Have stayed here a few times and it’s a fantastic location if you want to be nicely located to Maple Grover Arbor Lakes area shopping and dining. Just a quick and easy drive to and from the area at a much better price than other hotels in the area. Parking is great, hotel is quiet and clean, staff is super friendly. Great place to stay!

A one night getaway with some friends for a local basketball tournament. Location was great. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and spacious. If I had any to point out anything negative it would be that there is no hot tub. Not a deal breaker though. Will stay here again for sure.

Overall it was great! Very clean and updated. Had a pool and small gym. Our room was cleanly and came with a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave which is nice. It’s also walking distance from a few restaurants. The only downside was that there was a hidden pet fee of $75. I booked through Hotels.com to use rewards and it said pet friendly and I couldn’t find a fee listed anywhere and then to get there and have it be almost as much as the room rate? Probably wouldn’t have stayed if we knew. I’ve seen $20-25 but $75 is ridiculous on a $123 room.

Perfect hotel to stay at Christmas time. Love the every other day maid service. Love the restaurant on site. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Only thing missing was a hot tub. But definitely not a reason to stay at this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is pretty good. The staff are fantastic. My only complaint is that the pillows are so flat they are practically non-existent, and when we got into our room there was a stray bugle chip from a prior customer that did not get picked up with the vacuum. Everything else was fine.

It was a cold day and the room was set at 58° when we arrived. It took quite awhile for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. Was not a relaxing or welcoming way to start an evening. Once the room warmed up the bathroom door had to left open because it remained chilly in the bathroom the entire first night.

Paid a premium for a king suite with separate lounge area for our toddler. Disappointed to find poor quality old spring beds and flat pillows. The comforter was very thin and scratchy. Woke up with sore back. No extra pillows or blankets in room. Called front desk and had to leave a message for more pillows but they never came.

Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. We loved the additional details such as having a keurig, high ceiling, walk in shower with extra bars in the shower to hang wet swimsuits; lots of storage options. Our only complaint is the design to have rooms directly across from the pool entrance. We had a room right across; this was a busy weekend with many families in town for sports tournaments. It was VERY noisy until about 11:30 pm which made going to bed early challenging. We would definitely stay here again but request to be away from the pool entrance.

Everything about our stay was great. The customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced. From the woman checking me in on the first night, to the man that brought us our room service, to the woman in the breakfast area in the morning - 10/10 service. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean and my girls had a great time in it. We had the best experience ever and will definitely be back.

When I checked in the staff didn’t seem to be welcoming and friendly. The staff assigned me to a handicap room. Exhausted and carrying all my belongings, with my dinner getting cold, I returned to the lobby to address the issue. The front desk staff claimed that I had booked a handicap room, which was untrue, and insisted it was one of the last available rooms with two queen beds. I explained that I hadn’t booked a handicap room and didn’t need one, politely asking for a change. She seemed irritated by my request but eventually gave me a key to a different room. However, when I got to the new room, my key didn’t work. Frustrated, I had to haul my belongings back to the lobby once again. When I informed her about the issue, she admitted that she had assigned me to the wrong room and then laughed. The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.

This was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff at desk and bar/grill were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable but early in the morning plaster fell off the ceiling due to what seemed to be a leak. I reported it to front desk and she was very nice about it.

Hilton Garden Inn is exceptionally clean and well-kept. The staff was excellent and friendly. The bed was excellent and I appreciated the amenities. The only blip was the restaurant. They didn't have some of the food that was on the menu. Even though I couldn't get my first two choices, the walleye was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Maple Grove.

For the most part HGI is a good place to stay. The price of the scaled-down buffet is ridiculous. The price of your rooms is not affordable to most, and is the reason we don’t stay there very often. Put the price of the breakfast……guess you don’t need customers.

I felt it was odd to have an open concept continental breakfast that was not free. Our family accidentally started eating from the buffet and missed the sign that it was had an extra cost. The staff member in the breakfast area then hovered over my family the rest of the time we were sitting in there. It was uncomfortable. I’ve never seen a buffet set up in that manner that wasn’t free; sends the wrong message to hotel guests. If it’s not complimentary, it should look like a restaurant and be closed off.
