The staff was welcoming. I could tell that there have been recent improvements, everything looked orderly and clean. The rooms are a basic, nice hotel experience. It was cool and comfortable with blankets available in the room, but not on the bed. I appreciated that. Three pillows per bed was perfect. No pool or other amenities, but I didn't need or want them. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. The only concerning thing was the open drains in the sink and bathtub. I worried about dropping something into them and being unable to retrieve it. I had a very pleasant stay.

It's down the road from a bus line stop. Rooms have ac, refrigerator, and microwave. No coffee in room but they make coffee available 24/7. They have 24 front desk.A couple lights didn't work in my room. The faucet in the bathroom was missing an aerator. The toilet didn't flush well. The ice machine in the hallway didn't work. Half of the pop in the vending was sold out. The breakfast was ok. Breakfast didn't have ketchup. Hotel seems a little outdated except for new laminate flooring and paint. The hotel was clean though.

Ths hotel showed a lot of wear but jad a great tv with full direct tv package and nice towels. But bathroom small with no counter space. Had a low shower head with low pressure. Breakfast consisted of sandwiches you microwave and some other items. Tasted fine and coffee was good.

Gal who checked in was great. Humidity was high in our room. Made floors sticky due to humidity. No hot water in the evening. No one around at the breakfast. It showed a 8.3 review and our review would be around 5.0. Received no receipt.

I was first given a room which had not been made up. (At last the front desk clerk apologized, something you very rarely see these days.) The room was pretty smelly, probably from mold and mildew in the A/C system. Room was not in very good shape, junk scattered all over the hallways. I thought that not having carpets would be a good thing. Next time I'll spend a few dollars more here.

It’s a renovated super8 style hotel- very basic but our room was clean (even the corners of the bathroom), beds were comfortable and owner/operator at the front desk was friendly. The hotel hallways had a damp but not mildewy-smell, but the room was fine. Breakfast area had cereal and waffle machine. Would stay again for an overnight stop on a road trip.

The air conditioner unit was so loud I couldn’t have the TV on and had to wear ear plugs to sleep. It also was so humid in the room even with the A/C running and the bathroom fan on.

The staff were really great. The room however was not. Soon as I walked into my room it was moist/humid and had a pee smell. The ac was on but didn’t help nor did opening the window. The lamps had some kind of dirt on the stands, the carpet was semi wet, the bathroom was slippery, the bathtub was gross and still had hair in it. The beds were comfy but had one sheet and like a curtain for a bedspread. Oddly shaped pillows. When I turned the heat on it had a horrible smell and had to just be cold. I understand that it’s a small town and few places to stay but I will not go back to this hotel. I was so uncomfortable the entire stay. It was quiet and good staff though.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the small refrigerator in the room. The only suggestions I would make is to have the TV tuned to the Guide, and make sure there are enough towels, 2 towels per person, in the bath room. The breakfast was excellent. With a full occupancy, there needed to be more than 1 choice of juice. Also, for Sunday morning, the cream cheese and yogurt were running low.

This is a Super 8, remodeled. Rooms look nice, but floors are noisy if you are on the bottom floor those above can be distracting. Walls are thin, i.e. an old super 8. Heard the folks next to me talking until after midnight. It was pretty clean and beds were okay. Not anywhere close to the worst I have seen. My biggest complaint was the noise.

Staff was awesome! Room was clean. The door has about a 2 inch gap at the bottom and the lock on our ground floor window was briken. The entire hall smelled off microwaved fish

We were very pleased with the rooms and overall cleanliness of the facility. The staff , Scott and Donna were very helpful in arranging three rooms together so we could care for our elderly parent.they also went above and beyond by finding us a shower chair for our stay. Traveling highway 94, like a million times before. We've never stayed here but the price was right and the satisfaction scores are good, so we thought we'd try it out. The owner/staff is very involved and helpful. The area has a lot going for it, but walking isn't in the cards for most of it (Aldi is more than a mile away, no sidewalks). Room appears to be renovated, large and in great shape. Outside of the hotel, hallways and doors not quite in the same league. Bottom line, a very nice place to stay at a VERY nice price!

The desk clerk said go around the back for easier access to our room. We went around to the back entrance and there was an unsavory character in a vehicle with the windows open smoking pot. His vehicle was right at the rear door. Needless to say, I did not feel safe at this property.

Easy access off the interstate. The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area is very small. Basic breakfast (cereal, fruit, yogurt, breads, juice, microwavable breakfast sandwiches). My only complaint was that the water smelled and tasted like it had been pumped directly out of a stagnant lake but I suspect that's a Fergus Falls problem and not directly related to the hotel.

It looked a little rough pulling up but for a cheaper place it was clean, everything worked and beds were clean and comfortable. For someone who usually stays at the bigger brand hotels but just needed a place a sleep as we raced in town late and had to leave early it was great. Nothing fancy but a good clean place if you’re looking to rest your head.

The clerk was friendly. But the heater in the room was noisy, the water tasted awful, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was skimpy. Bread for toast, some yogurt, coffee wasn't hot and probably made from the awful water.

Very nice pet friendly hotel. Staff was super nice. The was only concern is that I slipped and almost fell in the bathtub. Should take care of that in all the rooms. Also, the continental breakfast was lacking anything remotely healthy. Add some fruit and hard boiled eggs.....

The breakfast was OK enough. My only real problem was TV issues and when I sit in the room for 3-4 hours with TV issues I struggle to say I had a good stay. The manager was very pleasant and friendly which helped.
