A lot more hidden fees which was unexpected. I have charges on my card after we checked out that I have no idea what are for. Hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing. Breakfast area was awkwardly set up and food was meh. Room didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels.

The property was nice and clean. I booked through Expedia and chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we checked in we were informed that the hot tub was shut down for repairs. I was disappointed that Expedia didn’t have this information on their site. If they had we would have booked another hotel

Hot tub down

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub, but when we got there the hot tub was out of order

Bathroom shower was mildewed/moldy on ceiling. Hot tub was out of order, but wasn’t mentioned until you walk into pool area. Pool was much smaller than anticipated-but live and learn. 2nd floor was not ideal for a light sleeper…can hear everyone above and through the walls. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant. The housekeepers were knocking on the door repeatedly at 930am until I answered on check out day (Check out is 11am) to get in to clean. That wasn’t awesome…Breakfast was standard continental but packaged waffles for re-heating. Location is ideal for getting off/on interstate and Eden Prairie mall is walkable,

Tucked away in a corner. Easy to get to. Very good Japanese steakhouse hibachi grill shares parking lot. Cub food grocery store across the street. Mall less than 2 blocks away. Other shopping and restaurants very close by. Storm came thru late night/early morning, power was out for 8-9 hrs. The hot tub was drained and out of order. I wish the bathrooms had hooks. When you have 4 people and spend multiple nights you have no where to hang your towels to reuse them or to hang your clothes.

Everything was great, the lady that checked us in was awesome friendly and did a very good job with everything. The only negative is that the beds were not very comfortable and the hot tub was out of order and we were very excited to use it

Hot tub was broken. Front desk didn’t tell me when I checked in so disappointed to find out after I was changed and walked down. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was lacking.

Nice rooms-- very clean room. Hallway dirty but undergoing renovations so I attribute dirty carpet to that. Excellent breakfast options. Excellent rate. Comfortable suites!!

Ants and and other bugs in the bathroom

The room we were in was in need of attention. There was a large water damage spot in the ceiling. Two of the electrical outlets were loose. The carpet was very dirty. The elevators were very dirty and in need of repair.

Great and clean!

We liked the hotel. It could have been cleaner, there were smears on the walls and bedding. We also had silverfish in the bathroom that we killed on our last two nights, didn’t notice them the first two nights, and only saw them when waking up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bathroom didn’t have a fan, which I would say attributed to this problem. The room didn’t feel like 420sf, perhaps the layout of the room? Obviously we didn’t measure it; but we stay in a lot of hotel suites and this one wasn’t “roomy” as I would have expected. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices and great coffee, and attendants were great at keeping things full. We had a burned out lightbulb at the desk in our room that we asked to get replaced our second day. It wasn’t replaced while we were gone that day. Scott was great and brought us a new one promptly when we asked again. My husband lost his debit card in the lobby on day 2 of our 4 night stay and they left us a message, but we were still there. I was curious why no one brought it to our room as our reservations were for for two more nights. They did say they would mail it when I got the message after arriving home. Hot tub and pool were down for part of our stay; but when it was open the temperatures were perfect in the hot tub and pool. Area around the hotel felt safe and was clean compared to other places we have stayed in the Minneapolis area. Overall, we would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, and roomy suite-style hotel room was perfect for our trip to visit our daughter at college for the weekend. The breakfast area was always clean and well-stocked when we had breakfast. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location is also nice - right by some restaurants, a Cub Foods, and only a short trip to the Mall of America and surrounding attractions.

Their was stains on the carpet, a broken shelf in the shower, and the room smelled of cigarettes. The first room we had had a mildew smell and wet carpet. The staff was great and changed our room. It was better, but still had the cigarette smell, stains, and broken things.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were dated. Water leaking from ceiling. Pictures online were not consistent with available rooms.

This hotel was overall great. The only issue was the internet did not work. We even paid for the faster option and it still would not work.

Very spacious room with all of the amenities that a vacationing couple need who are still running the ship back home.

Check in was a slow process. It’s not to quiet. Can hear the elevator doing, people walking up above.. otherwise the rooms were nice, spacious, and clean

We stay here almost every time we come to Minneapolis. There are renovations going on right now, but they appear to be almost done. The room we were in had been recently renovated and was lovely. We will stay here again.

Awesome guest services. The room was large but it was also very cramped. Couldn’t fully open closet door due to the end of the bed being right there. When the sofa sleeper was out you would have to crawler over the bed to get to the door to go out of the room. Which is not a big deal if you don’t need the extra bed.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The only issue I had was other guest. Please put teenagers and kids on the first floor if they are going to run and jump and stomp till midnight

The suite with one king and pull out couch with smaller than a normal room. When the pull out couch is made you can't walk around the room you'd have to go over the bed to get to the other side of the room.

We stayed here based on pictures that it would be a suite. No. We could not use the pull-out couch because it butted up against the king so no one could walk through. There was no separation to makenit a suite. Also we had to ask several times to have the handicap spots salted. My wife and mother in law are both disabled and my wife hurt her back slipping. Would not reccomend if you are looking for space for a family.

The best hotel I ever stayed in, had every amenities I needed!! As a family! 10/10 felt like a studio! A home! Great housekeeping as well. Extraordinary staff.

The front desk staff was excellent, I cannot say enough about them. The cleaning staff forgot our room one day, a little disappointed. Would have liked the hot tub, especially after our fishing. But the front desk staff made the hotel !!

All was ready, all was clean. The staff was wonderful.

We stay here every thanksgiving. (14 years) The desk clerk that checked us in was so friendly and kind. We requested a first floor room due to mobility problems and we got it. Breakfast staff were very nice. My husband left a very special cap back in the room when we checked out. He realized it was missing and went back to hotel. They had cleaned out roo, placed the dap in a bag and labeled it. The clerk called the housecleaning employee, and he got it back. He was ecstatic. A+++++ service! Thank you sooo much.

Clean room, shops nearby, sofa bed could use a new mattress, it’s awful. Couch not very comfortable at all. Air works great! Front desk staff encountered were friendly, approachable and helpful!

Needed to request towels for the pool and that was taken care of right away. Linens for the sofa bed were in the closet but no pillows… the front desk took care of that right away!!! Great service all around!!!

We stayed in room 222 on December 29th. The thermostat was broken and it was very hot in our room that night. We also booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub for our kids. After we checked in we learned the hot tub was empty and could not be used. Nothing was mentioned when we asked about the pool hours during our arrival and nothing was posted on the site about the hot tub not being operable. When I spoke to staff about the issues, the female clerk did not seem to care and dismissed my concerns. I have been with Marriott for over 20 years and I would not recommend this hotel.

There’s a restaurant right out front and other fast food and restiarants 2-3 mins away as well! And a Cubs Grocery store basically next door as well! I loved it for the price as well

Close to dinning and shopping. The property even has a gas grill on site for guests to use.

The beds werent comfortable. The microwave only worked in popcorn mode. We found beef jerky under the bed. The breakfast was awful. It was fine for what we needed to do, however I spent way too much for what i got.

Nice, newer rooms. Traveling with wife & adult daughters. Breakfast was disappointing.

The two-night stay was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good with several options, and the pool was clean with warm water. It's a shame the jacuzzi wasn't available... Parking was available... I recommend it
