I saw roaches, people were fighting in their room and nothing was done. It was a woman allowed to cry loudly about not having food in the lobby and apparently is done on the regular basis. Fitness center is under construction. Pool is down due to no heater is what I was told and I went twice. Second time is when I saw the roaches when the people got put out their room.

NEVER stay here! Pool/hot tub shut down because lost city permit. Unclean rooms. No smoke detector (disconnected and removed) in room, despite non-smoking. See photo attached of no smoke detector, which is HUGE safety issue and concern. No hot water for hours, in room. This site allows long term residents in hotel also, which is not acceptable for travelers. Heavy weed smell throughout property. Hotel refused refund and denied items. ANYWHERE would be better to stay than here! Beware. Lower price for a reason!!!!!! Beware.

TERRIBLE! Upon arriving, drive-in has huge potholes. They charge $10/pp to use the pool, but we didn’t have to worry because the pool and jacuzzi were out of order. The elevator was out of order. It was trash lined in the hallway outside of ppl’s doors. You can tell the linen was cleaned but had stains on the sheets. I had absolutely no hot water. I went to check out and was offered another room but this room AC was broken and didn’t have a television. Only 1 bath towel per room. And it was advertised conventional breakfast, which was NOT offered!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN

When we arrived the pool was down even though it says it working on the site. Our rooms were disgustingly dirty like the bathroom was not cleaned. We did have any toilet paper or rag or towels and someone else trash and dirty clothes was in the room when we got in the room. Well never book here again.

The shower never got hot, even when the faucet was turned to the maximum. The refrigerator, TV, microwave, and a lamp didn’t work. The carpet and tub had not been cleaned. The indoor pool didn’t work. I checked out and requested a refund. I had stayed at this hotel before but the quality has gone down drastically.

There’s stains all over the bed. There’s a bunch of stuff under the bed like pop bottles and trash. The floors were nasty and wouldn't even walk on them barefoot. There’s pubic hairs in the towels I couldn't even shower. The chair was all sticky the tables look like they haven’t been wiped in a week.

Entering the room, the light switch did not turn anything on. The room was messy, there were stains all over the bed and floor. All the lamps kept flickering. The room smelled bad the first night, had an allergy attack. The water faucet leaked badly, any time the toilet flushed there was a lot of thumping and a bad smell. The shower looked gross. Stains all over. The curtain was draped and tied around one of the bars in the tub. I didn’t dare take a shower. The fridge didn’t seem to close well. The staff seemed a bit short tempered. The “breakfast” was coffee on a small shelf. It was a cheap room, but I have seen nicer for the same price.

Absolutely Awful Stay - Avoid at All Costs My recent stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The quality of the room was abysmal. First, the room felt incredibly unhygienic. There was noticeable mold growing on the ceiling, which is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, contributing to a generally dirty and unwelcoming atmosphere. To top it all off, when I requested a late checkout, I was informed there would be a charge of $20 per additional hour. While some hotels charge for late checkout, this felt particularly egregious given the shockingly poor condition of the room and the overall terrible experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Save yourself the money and the frustration.

Pros: Staff greeted me with a smile and friendliness. Check in was quick. The bed was soft and lofty. Double door locks. Cons: The room hair dryer was broken with electric wires and contacts exposed - electicution and fire hazard! Bed has scraped the wall behind the headboard badly. The freezer and refrigerator were not clean and ice covered the bottom of the freezer. No available clothes hangers. One lamp was not plugged in nor could the chord reach an outlet. The plug-ins on the base of the could not hold the plug firmly, so power was not always connected to my device.

When we checked into the facility, one bedframe was broken and the mattress was not on the bedframe nor could they fix it. The other bed had dirty sheets on them. We had to ask for new sheets. Neither bed had a comforter on it only a bedsheet. We had no toilet paper in the room. The bathtub was cracked inside the tub with water leaking through. The TV stand was broken with the door laying on the floor and the screws sticking out of the frame. The website for the hotel said they had a conventional breakfast, however upon check in they said they did not provide breakfast. Our stay was supposed to be for 2 nights; however due to the condition of the hotel we checked out at 7am the next morning as we didn't check in until 9pm the night prior.

