Property was clean. Staff was nice. However, the first room we checked in into smelled like cigarette smoke and the second room smell like perfume. Hot tub jets were not working and we rented this hotel just for the hot tub. We enjoyed it anyways, but, it was disappointing.

The luggage carts were a nightmare. They are new and the design us definitely not better. Near impossible to steer. I opted to make 3 trips as the carts were so bad. The choice of restaurants near the hotel are wonderful. I wish there had been a small outdoor patio area to sit. I was there 3 nights with my mother and we didn’t really have a place at the hotel to sit other than our room or the indoor pool area. Also the dining area has 2 steps so if you are traveling with a person where steps are a challenge keep that in mind.

The hot tub was down, which was disappointing, but by the next morning it was working. On check out, the front desk staff was apologetic and wanted to make sure the rest of my stay was ok. Overall, it was pretty typical of what I'd expect from a Hampton Inn - clean, friendly, comfortable and family friendly. It was just disappointing that we couldn't use the hot tub after a long day at a baseball tournament.

Quick stay, hotel was clean. Unfortunately there was an accident in the pool, so it was closed. Wish they would have shared this at check in. The lobby area was a great space to hang out. The lighting could be better. Staff friendly and hotel was clean.

Our room was nice and clean but the breakfast area and seating in that area was not very clean. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with all the in and out traffic all hours of the day and night in that area. The staff was helpful and very nice. I would stay hear again.

I didn't realize this was the oldest hotel in this area when booking but we could tell right away when walking in due to being outdated, older smell and stained elevators. Staff was very nice and helpful which is a plus! Unfortunately there was mold in the shower, housekeeping still came in regardless of the sign to not disturb and the tv involuntarily turned off repeatedly while trying to watch movies. The hot tub and fitness room were nice so thats a plus! Not sure I would choose this location again at almost $200/night. Also didnt realize there would be grade school hockey players running the halls...so keep that in mind for sports events.

This hotel has all the right amenities. The automatic roller blackout curtains felt very luxurious. Room size was perfect, ample space for my husband and I and our two kids. Pool seemed a little dirty but not a big deal. Breakfast was great. Great customer service and attention to detail. All the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back…

It was a standard Hampton Inn so I thought I knew what to expect. The furnishings were extremely dated and cleanliness was not up to “Hilton” standards. I thought this was odd given maple grove is a very high class area. Other hotels in the area are much nicer and have better service. I had to book this one last minute however do to changes in travel plans. I travel a lot for work so I generally know what to expect out of different hotel tiers. I would say this is below average for a Hampton Inn. It’s right next to the highway, dated, lacks amenities, and room cleanliness was lacking. There’s a lot better options in Maple Grove.

The staff was very nice and facility was clean. A special kudos to Pat who served breakfast. She had the hot food prepared just right, food supplies stocked, tables cleaned all while welcoming every customer with a smile and “good morning”! Impressive!! We’ll be back again.

I liked the fact that the property is close to Arbor Lakes shopping & restaurants, there’s plenty of parking and free ev charging But I had a long stay , around 10 days…and housekeeping failed to refill my coffee supplies or top off the shower shampoo/ conditioner supplies I had to leave a note to ask for my rights as I paid a lot for the room , and sometimes I actually had to seek them out in the hallway to beg for supplies … seemed they were stingy or or not thorough when cleaning the rooms Also, I paid extra to pay at checkout, but was surprised by my credit card company that they made a large charge to my account without my approval, which I had to question at the front desk and was told they were just checking that I have enough funds to cover the bill ! Wow , that was extremely insulting and such a covert sneaky move … I will never stay there again

I had trouble with the room key, the maintenance person came by and tried to help but after trying 3 times I had to move to another room. Had some trouble with the card again but after two times it worked. The staff was fantastic!

The property was well located, close to lots of options to eat and shopping as well. The best part of the stay was the service and attitude of Zac the front desk person. It was late at night he looked up my Honors number, gave me some snacks and offered to run the luggage cart to the other end of the hotel for me so that I had a shorter trip with the amount of luggage I needed to take to the room. It is always great to have someone go above and beyond after a long day of traveling.

The lady at check in was rude. In the morning we couldn't get the shower to work. I called the front desk to see what was going on. I was rudely informed that they had a leak or something, she was very nonspecific. When I went to check out they never said a word to me. I understand that things happen. I also think there is a way to handle it when things happen. A little customer service goes a long way. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice and clean. However, checking in had to wait for the employee to get off her vell phone. Groups of kids were there, should have had a room away fro. Them, running i. Hallways and slamming doors at all hours of the night. Breakfast was crap, workers were too lazy to maintain and refill empty items like eggs, milk, fruit and waffle mix. Will stay elsewhere.

The staff in Maple Grove is so friendly and go out of there way to be nice. The young man at the front desk is so very kind and when I apologized for being such a bother he said I am no bother at all. I am old and he was a great assistance to me and I really appreciate it. Also the housekeepers would go out of there way to say hi and tell me to have a nice day.

Great family trip! We don’t go far with our 3 little kids, but this hotel offered a great winter break. Our boys enjoyed the pool. The breakfast and coffee setup was nice. Friendly people at the desk. They were able to give us connecting rooms, which was quite nice of them.
