The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was big and our kids really enjoyed it. The hot tub was actually hot and the jets worked. We really liked having a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool atrium.

The room was clean and up to date. All amenities are included in the room. Actual bottles instead of the little tiny ones. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and it also had a game room. I would definitely recommend this place for business or vacation.

Had a good laugh when I arrived to a lobby/check-in reeking of pot smoke and then told by the clerk with a totally straight face that my room was non-smoking! Window is broken as if broken into and held together by tape. No wifi at all on third floor. Shower not clean.

Staff told us when we checked in that we could not smoke or vape in the room (which we don't do anyway). However, when we went to the room they gave us it smelled like somebody had been smoking in there. I went back to the desk and told her one of us had asthma and could not stay in that room because it smelled like someone was smoking, and she told me no one should be smoking in there. Regardless, it smelled like it so she did relent and move us. The stay was average, the location wasn't great.

The staff was friendly, but the room was not in the best shape -- the shower curtain was falling down, the carpet was stained, and there were some things left from a previous guest. But the most disappointing part was that we stayed three nights, and we didn't get housekeeping service at all. We were told there wouldn't be any on Thanksgiving, which was fine, but they didn't even do it the next day.

Exceptionally clean hotel and more. Pool area is awesome! Love that this hotel has a bath tub in rooms, too, (something you don't see anymore at any hotels anywhere). Always love to have my "Calgon" 20 minutes soaks after a long day of vacationing, visiting and shopping :) Thank you to the staff and more, keep up the great work! Will come back to this hotel, highly recommended! ((Thumbs up))

The property is clean and secure. If you have a room by the elevator don’t plan on getting any sleep as every time the door opens and closes it makes a very loud double thud like someone is banging on the wall. Staff make it clear that it is not their issue.

The only difficulty was attempting to determine if we were at the correct place as they were doing renovation/construction and there was no signage from the road. Staff stated the construction crew had just taken the signage down for remodel.

Everything was a 5 star! Just little things like the bathtub not draining for 5 min after a shower and the sink doing it as well. Otherwise perfect experience! 5 out of 5 Stars!

The check out employee was very pleasant and professional and welcoming to all guests. The breakfast service employees gave good service and very pleasant. The check in employee and nighttime employee that worked Tuesday and Wednesday were not pleasant. They really need hospitality training. Front desk hung up very rudely Wednesday morning when we called about the breakfast hours. After all they are in the hospitality business. Maybe this isn’t their passion?

There was a lady at the desk that was very rude. When ever we asked her for anything she rolled her eyes and acted very inconvenienced by having to do her job. She did not have a name tag but was at the front between the hours of 5pm and 630pm. There also was another lady who was very polite. I just want to make sure you guys are aware of the rude ladies behavior.

Arrived to check in at 3:15 pm checkin is 3pm. We were told our room was not ready as sheets were still needing to be changed and would have to wait 45 min. Checked back at the desk af 4:00pm and was again told another 45 min wait!? We weren't able to get in our room until 5pm. No offer of a discount on our stay for the inconvenience. So I literally paid money for a full stay but was shorted 2 hours of my stay. If you don't have the staff to operate your hotel then you need to not operate at capacity. Very poor experience!

There was a young woman desk clerk on the morning of July 4th, that went out of her way to help me. She was so very kind and patient in explaining the correct procedure. My room was kept neat and spotless. A top experience in staying at motels while traveling. I will definitely stay here again.

I liked the cozy feel of this hotel and its location. It was very close to the sports complex we were playing volleyball at (which is why we were there) and close to the shopping and food choices while also being tucked away from the busy areas.

We enjoyed the close parking, ease of check-in and spacious room. The in-room Keurig, microwave, and fridge made out stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was better quality than expected and the kids loved the pancake printer! I appreciated that most items were individually wrapped. The location is slightly off the beaten path which gives a sense of privacy while still being plenty close to everything you could need. We had a great stay and would highly consider staying here again if we're ever in the area.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t particularly like the pool view room we ended up with because it was loud until at least 10pm each night. The breakfast the first morning was lack luster. Hardly anything was out and had to ask workers to bring more food out and they acted like it was a chore. Breakfast the next day was much better.