I was expecting to stay at the Baymount Hotel and later realized A Victory Hotel took over. You can tell they are currently remodeling and trying to make improvements. They do have a shortage of towels. The bed sheets had a few stains on them and holes. The water for bathing took 20 minutes to get hot in the morning; in the evening however, it took 2 minutes for it to become hot. The door to the room wasn't as secure as I would like it. The wall had a small hole in it. The mini fridge was not clean. The freezer had mold in it and the fridge didn't get as cold. The microwave in the room worked however it didn't have microwave plate to place food on. If you choose to stay here, bring your Lysol wipes, disinfecting spray, wall plug-ins, and prepare to clean to get a fresh smelling room. Overall, the price you pay is what you get. You don't have to pay a deposit so that's a bonus. You have access to a pool and a fitness room.

The receptionist took me to 3 rooms that were all filthy. The shower head was broken off in 1 and 1 had dried up vomit on the carpet. There was no staff ; therefore, it’s had to keep the place up, she tried to explain. She gave me a very difficult time approving my refund.

Don’t bother going here unless you like nothing in your room to work - water, tv, broken furniture and lamps, one staff member was nice (60is year old man) but the others are rude and accuse the customer of being a nuisance when brining up said issues when their hotel is bad. Good luck to this place I hope it turns around. So bad I’m inspired to write this on Shabbos as the situation is ongoing.

I was only offered dirty rooms and rooms that did not have doir knobs, no TV working, no phone working, dirty floors you name it. Want q refund. The girl at the front desk did not show anh type of hospitality, customer service, dud let me know anything about the hotel accommodations very liw class and inconsiderate

There was only one towel in my room, I went to the desk to get towels and wash clothes and he said they didn’t have any, and so I asked him how was I and my brother supposed to wash up for the funeral we were attending and he said talk to management in the morning. We left because we had been traveling and needed to shower, no refund given or any type of customer service for them failing on guest services as well as giving the proper amenities which are supposed to be in the room. Horrible property and I saw 5 roaches which added to me leaving.

The smell was horrible there were ants on the window seal barely any air The place had many leaks receptionist was very rude the batteries weren’t in the remote I went to the front desk and ask the some the lady was on her personal phone for a good 5 minute until she helped me then I had to go to the room to see if the batteries workedTHEY DIDNTi went back down to the front desk she was still very rude I asked for a new remote which has batteries in them but they didn’t work this hotel made me break down and cry I will never be returning back

People smoking weed in the room. I stayed 4 days even after asking 15 times no one cleaned the room or even took out the trash. I asked for fresh towel and was asked to wait till 1pm. Don’t even give toilet tissue asked multiple requests. Cockroach was in the room. Worst hotel ever for $60. Never coming back here again

It was horrible, we went for my birthday just to hangout wasn’t expecting anything more for what we paid but I didn’t expect this place to have roaches,ants, no hot water, false advertisement for breakfast and a jacuzzi, the blankets had stains on them and the dresser drawers were disgusting and have not been wiped out. We couldn’t get a refund because we didn’t notice any of these things within the first 15 minutes and I think it’s ridiculous we also got 2 double bedrooms at first but then had to get one double room, and 2 single and the reason being is one double room 111 didn’t lock and it reeked like cat pee. We also got threatened to leave when we told someone checking in that there was roaches and if we would of known better we wouldn’t have spent 315 for a crappy stay, after we told the man there was roaches the young lady from the front desk came upstairs to one of our rooms and threatened to kick us out if we kept telling people there was roaches because they have to give the guy a refund, the young lady even admitted she knows they have roaches but she said my boss found it disrespectful we told the dude about it. I would not recommend this hotel coming from a 17 year old and a group of my friends, honestly if anyone ever got the chance the hotel needs to be sued.

This place was horrible, main light didnt work, refrigerator wasnt plugged in nor the phone, cable didnt work (maybe do to weather), no coffee or breakfast which they claim they did. An open sprite was left in my room, indicating cleaning quality. Horrible, worst experience

There was urine all over the bathroom, it was supposed to be 2 queen beds studio and it was a king bed crap room. I want a refund. It said when I booked online there was breakfast, there was none. It was just absolutely overall a bad experience.

The website is deceitful, the outside looks great however the hotel was very unclean, the rooms had an odor, they charge 20.00 a day extra to use the pool and the one computer in the business area was down, the towels and bed linen were horribly dingy, the tubs were horribly stained, shower curtains in the bath rooms were filthy stained, the head boards on the bed were leather with huge rips, no coffee pots in the rooms or hotel lobby, the microwave and refrigerator were horrible looking. Tried opening up the cabinet on the tv stand and it fell on me because it was off the hinges. The hotel floors in the hall ways were filthy. No access to the fitness center it was closed. It was a horrible experience however they were courteous and gave me a full refund through expedia.
