Amazing! Clean, beautiful, amazing. Great friendly staff. Beautiful room. Comfy beds /pillows. Bar is great for a beer by nice lobby. Breakfast hot, fresh, and delicious. Safe well lit parking lot. Nice pool, with towels.

Good location, although its close proximity to the highway meant that it was very loud in our room both day and night, even up on the sixth floor. Breakfast was quite good and replenished often so it was hot and tasty. The room was quite spacious but a bit outdated and bashed up, could definitely use an update. Our room in particular was musty and humid even with the fan running all the time. Our kids slept on the pullout couch, not very comfortable and the only blankets they could provide were very thin quilts that didn’t keep them warm. Our bed was not great, but the pillows were comfortable. Pool was nice and warm, but goes quite deep (over half the pool was 5-6’ deep). no hot tub though, I wrongfully assumed there would be one, my bad for not reading throughly. Overall this is a decent hotel for a fair price. We stayed here last year, but we will be springing for a nicer hotel for our next stay in the Minneapolis area.

Nice hotel with pleanty of parking. No microwave in room, but excellant housekeeping, good lindns, pleanty of towels. Rolm was comfortable excep hvac unit noisy at times. The breakfast choices were good and tables arranged to give pfivacy/distance if desired. Stayed for 6 days. On the last Saturday it was very busy AND THE HARD WORKING KITCHEN STSFF COULD NOT KEEP UP. SEVERAL FOOD ITEMS RAN OUT LEAVING MSNY PEOPLE WAITING FOR A NEW SUPPLY WHICH RESULTED IN A "TRAFFIC-JAM" SITUATION. I asked the desk clerk if this was common on weekends or only on the busy Stzte Fzir wedkend. She said the chzos is frequent on most weekends. I SUGGEST THEY STAFF EXTRA HELP FOR EARL MORNING ON WEEKENDS so foods znd seating do not run out during yhe big and lengthy rush. Also, to me ghe coffee seemed watery. Not robust.

We did like the size of the rooms, they were clean and our towels were changed out the second day. And the breakfast was good both mornings. However, both of our rooms had no body wash in the showers, and the air conditioner in our room was not working properly. It kept clicking and turning on and off all night. And the pool was closed due to maintenance. We were traveling for spring break with kids and i always book places with a pool. It never said anywhere that certain days were closed and they were vague at the front desk about it when I asked. He even mentioned the pool closing times at check in and never mentioned that it was closed. That was a huge bummer and had i known the pool was closed i would have booked somewhere else.

We were there on 2 separate nights during our trip and the room was just what we needed 2 beds and a pull out sofa. Overall great stay, breakfast was great- bathrooms just need a little remodel (grout) and stains in carpet. But overall comfortable stay for our family.

The first room they have us smelled like vomit and has red stuff on the floor the second room looked like the floor had wet spots everywhere and the sink is not in the bathroom. Toilet and shower areas is so small you don’t want to close the door

Greeted by staff as we came in the door. Lobby was immaculate and laid out very well. Room was specious and clean. Loved soap dispensers in shower area. Breakfast was impressive. Platter of fresh pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, beverages, bagels, fruit and much more. This is now my go-to place when I am in the twin cities!

Room was clean but there were some stains in the carpet and bathroom grout needs updating. But overall great stay for our family, accommodations were ideal for 4 - 2 beds and a pull-out coach separate. Breakfast was good and check-in/out was fast and easy. Great location.

Loved the layout of our room however many things were stained and felt not clean. Both the curtains and the couch were significantly stained. It’s a beautiful area, great room layout and space. Staff always on phones and not very responsive or friendly.

I really feel this was an average property. The room layout is fine with some separation from the beds & the sofa bed. The beds were comfortable but only double size , which is a bit of an ask for two people. The bathroom is extremely small with no where to hang anything. Overall the room was clean but for sure felt dated( ie the carpet , the furniture) . Continental breakfast was good & the people running it did a good job, but the space is ridiculously small. We had to stand at the bar to eat and it didn’t matter if we went early or late. The hotel is located conveniently to access Valley Fair & MOA, requiring only short drives & Eden Prairie Center is very close. Overall I feel you will be neither impressed or disappointed with the hotel. Average accommodation.

