Clean & comfortable. We like the kitchenette option. Pool and hot tub room was large, however the chlorine was EXTRA-We were in there for under 30 mins and felt the burning eyes for hours and hours after. Hot tub was underwhelming-Warm bath water with minimal jet. We chose this hotel for the hot-tub specifically and it was not as expected. Outdoor space was awesome with the seating options and grills/tvs and firepit. Overall, nice stay in comparison to other hotels

We have stayed a couple of times and everything has been great every stay. Staff are nice and helpful, rooms are clean. The only downfall I would say is the amount of chlorine in the pool area. It burns my eyes just sitting in there

Our room was excellent! Although the hot tub didn’t work so good. It kept shutting off. The outdoor patio was so relaxing and I would come back again! Hopefully they will look into the hot tub, kinda disappointed as this is so newly built.

The courtyard and fire pits are awesome. THis is such a nice property, easy to get to from the highway, clean, new, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and close to so much.

The property is really nice and our room was clean. Breakfast was average. The front desk clerk was ok…said all the right things but not overly pleasant. The hot tub did not work properly so that was disappointing. When we went to the desk to report it nobody was there.

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were not bothered by anyone. The outdoor grounds were lovely. The kitchen was so convenient for our family. The room smelled like dog which was unpleasant. As is typical in hotel rooms, the room temperature was cold but clammy/humid. The hot tub was not hot and the jets were malfunctioning.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night, just to get out of the house! It had a great location, it is across the street from RiverTown Crossings and close to all the other things we wanted to do. The hotel was very clean. There were plenty of common areas to sit and relax, if that’s your thing. We had to have a pool and the hot tub was a bonus. It was a spacious area, with plenty of pool towels and easy access to bathrooms/changing area. The hot tub was not “hot” to my standards.. so that was a bit disappointing for me but it was still enjoyable. We had a studio room and it was a great size for us. It had all the amenities we needed and even more we didn’t use. They use magnets to be placed on the outside of your door, if you need anything, don’t want to be disturbed or have a dog in your room. Cute idea! The free breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to quite a lot. There is a very large eating area as well. Though there was snow, we could see all the patio tables and chairs outside and outdoor televisions. It’s probably very fun in the warmer months as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Hotel looked like it was run down and not properly maintained. The flooring in the elevator was literally buckling and filthy. The outside of the refrigerator door was so dirty that we had to wipe it down just to touch it to open it. The kitchen sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time with food debris and something that looked like burnt food sitting on the bottom of it. Both the bathroom and kitchen sinks would back up when you turned the water on. The room appeared clean but there were definitely areas that needed improvement. The staff was super friendly but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The first room assigned smelled of smoke. The hotel only had one other option and that room smelled fine. However, the room did not seem “renovated” although we booked a renovated room. The main surfaces of the room were clean, but the floor and other areas were not. The bedding was clean. Overall, the price (more expensive than most downtown Grand Rapids hotels) did not feel worth what we paid for the room.

We have stayed at Staybridge properties in the past and always enjoyed our stay however, Grand Rapids could use a little work on cleanliness. Front desk was friendly. Our room had left over dishes in the dishwasher and a dirty scrubber left on the counter. The end tables had smudges, the stainless steal appliances were fingerprinted and dirty. Bathroom had dirt on the shower floor and something stuck on the wall. The tile flooring in the entry and elevator area were filthy. Hot tub jets didn't work and the pool was freezing. Overall it was a disappointing stay for the price we paid.

Only 2 complaints are that the door to the bathroom was a pocket door which stuck/was off the track. Made for more than a few moments of feeling trapped. Additionally, there wasn’t a closet but an assigned area in the bathroom corner. Other than that, it was a great stay. Kitchen was terrific.

This was a very nice hotel for our quick one night stay. The entire place was clean and comfortable. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our group. All hotels should offer this! Loved the amount of shampoo and conditioner! The walls were thin and the guy yelling at his kids on the shared wall was unpleasant. But can’t help people have no manners.

This hotel is very clean and the front desk was excellent. I chose it because of the high marks. The room was worn and dated. All lights were that super blue white that make you feel like you are in a K-Mart. Room smelled a bit lime someone had smoked in it. None of the little newer amenities.

The people above us were very loud even after we called the front desk on them, made for a long night. Tried to call front desk 5 times in the morning to get a later check out but no answer. Called the outside line, finally talked to the guy. Got an extra hour. 40 min later got a call from front desk telling us check out was 11. Told him we got permission to check out at 12.

The room was clean, but there were groups of kids running up and down the hallways, playing in the elevators. There were groups of people sitting outside yelling and screaming at 1am in the morning the kids were banging on the doors as they ran the hallways, at midnight, so NO sleep for us!!! Staff did nothing to stop it even when I asked them too. The place was out of control! I have nothing good to say about that stay! It was over priced and I got no rest whatsoever! And the management did nothing to help! It was a waste of time and money to stay there. I would have got more sleep in my car!

We had a confirmed reservation. Got into town and called to see if we’d be able to check in and we were told that they did not have a room for us because there was a convention in town. They made NO attempt to contact us before arriving. Staff was not very apologetic or helpful when I asked what I was supposed to do They told me to get a hold of Expedia. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Very sorry to hear that a convention trumped our confirmed reservation.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were running a little late and they readily gave us a extra hour for check-out Check-in was fast and efficient. Most importantly, our rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and if we're ever in that area again we will stay there. Very pleased all around.

Staybridge Suites in Grandview was an excellent place to stay. We were there for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are quite nice with bedrooom separate from the living room/kitchen area. Quite a large room for the price. Breakfast was good with a nice seating area and plenty of room for everyone. There are many dining choices nearby as well as a few within walking distance. Check in and check out were easy and we were treated very nicely. We would not hesitate to stay there the next time we are in the Grand Rapids area.

Great hotel. Exceptionally clean with a beautiful courtyard. Great location across from shopping mall and many restaurants. Surprised we did not have housekeeping on weekends but all n all it was fine. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. This is the second time staying here and we noticed the shower floors are so slippery they are dangerous. This trip the breakfast was a big disappointment. The English muffins were moldy and the waffle batter didn’t cook properly. A small matter is the soap and shampoo in the shower are attached to the wall. It makes it very difficult to use and check the ingredients for allergies.

From the landscaping on the outside to the cleanliness on the inside this hotel was just beautiful. The location is perfect with several stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed three nights for our family trip to the area and loved the quick 25 min drive to Holland. We enjoyed the breakfast, amenities (self laundry, pool), and were surprised by an added nightly courtesy meal during the days of our stay (pasta night, taco night, and a mashed potato bar). The staff were all gracious, informative, and available for needs. We were sad to leave but now have a forever spot to stay when we travel back to the area. Absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend!!!!

The breakfast service was terrible! I went down for coffee at 8am and none ready, other than decaf. Then, I went again at 10am and once again no coffee was ready to go. That’s unacceptable and I won’t be back.

This was our first stay at one of your hotels but we'll definitely be back! Beds were super comfy. Entry, lobby, garden, and outdoor area with a patio, firepit, and seating were all beautiful. Super quiet - we didn't hear a peep out of our neighbors and didn't hear any of the dogs staying at the hotel. The breakfast selection was huge.
