The room was clean...Staff was what appeared to be short staffed...the Breakfast was mediocre at best. The grounds need attention as they are overgrown with weeds. I can tell effort was put into making it look good, but has not been maintained.

Joann is a seasoned professional who delivers top drawer hospitality. I will Uber (well worth it), and return to this property even though there is no shuttle!

Check in went good but the bathroom in our room was disgusting. Cleaning person needs to do better.

The only good thing about this stay was Joanne at the front desk. It was the wrong room I booked through Expedia and the room was horrible, not clean, bed is terribly hard and the fact you cannot bring your free breakfast back to your home or be charged for eggs that come in a bag is ridiculous!!!!!!

Place is a joke. The stay started with us paying extra for a suite and them giving us a basic room. Up on asking they told us we would have to pay another upcharge almost double the original price per night at the help desk to get the correct room. The room we ended up staying in had stained towals and ants running around on the walls. Asking for a refund or at least a discount on the substandard room as well as the fact that we paid extra for a room but the extra i guess was not anough, was responded by hotel employees that it wasnt their problem and since the room was non refundable, for said suite, we couldnt even cancel or refund our booking.
