Owners were very nice. Outdoor pool was green, algae green. Breakfast was underwhelming and ended up leaving the property for breakfast. The handle to the door had to be pushed up instead of down. Outdoor doors were supposed to be locked at 10pm for safety and were never locked the 2 nights we were there.

Check-in was very quick and easy, the staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the room was freshly renovated and very clean! Also was very quiet - I couldn’t hear anyone in the other rooms unless I was in the hallway, so that is always a plus! Pool was closed as it was seasonal but I’m sure that would have been a great amenity as well. The location was also perfect - right off the freeway, and only a short drive to downtown Holland, restaurants, and other attractions. Only issue we experienced was the door seemed to jam a little as the door knob was messed up if it was pointed a certain way, and that the ice machine on the second floor was out of order. Otherwise a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again.

They are in the process of remodeling and while the outside, lobby and halls were run down the rooms were beautiful. Everything was new and very clean. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed having the breakfast bags to go.

Black mold on bathroom walls, pubic hair in tub, tub bottom was slick. Air conditioner was missing the front panel and ran cold or hot with no happy medium. Breakfast consisted of a bottle of warm water and 2 snack bars in a paper sack. I wish every hotel had a coffee machine like the one there. the staff did find my lost keys for which I am very grateful. I will never stay at any Days Inn again.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair all over the bath tub and finger nail clippings on the floor. A/C and television did not work. The bed was comfortable on the plus side. Staff was pleasant.

The room was clearly cleaned at the bare minimum before check in. There was no vacuuming done to the floor since there was dirt and dust everywhere. There was also no restock of toilet paper from the previous guest that stayed in the room. Several lights in the room wouldn’t work. On the website when I originally booked the hotel mentioned that there was complimentary breakfast but soon arrival it was clear that there was no breakfast, which made it rather inconvenient since the area surrounding the hotel had very little to offer as well. There was also no “do not disturb” sign provided. On the last morning of my stay, the cleaning crew attempted coming into the room without knocking at 8:30 in the morning, I was not awake yet nor was it close to the check out time.

The breakfast was VERY ordinary; we went out for breakfast. Black mold in corner of shower. The beds were WAY too high for seniors; you couldn't even sit on the edge to put your shoes on or get dressed. The TV kept losing its signal.

The daytime front desk clerk what’s the best, so accommodating, kind and helpful. When I pulled up to the outside of the hotel, I was skeptical about how the inside would be. I will say the outside was clean and tidy I just look like an older hotel. Parking was convenient. The inside lobby area was very small and I wasn’t sure where the breakfast would be. The breakfast they offered were things that you could take back to your room like cookies, protein bars, yogurt, juice, coffee. Again, very clean. Our room was great you could tell it had an update to it. Everything was fresh and clean. I had no problems getting extra items I needed.

Started off with no one at the front desk to check us in. Had to call on the phone to have someone come check us in. While checking us in the front desk attendant was texting on her phone. The room itself was nice except the refrigerator wasn’t working properly we had leftovers from the night before and it was room temperature while in the refrigerator. The water pressure was poor in the shower. The bed itself was poor on the side I was sleeping on metal springs poking me through mattress into my back cause major pain

This was an okay stay during tulip festival in Holland MI. The room was adequate, but not spectacular. The breakfast was a bag with a water, small muffins, and a granola bar. Yogurt was available also. There was no real foyer or place to hang out. The neighborhood is run down. There was only one chair and the bed to sit on. The TV was small. When we checked out, I somehow left a ring I have had for thirty years. They called me before I was a mile down the road. I was very glad to be reunited with it.

The hotel is exactly what I would expect at this price point, nothing fancy but very clean and had all of the basics. What I would not expect at this price point is service that goes above and beyond, but the staff at the Wyndham Holland were spectacular. Not only friendly but extremely helpful to me and my elderly father. I cannot thank them enough for their thoughtful consideration.

This isn't a fancy hotel but was well maintained and clean. The grab and go breakfast (no tables/chairs to sit down) provided in the lobby was yogurt, packaged mini muffins, a variety of granola bars, pop tarts, juice and coffee. No protein. That would be my only complaint. But the price was cheap and everything was clean and in good shape. I would stay there again.
