I called for shuttle service at 1120pm was told 20 mins, called back at midnight was told shuttle came and left because they did not see me. I find this hard to believe as I was waiting there at the assigned stall #. Rep told me no more service and had to find my own way to hotel. My daughter wanted chips from the vending machine which didn’t work and money was not refundable. The light switches in the room didn’t work. Only one working outlet and the bathroom light worked. There were metal rods sticking out from under the bed. The air condition is a wall unit which wasn’t plugged in and the room was warm. It was dirty and definitely did not look anything like the pictures. Thankfully we were only there for 4 hours to sleep and catch a flight. I do not recommend this property!

The price for a night was reasonable considering the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The best part is that it’s only about 10 minutes from the airport and conveniently close to a Wendy’s and a gas station. I stayed here for one night just to catch a bus home the next morning. We waited about an hour for the shuttle, as I believe it only runs hourly. The ceiling seemed quite thin, as I could hear footsteps from the room above, and since the hotel is close to the airport, the sound of planes taking off and landing was noticeable throughout the night. Luckily, we were too tired to be bothered by the noise. The receptionist answered the phone quickly, but she was often away from the front desk, which made it a bit difficult to talk to her in person.

Great for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. There was evidence of deferred maintenance throughout the property. Unfortunately, the TV did not work during our stay and we were told we couldn’t swap rooms just for an issue with the television. I wouldn’t count on the breakfast. One day, the breakfast area had only a couple loaves of bread and dry cereal left. The milk and coffee was empty and we couldn’t find the staff. The next day, everything was full but it was all store bought items and frozen waffles. We appreciated the free airport shuttle but I would recommend allowing plenty of time as the shuttle was about 20 minutes late.

Was going through renovations, so it was very mediocre. The atm did not work and the vending machines were broken. The shuttle driver was very rude to me as well. :/ it was okay, but i wont be staying here again.

The gentleman let us check-in a day earlier because we came from New York and made good time to Michigan. He had to charge mme $20 extra because all he had left was king size beds. It was very clean, had a microwave and a mini fridge. It also has a elevator which I like because our room was on the 3 floor and we had a lot of stuff.

There was no open parking spot. I had to park in airport extended stay and ride a bus back to the hotel with my bags leaving half of them in the car. The air conditioner/heater didn’t work. Then breakfast. The bread was stale and moldy and the juice dispenser didn’t work.

When we arrived we received a room where one of the beds was not changed. It was in the condition that someone slept there and just left. The toilet was not flushed with the urine left inside and out. We made pictures of this. When I came back to the reception, the employee first insisted that there are no other rooms left. Then he tried to ask for an additional money because we arrived late ( around 1.30 am). Finally , after I insisted on the room change and told him that there was not any additional charge for a late check in, he gave me the other room. Which he actually had.

The room smelled and was very dirty. I would never stay here again. The lights were burned out or broken. You can buy cleaning supplies at the Dollar Tree. The cleaning staff needs instruction on what clean is.

Suffice it to say the photos for the property are a bit outdated at best and AI generated at worst. Overhead light switch did not work, upon communicating this to the front desk we were informed the room is lit by lamps… okay. There was what appeared to be specks of fecal matter on the bathroom wall, a spot of blood on the bedroom wall, and the walls truly are as thin as all previous reviews suggest. I would not stay here again.

It’s fine if you don’t mind roughing it for one night. Facilities are very run down. Located right next to the airport so it can get noisy. Make sure you call ahead if you want to park long term on the property because when we got here we were told there was no availability and we had to park in the private airport parking lot across the street. It was a cheap room so you definitely get what you pay for here.

some Staff were friendly. Noise was awful and nonstop, even at all hours of the night. Entire hotel smells like pot. Sheets had holes in them and floors were dirty and sticky. That’s only the beginning. Awful stay.

Totally basic and adequate accommodations for the price. Only one person front desk so not the speediest but the friendliness made my impatience disappear quickly:) Light switch in room did not work but when I plugged in the floor lamp there was light! Couldn’t get tv to work, blankets were sparse and shower wasn’t the cleannnnest per se, but nothing was disgusting, and the important stuff… bedding and towels, were all totally clean and since the hotel is entirely nonsmoking, there was no nasty musty smell. Helpful morning shuttle to airport and free parking and breakfast! Would stay again for the affordability and convenience! Thanks!

Hotel did nor honor the booking .. had to look for another hotel at last minute to stay.. this is ridiculous and affects Expedia credibility. Also, as stated, they were to pick us from hotel. But did not honor that as well. Called once and they said, they will pick us.. no response after waiting for 45 min..called multiple times and no one picked up. Please take this hotel out of expefia .. this is worth and never allow anyone to book this hotel. It happened to another who came in from California and for him, it was similar Experience at. Airport pickup and hotel room allocation. Both went to another hotel to stay in different rooms.. Take a strong action action the hotel management for giving us such a bad experience. Either Expedia is at fault or Hotel management.. please sort this out. I was offered refund by Expedia team after talking to hotel management. Asked me to book hotel in middle of night .. I don’t want anyone else to experience this.

Didn't see the front desk person for the first 45 minutes or so I was waiting, I guess she was running the shuttle too. She came back for about 10 minutes and then disappeared again, I guess to do another shuttle?? I just wanted in my room to relax after traveling all day. No TV or wifi and they still were charging full price and wouldn't discount ANYTHING! I also wish I could have paid the deposit in cash (like most hotels allow) and not had to wait 3-5 days for the refund.......

Went to check in around 6:15pm, no one was in lobby, had a sign that read be back soon, waited 15 mins, no one came. Went to eat, came back to check in around 8 pm, still same sign and no one came to greet us. Had to find a different hotel to stay. Tried calling the hotel, no one answered. Upon walking into the lobby of this specific hotel, it was NOTHING like the pictures had shown. There is duct tape on windows, it looked very run down. Did not stay as no one as there to check us in. Upon talking with people in said lobby, they had been waiting to check in for 40 minutes.

They upchared me for the room when i got there, said that expedia should have charged me more and had to pay $30 extra ifi still wanted to keep my reservation. Also to mention, i paid an extra $10 when booking so there wouldn't beany chance of me being bumbed.

Metro airport was right there!! Room was clean and area felt very safe. Wendy's next door and a short walk to Checkers and McDonalds. Light breakfast available. Everything we needed for a day after Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village.

Fee for early check-in even if it’s 15-30 minutes. Don’t bother with breakfast after the first hour. Everything (everything being the handful of waffles and the few french toast sticks they make - the english muffins seemed to just stay there both days) is gone and they do not restock for the following hour. Staff hangs out in lobby and constantly seems to have people they know there making it feel a bit awkward to go in and out of the front of the building. We ended up using the rear of the building the avoid the constant loitering there. It really isn’t bad for the price nor being so close to the airport, but if you’re staying longer than a day or two, check elsewhere.
