Seemed outdated. The elevator seemed to be unstable at times. Bed was very uncomfortable and walls seemed pretty thin as could hear everything and there was a hockey team staying on same floor, was pretty noisy

The staff was very friendly and most of the hotel was well kept. The sofa in my room was a bit dirty (stained) and the edges of the shower/bath needed a tiny bit of repair. The elevator also made some sounds that were a bit discomforting. The breakfast was good and the snack area was convenient.

We were greeted by a rude staff member at the front desk and all the TVs were out. I didn't necessarily mind the TV's being down, but the way she delivered the message was absolutely unacceptable. Breakfast was good, the room was good and comfortable, the pool area needs some work as far as the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, so outside of the front desk worker the stay was great.

The bed in this hotel was so incredibly uncomfortable. I did not sleep for more than one hour the entire evening. The pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was warm at least. Pool area was an absolute disaster with very slippery floors and towels all over the floor that I suspect guests had thrown down to walk on to avoid falling. Our room was very clean though. There were kids running up and down the hallways, one of them screaming, at 3am.

Room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast great. Unfortunately, I chose to stay there because they have a whirlpool. After checking in , Sign on door read pool out of order. I asked if whirlpool was out of order, front desk clerk replied “I don’t know, I guess,”. And made no effort to check. Disappointing!

The breakfast was incredible! The hotel is very quiet and convenient. My only issue was that my room smelled like smoke horribly. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t even there for 24hrs. It could have used another cleaning as well, but not filthy.

My daughter and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was good. It was also very quiet. I would stay here again.

This property was very close and convenient for the family event we were attending. Property was very neat, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is that room and bathroom weren’t very well lit, more of a dull light than bright.

This hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel needs updated. The carpeting entering our room was torn and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. An overall update would be good considering the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express right beside it looked more inviting.

The hotel was very nice. However, there were young noisy children in the hallways playing mini hockey much of the evenings we were there. The sticks and pucks were hitting our door. I don’t know where the parents were, but this shouldn’t be allowed! This was disrespectful to the other guests!

The person who was above us made too much noise. Heard them stomp till 1130 pm. It was very hard to get rest. I thought the rooms should be a little bit more quiet you can hear people in the next room and in the hall. Would not recommend staying in the same place again

Jacob, the receptionist can be barely seen in the check in desk. He was really rude to us and I felt discriminated being Asians and members of LGBT. Gave us room that still not cleaned, even though we arrived later than check in time, gave us only one key working even we needed two (he insisted they only give one, although he gave me two keys upon check in, one was not working), made me go back an fourth for my key concerns, and gave wrong info about breakfast time (to all other clients who checked in with him). I gave my concerns via email to the area manager before I send this review but he didn’t respond. All other staff were friendly and helpful, but Jacob really made our stay so stressful, hence the bad rate. Jacob never apologized and made me wait multiple times with my concern with alibis of texting his manager (he cut me off while I was telling him my concern with my key) and then made me wait again even the guy who he was trying to check in said he can wait and Jacob can work on my concern, Jacob just shrugged his shoulder and stated “oh that can wait”. The other staff was very accommodating and tried to rectify all the concerns like the housekeeper who apologized for the long wait for our room and the kitchen staff gave all other guests what they needed for breakfast (since Jacob said breakfast was until 10am but it’s inly until 9am). So far, the hotel was very clean with a decent free breakfast. The area is really peaceful at night even it’s by the road.

We had softball tournaments in the area called to let them know late check in, no answer. Get there for check in nobody around waited 10 minutes, note on desk, be right back, he was out getting people dinner. Exhausted just wanted our room and crash

Worst customer service experience of my life. I always stay at fairfield’s because we like them. Made my reservation a few months in advance for this weekends trip. Called two weeks ago to confirm and again the day before. Also PRE CHECKED in online the day before. Only to receive a call less than two hours before check in from expedia that the hotel was no longer able to accommodate my reservation. I thought this had to be a mistake since I’d confirmed twice and pre checked in already…so i called the hotel. The lady on the phone was the least empathetic person I’ve ever spoken to…just said YUP that’s correct your reservation has been cancelled we overbooked. Zero apology, Zero offer to help us make other accommodations, I was several hours away from home. I will never stay at a fairfield again. i need a reliable place even planning a trip

The housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived on Sunday. The information sheet we received had breakfast at 6am on Monday. We arrived in the lobby at 6:30 and served ourselves breakfast. As we were filling our plates, a member of the staff turned off the lights over the food area. When I asked the front desk person why the lights were turned off, he said breakfast was at 7am because of Labor Day. Noone communicated this to us on Sunday when we checked in.

Convenient location. We had a reservation for a handicapped room but the person on duty (FJAY,aka Frank) said someone else was in the room. After about a half hour of fumbling around, phone calls and excuses, etc., he said we would have to go to another hotel. Sunday morning I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told there is no manager in on Sunday so I spoken to Tina. She said that the person on duty Saturday night didn't know what he was doing. Then she said the room was not occupied Saturday night, so I said we would be over shortly and she said we couldn't get in the room until noon because it wasn't made up so I said if no one was in the room why does it have to be made up, oh someone was in the room. Lies!!!!!!! Well we did go later but when we got to the room it had a tub, not a walk in shower. When I mentioned this to Tina she said their handicapped rooms don't have walk in showers. In all the hotels we have ever stayed in, they all have handicapped rooms with walk in showers. My wife cannot get in a tub so she was not able to shower for two days. The hotel is very, very dated and needs to be upgraded. It was a very bad experience and we would never stay there again.

Robert was great. The maintenance staff was working all around the property. Everything at this hotel was by anybody standards, perfect. The price is right, and it was a very short drive to all of the entertainment and dining options you could imagine.

The breakfast service was not up to par. It was supposed to start at 6 AM and mostly it was not ready. The eggs were so watery they were uneditable and the same thing with the oatmeal. I think the person did not arrive on time to start it so that it was properly prepared for 6. The cooler for the milk was still locked. I needed to get to the train station and left by 6:25 and the woman was just setting things up still.

Staff was very friendly - from housekeeping to the front desk staff. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing breakfast choices and the options to add to the eggs/oatmeal etc to make it just the way I want it! Plus they had vegan options (that didn't matter to me but it is nice for the guests who are vegan)

When we arrived at our room it seemed clean enough, but we discovered our wash rags had huge holes in the center and the tissue box was empty. We expected better. The maid also neglected to wipe the bathroom sink. Not too much to ask. Our main complaint was with the maid service. Also, the supply room/kitchen area can be seen from the dining area and appeared very dirty; especially the floors under the equipment. The hot items were terrible and flavorless. Unrecognizable sausage and runny eggs. On the up-side, the staff was very efficient, friendly and responsive.

We had a great two night stay here during Tulip Time! The property was clean and the staff were very friendly! Every morning we had a delicious hot breakfast. Robert, the cook, was awesome. He worked so hard to keep everything stocked and made such great eggs!! I would definitely stay here again!
