I found a bed bug on the bed I was sleeping in!!!! I got up took a shower went to crawl back in bed and there was a bed bug!!!!!!

The fold out couch was never cleaned from the previous stay, so at 11pm we had to wait for someone to come take off the old sheets, which were covered in crumbs, and bring new ones. When they first arrived to the room for that issue they didn't even have fresh sheets with them! It was like they came to check that we weren't lying about it. So they stripped the bed, left, came back with new sheets. Pretty inconvenient when we're trying to get to bed. The whole room was dingy and didn't feel clean. The breakfast room the next morning was so hot! We were all dripping sweat just sitting there; it was like a sauna!

I am giving this a 5 star because this hotel is clean, quiet, and everything I needed. I had read the reviews to know that it was dated and there was road construction around the area. I was traveling for work, and could not justify the price tag of the "modern" hotels when all I needed was a bed. For an older hotel this was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is outdated and the room was not on the level of clean that it should have been. There were coffee stains on the counter and hair around the jacuzzi ledge. The towel on the jacuzzi was dirty. The shelf that the fridge and microwave are on was so dusty it was actually a thick film of dust as you can see in the picture. The shower was so small I damn near couldn't take one it felt and looked like a shower in a dorm room. The jacuzzi was very disappointing because it was so small me and hubby couldn't even fit in together hell I could barely fit in it by myself I feel like it could be used as a baby tub. There was what seems to be toothpaste on the wall and something stuck on the rail where the tissue was. All in all the only plus side was the comfy bed. For the $177 price tag I was very unhappy and sad to say I will not be staying here again.

Not sure where to begin, but this property was horrible. Smelly and dirty. Staff was apathetic. Pictures and description of amenities are not accurate. There is NO restaurant attached and no pleasant outdoor dining as displayed in the pictures. Although as of today I see those pictures have been removed (the pictures are available on other sites. Apparently, this portion is no longer part of the hotel? When I pulled up to the property it appeared abandoned. There was a sign pointing to the back of the hotel. Well, that's the main entrance now. A/C was barely functioning in the main areas. Windows along the hallways to the outside were wide open. In the the room, the A/C WAS functioning. Room was moderately clean although the curtains were falling off the window. Bathroom, not so much. Torn shower curtain and the bathtub was badly stained. I've never had an issue with this hotel chain until now. Hopefully, this review will make it to Corporate.

Room didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a very long time. Stones, debris, trash on the floor. Hairs in bathtub. When they checked on the room, they took dirty towels but didn't leave clean. Didn't leave additional coffee pod. Breakfast, if you can call it that, was nothing. Empty pan where it looked like eggs had been. 4 slices of white bread, hard cookies, 2 rotten bananas were the only fruit in the fruit bowls. This hotel was horrible

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Old furniture. Single cup coffee packet for 4-cup coffee maker. Tiny packet of shampoo, not even enough for one person, no conditioner. Skimping on the basics. Weird that room had only a tiny window facing an interior hallway. Could hear conversations in hallway like they were right in the room. Bery limited tv channels.

Frosted glass window to the hallway, not even the exterior of the building. Wallpaper was peeling, holes in the wall. Bed sham had but holes in it. Wouldnt dare sit in the upholstered chair, hasn’t been cleaned since the 70’s. Sign into your own streaming accounts for the tv. Bed was ok.

The Ramada was very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Our room was huge, and very quiet. We never heard any kids running in the halls, no doors slamming, no people congregating in the halls! Our only complaint was the breakfast. It really sucked. We will definitely stay here again.

Checkin was slow. When booking we didn’t realize the area looked dodgy. Felt like it’s an area our truck woulda been broken into. Got to room and there’s a window to the hallway. Could hear people walking and talking outside. The pictures on hotels.com made it look like the rooms didn’t have an outside hallway but it was like a motel type where you can access the inside through windows that lead to a hall. Our bathroom seemed clean enough but my mother in laws room next to ours had a dirty tube liked stained.

Expedia said our room had a pull-out couch. It didn't, so we had to move rooms. They were nice about it and accommodated. - When we first got to our new room, the door was wide open...weird. - The room was hot. It was hard to cool it down. The fan-only option on the heater was broke. We had to go buy a fan at Walmart just so we could sleep. Opened a window, but couldn't get it back in because it was broke. - Beds were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, but the pillow cases were missing. Ewe. Also, the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on...exposing the bare mattress--weird. - Many of the outlets did not work or were loose. - Pullout couch was rock hard. Ended up not using it. - Coffee was EXTRA WEAK in both the lobby and the breakfast nook. - Breakfast was a disappointment. :/ Will not return.

This place is nastiest hotel I’ve ever been too!!! First we got here the room we paid for wasn’t the room we got! We were supposed to get a jacuzzi room and got just a plain king size bed room. There were toenail clippings all over our floor by our bed my husband stepped on them!! Front desk was was extremely rude and sketchy! Doors didn’t lock all the way either! Stains on the bed and floor. Dust and dirt on the tv stands. Absolutely will NEVER return here!!

Stayed as a group. Staff was absolutely phenomenal!! Rooms were large and accommodating. Plenty of room for multiple people in suites and even regular rooms. The hotel is dated and a bit of a maze, but clean. No issues with anything during our stay.

In town for a concert at the Dow Event Center. This motel was close but not walkable to the Dow, about 2.5 miles away. I found our check in to be fine, room / bed very comfortable and a decent Bar within walking distance. The price was very reasonable so met our need for an overnight stay for a concert (many other concert goers there). I thought the motel / my room was very clean, but the decor is dated (no biggie for me). Breakfast offering was very minimal, grabbed some fruit and coffees, worked for me. If in town for another concert, would stay again.

The rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. My only disappointment really was the breakfast. It was adequate, but not a lot of variety. I would have appreciated more options for bread, like muffins or bagels, but there was just white bread. There was very little fruit as well. But other than that, the desk clerk was friendly and the rooms were great.

There was plenty of room to park! Our room was at the end of a hall, and it literally took more than 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast was poor. Coffee wasn't working in the breakfast room. No fruit available. Only dry cereal was fruit loops or frosted flakes. The room was clean and spacious, but I don't know that I would return.

The property was very old and cano describe the smell.. The lampshade is need tl replace . The room was but looks scary. The property is very old, we missed the property when we're heading to the place because lf no light around and lot's pf construction going on.. The breakfast was terrible and didn't even taste it .. the egg ,. the sausage the fruits everything are dry .. looks like been reheated many times.

Breakfast options were not very good. No spoons for cereal, food was always running out. The breakfast attendant was doing the best that she could do under the circumstances. Front staff was nice. Check in and checkout was easy. Rooms were clean. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

The hotel is reasonably affordable. My first room had a horrible shower. The second room was OK. This hotel is in a run down area, the corridors are incredibly hot, breakfast is very poor - make your own waffles with butter and syrup. This is an old run down hotel.

The staff were kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our room. Its a pretty outdated hotel. But the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was pretty atrocious. All that was out was some cereal, white bread to make toast, some kind of raisin cookie, oranges that looked bad, super overcooked hashbrowns and sausage links.
