I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as comparison from the last time I was there it made their breakfast a lot better much improved rules are clean the staff was nice parking at times is little rough but I would recommend this hotel highly

A lot of small things, pool was closed because out of order, coffee at breakfast cold at 9 am, toilet paper holder broke in room, hard to use, got locked out of room because keys weren’t charged properly, staff unfriendly.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered was really good. The fitness center was awesome, and we also liked the many sidewalks and nearby trails as another option for exercise. My kids wished for a bigger pool. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again if in the area.

The room was great! Sound proof windows so you couldn't hear traffic, comfy bed and pillows, spacious! The pool is TINY, which I wasn't expecting. The towels in the pool area were plentiful on Friday night, but no clean towels on Saturday night and the dirty towel bin was heaping full. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Room was clean. There were scuffs on the tiles in the shower that made it look dirty. We had an issue with the parking lot when leaving. There was ice & puddles of water by our parking spot. My daughter fell on the ice. I called to let them knew. They sounded like they really didn’t care. Didn’t even ask how my daughter was. They said they would get someone to salt out there

Wow!! Best hotel stay we’ve had in a long while, the hotel itself is spotless, smells great, and has vibrant styling throughout the building. The breakfast service had a good selection and the seating area is comfortable. The showers are huge and are well stocked. Check-in was quick, kind and thoughtful. Since they weren’t booked full the employee asked which floor we would rather have. Soft baked cookies available starting after 3 pm and iced water really are a nice touch as you walk towards the elevator. Parking is included and just outside of the building. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive, the Family Fare grocery store is just a minute or two away. Didn’t visit the fitness center but from what we could see walking by it looked awesome. Will definitely make this hotel a priority next time we stay near Grand Rapids!

My room was never cleaned, i never received clean towels, when i asked and requested the room to be cleaned it wasn't done. I was told the cleaning staff had left, i had to find my own clean towels. I was very disappointed in this property.

The breakfast was not done so well The food was not very hot It was very poorly attended The oatmeal was like soup and sausage links were like cardboard and I don't see the advantage of serving The same thing everyday a lot of hotels change it up a little bit and it's with stuff that really doesn't cost anything more I was there a whole week It was the same Not so warm food scrambled eggs sausage patty cardboard sausage links soupy oatmeal water that was never filled up in the glass container and tables not cleaned off when people left

I stayed at this property for 5 days no one came to change my bed not one day. I asked a house keeper and she told me no. When I arrived at the hotel it was late and the sheets had blood on them they pretending not to know what room I was in and told me I'll have to change the bed my self because house keeping was gone. The tub water back up and didn't go down properly. The pool look like it need to be clean. Night shift staff had her friends come watch movies with her.

Our first 3 stars hotel. It was beautiful & quiet with a spacious suite for the living/tv room. Big tv too. The bathroom was tiled with glass doors and there was a half wall next to the toilet. Nice ling suite.

There were customers in the hotel that had no respect for other customers and were yelling, running down the halls and jumping off beds until 1am. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise they created and unfortunate people do not respect others.

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding and the hotel could definitely use an upgrade - paint was chipped, door handle lose, and AC didn’t work correctly. There was also a lot of noise in the hallways stairway evening (ie kids running around at 11pm)

I really enjoyed our stay at this property! Super nicely decorated, friendly staff, great breakfast selection, great rooms and all around great! My only small feedback was the shower pressure wasn't great and the products (body wash, shampoo and conditioner) weren't great but other than that everything was awesome!

Stayed here a few times now. Overall the property is great and I will stay in the the future! The afternoon/evening staff are great!! The morning staff seem like they don't want to be there and are playing on their phones more than interacting with guests.

I checked in at 9:15 and the key I was given a room on the fourth floor that was occupied with another guest. I was a bit unsettled when I walked in and saw other suitcases. After returning to front desk was taken to a different room by staff member. I was told a key would be brought up but had to go down and request the key around 10 pm so I could get in and out of the room for breakfast the next day. I think the staffing was limited given the hotel was full over Labor Day and the staff member was trying to handle a lot. This was unsettling - never had anything like this happen. Makes you long for the days of secure hard keys. The hotel is otherwise typical of Marriott.

Hotel was very clean, felt pretty new. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, eggs were cold and other hot foods were not very hot. A little frustrating when you book two rooms and one couple gets a free upgrade to a suite but not the other. Maybe save that for a one room booking.

The breakfast was good last time i was here but i wasn't a fan this time. The waffles were very doughy even when cooked all the way & the sausage was dry & eggs where really wet but it was a good stay overall.