Hotel was very clean and nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the lady taking care of it was excellent at making sure everything was available and warm (if it was supposed to be). Not too many restaurants around but Pizza Luce across the parking lot was very good. Biggest down-side was very small bathroom. There was only 1/2 inch space (I measured) between the door and the edge of the toilet so when you opened the door you had to go to the other side of the toilet to close the door. Same thing to exit. To use the shower you also had to squeeze between the toilet and the shower to reach the controls. There was not even enough room there to put the bathmat...if you put it outside the other end of the shower away from the controls you had to move it before you could open the bathroom door. Sorry to write so much about this but it really was a surprise and inconvenience. A disabled person would not have been able to be in this room although there was a grab bar in the shower and the description of the room was the same.

Room had several cosmetic issues: bathroom door barely cleared the toilet when closing making it hard to get in and out of the shower or sit on the toilet, the ceiling is sagging between the rafters. Audio visual station not working as it should. The room smelled weird, can’t explain the smell.

It was extremely loud due to the traffic from the nearby highway-it was difficult to sleep. Additionally, the room we were assigned had the lights of the hotel shining all night, so even with the blackout curtain drawn down, the light shone through all night. Between these two factors, it was not a restful night of sleep!

Hotel and room were clean; however, the AC was old and noisy. Cleaning staff was friendly, however was knocking at doors prior at 730 am. Breakfast was good, but only open until 9am. Layout and flow in the lobby breakfast area is poor, not enough seating and only one staff member for breakfast service. People were sitting in hallway tables outside the pool area, and dishes were left all over until the evening hours. Dayshift front desk staff was very unfriendly (never a smile or greeting), and when asked a question regarding the Oatmeal being out at 8 am, she responded that she didn't know, as it wasn't her job. (She later advised that there was no more oatmeal, and kitchen staff rushed out some more that was very runny due to quick prep. I was happy that the kitchen staff tried to remedy the situation). Second shift staff was friendly. I don't think the dayshift desk clerk cares or has any idea how much she can affect how someone feels about their stay. Other things can be overlooked if you have a friendly caring staff that makes you feel welcome.

The Hyatt had a super clean lobby and rooms. LOVE the shape of the rooms with the seating area and separate bedroom area. Bathrooms were nice. The breakfast was delicious. The seating area for the breakfast is a little wonky as it is also the lobby seating but I guess if you don’t have room, you make accommodations.

I was double charged for my room. I paid for it when I booked through Hotels.com, and apparently the front desk staff charged me again using the card I had given for incidentals. I’m very disappointed as this is my preferred place to stay.

Hotel.com treatment. Some hotels treat 3rd party bookings like second hand citizens. This is one of them. My room felt like it was in the elevator. I'll be dreaming of dinging bells for a while. When I got to the room I realized and went back down. I was told they set these rooms aside for 3rd party there were no other rooms available. This is a growing trend at some places. I would avoid if you can.
Hotel.com treatment. Some hotels treat 3rd party bookings like second hand citizens. This is one of them. My room felt like it was in the elevator. I'll be dreaming of dinging bells for a while. When I got to the room I realized and went back down. I was told they set these rooms aside for 3rd party there were no other rooms available. This is a growing trend at some places. I would avoid if you can.

The over night receptionist Christina was truly amazing and went out of her way on two occassions to make our stay amazing. The first was that she helped me get my phone charged in the morning and made us coffee at 4AM.

I paid in advance but when I reached the reception, I was told that the selected room is not available as they are overbooked. They also stated the upper management is always doing this and the people at the reception have to face the guest. I was provided a different room that was not similar to what I had paid for. There is no surety even with advance booking, advance full payment that you will get the room you have paid for.

Hotel and room were clean; however, the AC was old and noisy. Cleaning staff was friendly, however was knocking at doors prior at 730 am. Breakfast was good, but only open until 9am. Layout and flow in the lobby breakfast area is poor, not enough seating and only one staff member for breakfast service. People were sitting in hallway tables outside the pool area, and dishes were left all over until the evening hours. Dayshift front desk staff was very unfriendly (never a smile or greeting), and when asked a question regarding the Oatmeal being out at 8 am, she responded that she didn't know, as it wasn't her job. (She later advised that there was no more oatmeal, and kitchen staff rushed out some more that was very runny due to quick prep. I was happy that the kitchen staff tried to remedy the situation). Second shift staff was friendly. I don't think the dayshift desk clerk cares or has any idea how much she can affect how someone feels about their stay. Other things can be overlooked if you have a friendly caring staff that makes you feel welcome.

