Parking at the side or back of the hotel where we were told to park for convenience was not an option - didn’t feel safe AT ALL ! I was concerned about our personal safety and for our vehicle and bikes on the rack.

Stayed 1 night

The person at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in. But the party in the room next door started at 9. At 11 I caught one of the young people and asked them to turn down the music. It was quiet until midnight when the yelling started. I tried the front desk three times and no one was ever there. I called and no one answered. It wasn’t until I sent a message on the app at 1 am that someone came and interrupted the party. Then the loudest person kept coming back trying to restart the party. It was 230 am before I could sleep. I will NEVER stay here or at another Ramada or Wyndam again!

The room was nice. Breakfast was nice and employees were helpful. If you have to use a wheelchair and can take no steps, this isn’t the place for you. The bathroom is horrible. You can’t get close enough to the tub or toilet to safely transfer.

Stayed 4 nights

There is no air conditioning in the building and because the rooms are trying to cool down from a 100 degree hallway they are musty and never really get cool. The staff is friendly but either couldn’t or wouldn’t help me get a refund for the remainder of my stay. I booked for 4 nights and only stayed one because it was unbearably hot and musty. Someone also must’ve peed in the air vent in our bathroom. It was covered in a crusty pee colored substance. One of the staff members was also sitting out in the front of the hotel smoking pot with a friend.
