Slipped and fell hard on the steps getting into the hot tub. They are slippery as heck as well as the tile around the general pool area. Bed in our room had no box spring, sat on cut plywood boards on a frame. The most uncomfortable nights sleep ever at a hotel. No Manager on staff to discuss our issues.

Hot tub broken but instead of draining it it has clearly been broken with stale water for a while. Green scum is building up in it. Our room was clean looking but trash wasn’t emptied so not Sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. Hot water took a long time (5+ mins) before shower was warm.

Very few places to eat. Ice maker not working. 1 elevator Not working. No kitchen staff for happy hour even though they were advertising for it. Very loud with banquet going on. Lots of kids running up and down the hallways.

The bar and restaurant staff were excellent! Their kindness and hospitality was one of the best I have ever seen! I truly enjoyed myself! The downside is the property needed some work. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor and noticed some work needed to be done internally.

Very nice hotel! The only thing that surprised me was the slippery pool deck. My sister slipped on her way to get a towel. The girls we visited with in the hot tub said that the last time they stayed one of them fell getting into the hot tub (because the steps are slanted) and bruised her hip, and they witnessed a lady who slipped and fell hitting her head on the concrete wall! These are safety issues that should be addressed immediately. There is no excuse for this!

I had just checked out from the filthiest hotel room I have ever seen. My experience here was a complete 180. From the grounds pulling up, entrance and lobby, staff, hallways, room, everything was so much more homey. I immediately felt safer, cleaner, and more at home. Will stay here again!

Great front desk experience upon checkin, super clean and comfortable room. Only minus was the pillows which we didn’t find comfortable at all, but that’s personal preference. Overall great stay.

The front desk Staff was nice. The room tho we noticed when we left there were ants in the bathroom and on the counter. My husband had ants in his shirt. And my son had ants in his pants that we noticed in the car.

I had a good stay. The property is a little old and showing some age, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is a big deal to me and the room was alright. Not great but alright. I didn’t have a TV remote in my room, which is not a big deal but take note I couldn’t use my TV. I did use the gym twice—it’s small but if yo’re resourceful you can get a full workout.

Our stay was okay. I forgot that Hilton charges for Wi-Fi access if you aren't a rewards member -- I became one, but didn't want to. I hate that nickle-and-diming nonsense. Also not thrilled with a $13 breakfast buffet that wasn't any better than what most chains provide free with your room. Conditioner was empty in the shower, which wasn't discovered until taking a shower. :-(. Housekeeping was annoying wanting to clean the room while our do not disturb sign was out. Highlights were a comfortable bed, spacious room, good location, and a nicely heated pool.

I love the location of this hotel. It’s 3-4 miles from the neighborhood my parents live in and I grew up in, so it was the ideal place to stay when in town visiting my parents. VERY close to food options, shopping options and accessible to get around town. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms fairly updated. My only frustration is with the toilet that ran until the stopped was shut manually a few times and some of the bathroom floor tiling coming up. The suite with a living room had a lot of space when planning to stay more than a few days.

The left buttons on the elevator don’t always work on the first and second floor. We got back to the hotel after 11 but our key card didn’t work to get in the side door. The pancakes for breakfast were not very good. The beds were kinda hard and uncomfortable. The staff were all very nice. The hotel looked very clean.

The bar and kitchen staff were absolutely phenomenal, and the food was great. However, I found the hotel's approach to breakfast to be quite misleading. Many frequent travelers expect a hot breakfast to be included with their stay, but here, you walk down to grab a plate of eggs and bacon, only to be hit with a $16 bill. While the quality of the breakfast was excellent, the cost feels excessive and should be made much clearer upfront.

Overall a good place to stay. Rooms were average, need some updating, but pretty clean. We paid for breakfast when we booked, but were handed a $30 bill at breakfast. Turns out the front desk was supposed to give us vouchers. I wish they would have done this at check in. Otherwise, everything with our stay was pretty good. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing rooms and great service! We did have an issue with opening the room door after using the key card. 5 trips to the lobby to get help. No one could get the door open. Finally the manager found a way to help.

This is an older Hilton property but it was well maintained. I asked at check in on breakfast was included (because I know at Garden in s it is typically not) and the attendant told me yes and gave me the hours. Much to my surprise it was not included because I did not have a voucher.

Isabella at the front desk was so helpful with check In and check out. Also I left my Debit card behind by accident and Laurie mailed It to me. Lastly breakfast was so good with plenty of options. I recommend this hotel for sure!
