We were very pleased with our room. It was clean, spacious, came with a kitchen area. Had a restaurant next door that served until midnight which was helpful since my daughters flight didn't come in until late. Also the lady at the desk was very helpful.

I loved the soap and lotion dispensers in the bathrooms. I've never been a fan of little soaps for hand washing. This was waaay more convenient. And, with hotels encouraging green practices like not washing laundry every day, etc, it's great to see the reduced plastic. The elevator was a little scary. It didn't stop me using it, but I may have said a little prayer every time.

I picked up macaroni and cheese from their market pantry but I started leaking on my shirt while I walked back to my room. Once I opened it to put it in the microwave I realized that the entire box had been opened before and that half of the box had been eaten by someone else... so gross Also, the elevators are broken but still operating. They make loud noises and bangs while they go up. Finally, it was 6:50 in the morning and there was no breakfast or coffee, the lights were out in the dining area, and guests were forced to sit in the dark. Very unlike my normal experience with other Holiday Inns. I wont stay again

The TVs don’t allow you to stream from your phone or log in to Netflix. The shower is outdated and had black marks around the edge. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was really big and didn’t feel like a hotel room which I liked.

I didn't like that there was a group of 5 young males running up and down the steps that decided to stop at our door straight across from the stairwell and knock VERY loudly that sacred the heck out of us in the middle of the day. As well as hearing other people talking as they walked past rooms, not much sound proofing. We checked out Saturday night instead of Sunday morning because if the noise was that loud at 4-7 pm I could only imagine what it would have been in the wee hours after bar close...

I did not get the room I had asked for. One with a stand in shower. The towels are very rough. The pillows are very hard. The toilet seat was almost falling off. No instructions on how to operate the thermostat.

It was an already hotel. But was pretty upset when a fasle alarm went off at 3 in the am. Had to sit outside for an hour. When I checked out part of me would of like discount or at least a sorry for the inconvenience.
