Rooms need updating and the tv didn’t work

Room was great. Staff was helpful. Plenty of parking. Good experience.

Everything was excellent. It was my Birthday and the staff upgraded my room to presidential suite! Very nice!

I would be remiss in not leaving a review! I truly enjoyed my stay here for about 6 days actually. Totally impressed and l have had the privilege to travel so many places in and out the USA in my lifetime. And being a former flight attendant along with travel benefits, l have been to many hotels so l can spot a nice one when l come across one. From Melanie at the breakfast buffet to the grill bar with Carl and the staff for fun times and good conversation with the guests this is a great place! The swimming pool, offices and conference spaces are great and the gym! This hotel offers very clean rooms and is quiet l found. l left a beautiful noisy Airbnb (upstairs guests) early to check in here and find quiet solace. All of the hosts are just the nicest people and the managers always greet you with a quick hello and how’s your stay? Therefore, being a realtor of many years and you’re coming to Michigan and staying in Oakland County I highly suggest that you stay here. It’s located right next to the freeways, near restaurants and just all in all a nice comfortable place. I cannot imagine anyone giving this place less stars. The only thing I would want to recommend is being able to use a casting system on the TV, which l understand they are doing! All in all l give it high marks!!
