Rooms are nice and clean, staff is wonderful hotel over all is nice, breakfast is good enough but needs to include biscuits and gravy but the reason i don't give 5 stars is the pool area floor is just gross filthy and when i realized id been barefoot walking on it i couldn't stop gagging.

Hotel was hosting very large groups from kid regional travel league & didn’t warn us. 20-30 children age 8-15 were jumping in the hot tubs/pool, bumping into us, while parents were getting drunk & not regulating. Kids were running outside to the hot tub and bringing debris into the indoor hot tub. At one point I had to ask a very young boy to please clean the frosting off his face & not rinse it off in the hot tub we were in. It was extremely disruptive. If we had known we would have rescheduled our trip. Also the free wifi did not work after multiple attempts and contacting front desk. Great spot if you’re a parent with seeking a Chucky Cheese vibe with attached bar, but not so much if an adult seeking R&R or need WiFi for business purposes. I will say the room was clean, update, & coffee/breakfast was decent with GF option for me. Not sure it was worth the price.

Everything during my stay was great. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was how cold the indoor pool was. It was freezing at all times, i couldn't enjoy it during my stay, but my kids did, so that was a win for them. Hot tubs were great and I loved that they extended hours for adult's only. Food at restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfasts were awesome and always well stocked with food during serving time. Highly recommend hotel.

Room location and condition were great. The breakfast was also outstanding. Their fitness equipment and pool are also very good, though the pool needs to either be open all the time, or at least open before 8:30am!

This hotel is great for families with kids! It has a huge arcade, a large pool, a hot tub, restaurant, bar, and a large included continental breakfast. We enjoyed playing games with our son and hanging out by the pool. The room was fine. The only thing that I did not like was the area surrounding the pool... large clumps of hair and bits of stuff from the water. I know with that many kids playing around it's difficult to keep clean, and my son wasn't bothered, but seeing clumps of hair is something that just really grosses me out haha, so I just kept sandals on and didn't swim (I rarely do anyway). We definitely would stay again!

Loved indoor and outdoor hot tub. Complimentary breakfast had gluten free options and wide variety of items. Room had excessive wear and tear on carpet and door jams. Needed a serious carpet cleaning; the state of the room didn’t line up with the rest of the experience.

The hotel is beautiful in the lobby and restaurant area. I enjoy having a restaurant and bar onsite. The pool area is gorgeous and was very clean. We did experience an issue with cleanliness in our room that I didn’t feel the staff handled well at all. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the tub was extremely visibly dirty with hair all over. The front desk person wasn’t super friendly about it and the resolution was to send someone to clean the tub. The person took forever to get to the room and we had somewhere to be so this made us late. When he got to the room, he barely spoke English and honestly never even ran any water to clean the tub. Our room wasn’t stocked with tissues and toilet paper as there were only 3 tissues in the box and both of the rolls of toilet paper were 1/2 rolls. I don’t feel that the staff handled it well or fully resolved the expressed issues.

We brought our 3 grandchildren and stayed for 3 days. Everything about this hotel was excellent! It was extremely clean, the lobby, room, breakfast area and the pool! The entire staff was very friendly and went out of their way to provide a great visit for all of the visitors. The pool area is well laid out and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend The Hampton Inn and we will be back for sure!

The hotel is beautiful.and one of the nicest Hampton I ever stayed at. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious The property has a large well appointed pool and hot tub. The back of the property has a nice pond and ourdoor hot tub and outdoor seating. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Rooms are very spacious. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We stayed for two night but wished we could have stayed longer. The area has so much to do!

We loved this property, very clean and nice staff. Only complaint was the noise from the pool. Not sure if there’s a way to sound proof the windows for the rooms that over look the pool but being that the pool is enclosed the noise echos and the kids were pretty loud in the morning.

We love staying here and our room was great, but would definitely not stay on the pool side again. With little kids it was hard for them to fall asleep because the pool area stays open for kids until 10:30pm and it was very loud. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious for our long stay. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Holland is a nice little town with lots of options for shopping, dining, and things to do. This hotel is clean and nicely updated. The room we had was much larger than the usual "2 queen and a pullout" room. The pullout mattress was *horrific*; I didn't get a chance to say anything about it. We were located right by the stairs and you could tell, but hotels can't help how stupid, disrespectful, and obnoxious people are. I just travel with a sound machine. Breakfast area is very nice and has a lot of selections, which even change throughout the morning. We didn't go to the pub/grill or pool. I'd stay here again but would request a room much further from the entrance/stairs.

