Pool area was very hot and humid! Another family in the pool opened the two doors and windows in there to circulate air, staff came in and closed them!! We are all now sick with stuffy nose and cough!!!

Elevator was not in service, front desk made quick fast arrangements for a handicapped women with double knee replacements to move from third floor room to first floor access to accommodate her while the elevator was out of service. Thank you for your much needed attention to her.

Not nearly enough parking. There were a ton of people outside the back door at 1:00 a.m. so loud both nights I stayed there.. I didn't even feel safe to walk past them from the back of the hotel all the way up to the front of the hotel to get inside

Pool was freezing cold. Couldn’t even get in it. Hot tub was shut down and that was the whole reason we booked that hotel was we wanted a hot tub. We were told it hadn’t worked in 3 years

The pool area was filthy. The hot tub had plywood submerge covering the seats and was not in service yet kids still played in. The fitness area was small but ok. Staff was never around.

We normally stay at this hotel and have a nice experience but unfortunately this time it was not the case. We got checked in no problem and the lady at the desk was great. When we got to the room we were not too pleased with the condition of it. There was hair and crumbs all over the floor, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat, no large towels (only a couple hand towels) and pee stains on both sides of the toilet. Thankfully the lady at the desk came down and vacuumed the floor and brought us larger towels. I was also disappointed that the hot tub had caution tape around it and was out of commission and the sauna had been turned into a utility room. Then breakfast the next morning was another disappointing experience. The tables were not cleaned and we had to wipe one down ourselves. Not sure if we will return unfortunately.

Upon arrival, front desk was greatly helpful and pleasant to work with. The breakfast they have is pretty good and comparable to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The room itself was a nice size room, the thermostat is a bit confusing as i wasnt sure what to use for the temperature (a/c unit or wall unit). The bathroom was a good size and had plenty of soaps. The bad was that the floor still had hair from a previous customer, the shower wasnt the cleanest (could use some new caulking), the cieling had either a spigot or some type of fire suppressor that wasnt covered and the spackling wasnt the greatest. The stairs had a bit of a weird smell (used female hygiene products left in a bag). Overall, we had a good stay but needs just a little bit more attention to detail to get it better.

In general, Holiday inn is my favorite. This one doesn't disappoint me. The breakfast is great as usual! Parking is easy, room is clean and comfy. A couple of minor issues: check-in waiting time is long and midnight noise from the room above us.

Definitely in need of a good clean or a remodeling. Bedding was clean and comfortable but the carpet & chaise lounge were stained. Bath shower had mold/mildew in the corners. The mirror in the room was dirty along with the window seals. The hotel hallway and stairs were extremely filthy as welll

To start it took nearly a hour to check into my room, they have a new system and it was giving them trouble. There were probably about a dozen other people waiting to check in for the same reason. They had to copy my credit card (makes me a bit nervous, but they said it was destroyed after they logged it for incidental charges) and never did give me a room key the entire trip. However, by the time they did get around to checking me in, they decided to give me a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite for my trouble. They also said I could take any drink/ snack from their store but I declined as I already had dinner. The room was great! Lots of space, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was pretty big too and can get very hot. In the morning the breakfast was the usual holiday inn express spread; omletes, potatoes, sausage, biscuts and gravy, pancakes,... ect, and it was all tasty. The staff the whole trip was super friendly and apologetic about the wait times/ not being able to give me a key.

I only stayed for one night, but it was probably the best hotel experience I’ve had in recent years. The bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The room itself was nicely maintained and thoughtfully arranged. For this price range, it truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

When booking through Expedia at this hotel the security damage deposit is unusually high.....probably going to change our mind on booking 3 or 4 different places in a week.... mainly because it takes 3-4-5 days to get the security back and that will certainly add up on "holds" on the Visa ..... this high rate is apparently for 3rd party bookings

It is not listed on Expedia, but be prepared to pay a $250 deposit on your $120 room. Also, if you ask them to do a late check out at noon, instead of 11AM, they will bluntly tell you no. I stayed here this past weekend and had some issues with my room not being the one that I booked. I had booked a suite and arrived at 11:00 pm to be given a smaller room which would not fit the 5 people in our group. The way that hotel handled the situation was top notch. They provided us with an additional room that was connecting to the other room. They also gave us a discount for the mistake. This could have been a very bad experience but the hotel did a great job of fixing the mistake they made. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had a decent free breakfast, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi was nice. The only problem was finding the place of Tiffany Wasey Road because there’s no signs you almost have to see the building from up in the sky. See the sign Holiday Inn behind Denny’s. Otherwise there’s no entrance signs it was confusing where you turn into

I stay almost exclusively in IHG properties and they are usually reliable and comfortable. Management needs to attend to a few details: 1. Only decaf coffee and tea Keurig cups in the room. 2. When I went downstairs for breakfast both mornings, there was no brewed coffee. It turned out it was in the kitchen and had not been brought out. Several people gave up and left. 3. The hot water is very hot: only turn on the shower 1/4 turn and deal with low water pressure or it will scald you.

Took extra long to check in due to no one checking people out Our stay in July was much better than this one Breakfast was disappointing compared to last visit most hot items were empty Shower door when you closed it slowly started creeping open had to on numerous occasions close the door, which was annoying so something is out of alignment My husband left the room at 10:10 came to come back in and his card was deactivated. Luckily I was in the room and could let them in. I then checked my key and mine was deactivated as well. I thought checkout was 11 AM.

Room was fine. The breakfast had good options but the food was old. The eggs were stuck to the pan, sausage and potatoes dry, omelette were broken apart. We went down to eat at 930 and the close time was 10. But that shouldn't mean we get stale and not fresh food. We also were billed double the charge but the morning staff was good and ordered a refund right away.
