ring with no one picking up the other end. My last option was to send an email if that doesn’t work for me I will have to take other legal matters.

The person that checked me in was so welcoming and friendly and I was checked in very quickly. Parking was plentiful and the hotel and surrounding area was quiet. I greatly appreciated how close it was to a large Meijer store and I needed a couple of things that I had forgotten at home. Overall my check in and stay was phenomenal.

Wasnt happen that my door key wouldnt work every time we went out .. had to have door key on the door replaced . The phone wouldnt work always had to call using my cellphone to the front desk .. ask for more towels and blankets and had to get it myself .. first staff member at check in wasnt polite and she seemed annoyed that we had to keep calling about our door key ..

Right off the highway for easy access, but still very quiet. Room was very comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good--those muffins, yum! Affordable. Would love to stay here again.