The staff at Hampton Inn Holland were incredibly rude. From the front desk to Sara in the bar, they were very unwelcoming. They micromanaged so much that it made the stay unenjoyable. We will never stay at this location again.

This is my 2nd time coming here and I will always book this hotel. The place is clean, you actively see staff cleaning all the time, picking up and seeing if you need anything! The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable!! The front desk staff never lets me down. Fast check in, kindess and funny whenever I have questions or need something!

Well, the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed the third night we were there. See the photo below. We could have been really hurt if someone was in the bathroom when it happened. The hotel staff fumbled around until we told them we would be needing a new room (kind of obvious, huh?). The Hampton Inn chose not to refund any of our money because we booked the room through Hotels.com. The gave us 15000 Hilton Honors points, which is worth about 1-2 nights at a Hilton property. So, that was scary, and I was really disappointed in how the Hampton Inn Holland and Hilton customer service handled the whole thing. (We're long-time Hilton Honors members.) They were even rude about it. I worked my way up a few layers into Hilton's customer service chain of command, and the answer was "Since you booked this room from Hotels.com, we can't give you a refund." Of course, that's not true. If one of us had been in the bathroom when the ceiling collapsed, they certainly would have been able to compensate us for the injuries (and the room). We stay at Hampton Inns regularly, and we tend to go with the Hilton properties whenever possible. The Holland hotel is getting old, and it's not close to much in Holland. So, we won't be staying here again. And, we're going to be thinking twice about staying in Hilton properties from now on. On the positive side, Hotels.com did give us $150 in OneKeyCash, which we didn't expect. That's something, but Hilton should step up its game.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Every housekeeper staff I ran across was very welcoming. The only problem I encountered was in the Sharkee’s Bar & Grill. We ate at the grill on Friday June 9th and our service was wonderful and I tipped well. But, on Saturday June 10th I stopped in to get a chicken ranch salad to go- I paid cash for the salad and unfortunately didn’t have a lot in tip money on me- Berry J and another young lady was working- they were talking about me within ear range (I was standing right there!) One was talking about rolling her eyes and “oh that’s what she was digging in her purse for!” And, there was about three tiny bites of chicken on the salad! I don’t like to complain. But, I think it was the thing that I come away with from our stay. I would stay at the hotel again- but I’ll never eat at Sharkee’s again!

The hotel is in great condition. It has a very large breakfast room and a restaurant. The breakfast is included. They have a nice pool. The rooms are great. The hotel is on the outskirts of town so it is not walkable to the main shopping areas.

Most modern Hampton Inn we ever stayed at, on site bar and food. Working hot tub and nice pool. Large breakfast area with ample seating. 1 thing we did not like was the bar staff...they are very unaware on how to make a drink..we ordered an old fashion and lemon drop martini and what we got was basically vodka and meon juice and bourbon and vermouth...not good...hire bartender that know how to make a proper drink and these are basic drinks..not more than 4 ingredients.

Breakfast was decent, it just ran out and didn’t get replaced. You shouldn’t run out is syrup when you have waffles. Ran out of donuts, muffins, with 1 hour left of breakfast. Pool maintenance was annoying, though we were warned ahead.

Very fresh and clean and quiet. The hotel had something that I have not found in most Hampton Inns, a restaurant right in the hotel. If you're like me, after travelling all day, the last thing I want to do is to try to find somewhere "decent" to eat with a drink or two and most times it involves driving around an unfamiliar city on unfamiliar roads sometimes in the dark or rain or just cold navigating through traffic. It was a relief to find that this Hampton Inn had a restaurant on site with a limited but decent menu and a bar - no driving! Great!! But it's just about time that Hampton Inns offered something different than folded over egg omelets with meat paddies of some sort as the hot dish - maybe a better choice on the hot meals being offered.

The breakfast was very good. The lady that runs it is amazing. She wasn't there one day and I could tell the difference with empty serving bowls etc. It's a very quiet hotel, even when very full I heard very little noise and I was near the elevator on the 4th floor.