Hotel is in a great location at south east corner of the 494 with access to all major attractions. It is a 2 minute drive to Eden Prairie Mall for shopping g and restaurants . Costco is a 3 minute drive . It was 13 minute drive to Paisley Park and 15-20 minutes to Mall of America. Breakfast options were very good with eggs, pancakes, French toast sausages, fruit yogurt , cereals, juices, milk etc. very clean hotel and friendly accommodating staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Pool area is separated from the main hotel by a small sitting area so the kids can be playing in the pool while parents are close by sitting down relaxing. No noise filters in to the hotel. We will be back when visiting the Minneapolis area. 👍👍

It was extremely loud due to the traffic from the nearby highway-it was difficult to sleep. Additionally, the room we were assigned had the lights of the hotel shining all night, so even with the blackout curtain drawn down, the light shone through all night. Between these two factors, it was not a restful night of sleep!

Front desk check in went good. The area is just off the interstate so a little noisy and away from attractions. The hotel itself was tidy but the rooms were a little dated or at least showed they werent cleaned as well as they could have been. Dont miss breakfast time because staff are quick to clean up and shut everything down a little early. Either way, served the purpose but nothing over the top.

There is a lot of road noise at this place. Beds are average. Breakfast stops at 9am which frankly sucks as we had no notification of this and arrived after 8pm so the breakfast area was lights out without good sinage. We use Hyatt often and are members but this was a misfire.

Everything was good about the hotel, including the food provided. The breakfast could have been better organized as the line-up was about 20 people long for a solid hour. I had to stand in line for about 20 minutes just to get a coffee, my kids as well, just to get cereal, which is not convenient. Coffee across the drink area would have been convenient. Plates set up at different locations would have also been good, just to have two line-ups happening. The hot food options were good and I especially liked the eggs paired with tomato, cheese and bacon toppings. The options also varied for both breakfasts which was appreciated! Staff were on the ball with keeping the area clean.

This was a first time stay for my family. Free parking is a plus and the property is attractive. The staff was busy but not rushed at check-in. The beds were very firm and the a/c unit was making a lot of noise while running so it was not a very restful stay. The selections at breakfast were plentiful but there was not a staff person present to wipe tables and make coffee. It seemed like they were short staffed.

Nice hotel with pleanty of parking. No microwave in room, but excellant housekeeping, good lindns, pleanty of towels. Rolm was comfortable excep hvac unit noisy at times. The breakfast choices were good and tables arranged to give pfivacy/distance if desired. Stayed for 6 days. On the last Saturday it was very busy AND THE HARD WORKING KITCHEN STSFF COULD NOT KEEP UP. SEVERAL FOOD ITEMS RAN OUT LEAVING MSNY PEOPLE WAITING FOR A NEW SUPPLY WHICH RESULTED IN A "TRAFFIC-JAM" SITUATION. I asked the desk clerk if this was common on weekends or only on the busy Stzte Fzir wedkend. She said the chzos is frequent on most weekends. I SUGGEST THEY STAFF EXTRA HELP FOR EARL MORNING ON WEEKENDS so foods znd seating do not run out during yhe big and lengthy rush. Also, to me ghe coffee seemed watery. Not robust.

Good breakfast and regularly restocked. Rooms are nicely laid out and clean. Parking convenient. People pleasant. Price is right. Folks could use primer on making coffee (could see the bottom of the cup) and the room doors slam really loud so you are awakened when other guests come home or leave their room in the morning and you can hear all conversations in the hallway. Otherwise was good experience and I recommend but bring some instant coffee to add to the coffee and either ear plugs, sleeping pills, or a loud fan for sleeping.

I’ve stayed in newer HP’s and hoped for a similar experience, but this place is very rundown, old, and not remodeled well when it was last renovated, a long time ago. It needs major work, not a bandaid.

Tristan was great to converse with, he gave great local recommendations, was very accommodating and consistently pleasant,The workout staff was a well.
