Room was clean, pool was big but at the time of reservation I didn’t know that the waterslide was only for the weekend and not during the week. Breakfast was okay and there was no hot chocolate packets for my daughter.

Hotel was decent except the pool was way too cold. The hot tub was broken and they didn’t tell anyone prior. The waterslide, which is why we choose this hotel, is only open on wknds and has ridiculous hours. The waterslide hours are not listed or disclosed until after you book so it’s very misleading

The front desk counter people are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was ok. Key cards did not work well getting into outside door. My only complaint is the pool was cold and dirty..hair clumbs.

Staff were all very nice, however the pool area was closed the first day we arrived, and it was very hot out and we planned to swim. The 2nd day the pool.opened, but hot tub was ice cold. They said mechanical isssues and board of health was inspecting?

Overall a very nice stay. However, the pool chemicals were extremely strong. There is a water slide in the pool, which is a great attraction. But it was hard to enjoy the pool area because my kids were so overwhelmed by the chemicals in the pool that they coughed until they vomited.

This property has seen its hay-days. We choose to come here for the pool (…as did everyone else). My kids loved the slide. But you could tell how outdated the pool was. The hot tub was worse. They couldn’t keep up on pool towels. We still enjoyed it. I tried to utilize the gym but due to the proximity of it to the pool area it was so humid I thought I was going to die, but otherwise it had adequate equipment.

The room was really clean, the AC was controlled on the wall not at the unit, whichbwas a first. Pool area was large, with a 90 ft water slide. The hot tub was very large and powerful jets. Workout room was small, but usable. The breakfast wasn't anything exciting., as they're was no more eggs made with an hour to go and the bacon was flimsy and microwaved. Ran out of bowls for cereal.

This was honestly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. Every square inch of carpet whether in the hallways or in the rooms looked like a crime scene. I was in disbelief given what they charged us for a nights stay there. If you choose to stay with them, either don't take off your shoes, or bring your own penicillin!

The room we stayed in there was Gunk on the countertop that you can tell was not washed off. The bathroom was very dirty there was blood by the toilet and on the wall. In the bedroom on the headboard there was white residue that I had to get my own Lysol to wash the headboard before even wanting to lay there. The stay would have been five stars if the room was clean but it was very poorly cleaned.

I booked a two night stay while in town for work. Got in late. Pulled back the covers on the one queen bed to find blood on the sheets. Had to leave very early next morning and checked out early to find another hotel. Not impressed and won’t be back.

First, I’d like to say, the people working at this location are very nice and this review should be no reflection of them. However, this facility definitely needs an upgrade. The carpets are filthy. There was garbage and litter on the floors, there was long black hairs on my bathroom floor when I arrived. Gross. The bed itself appeared very clean and was comfortable. Unfortunately people were loud in the rooms above and below me so I had to turn on my fan to mask the noise even happening at 11:30 PM.

The waterslide was a lot of fun. The pool is a bit cold though. The beds are super comfy! I like the central air in the room....instead of the noisy wall units other hotels have. We had a suite. Loved having the separate living room. The breakfast was hot and good.

Overall we had a comfortable experience for 1 night. Only complaint is that the hotel was quite damp and musty smelling. There were a ton of kids that were in the small gym area while I was trying to work out that was frustrating but other than that, it was a great stay!

Hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t have time to use pool. Found ants and stink bugs in hotel and room. Hallway carpet had big bleach spots beds were very firm, same with pillows. So didn’t sleep well.

The room was clean and the suite was incredibly spacious. Loved the door between the bedroom and the work suite area. Wish the waterpark hours were more days but slide was fun when open. Mgmt during day and night were outstanding. Friendly, available and attentive. Breakfast was above average and they always had fresh coffee. We loved our stay and would come back again when in the area.

Manager who checked us in was super helpful and friendly. She accommodated my requests to be on the same floor as my relatives and late checkout even though we were staying on a busy Saturday with a basketball tournament in the area. Rooms were clean and smelled really fresh. Breakfast was good and the kids had a blast in the pool area. Great stay!

We had a frustrating experience with Wendy, the general manager at the hotel. We booked a room through Expedia and paid for it in full before our arrival. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by 7 hours due to bad weather, so we didn’t get to the hotel until just after midnight. When we arrived, we found out that the room we had booked was given away to someone else because they thought we weren’t coming. The friendly woman at the front desk called Wendy to explain what happened. Instead of helping us, Wendy said she wouldn’t let us stay in the room we had paid for and wanted to charge us an extra $100 for another room. We spent another hour and a half trying to get either the hotel or Expedia to help us get our money back. Eventually, Expedia assisted us, and we managed to get a room, but it certainly wasn’t thanks to Wendy’s help.

The hotel was OK, except our television wasn't working and the staff person couldn't get it working either. We were offered to move to a different room which we really didn't want to do. Otherwise they were going to give us a discount. When checking out, because I booked through hotels.com, they were not able to give discount, they were going to have to speak to manager. Also, the railing in lobby was sticky and in our room in bathroom the door was dirty. Also the cabinet for the microwave and refrigerator was in the way. It was too big for the space. Little things but noticeable. I wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was scarce, there was seldom anyone visible at the front desk, though a door bell was provided to call staff who did come promptly. Floors throughout were sticky, particularly in the elevator. The waterside was not available during our stay, but in fairness I was emailed by Expedia about this, but it arrived the day before and I was travelling with kids, not exactly an ideal time to read email. The water of the pool was clear, but that made it obvious the bottom of the pool and hot tub had not been properly clean in quite some time. For the price, there are much better options in the area.

My flight was delayed by over 3 hours. I tried to check in with my 8 year old son at 4:30am, & Makayla Walce. Informed me that because I didn't call to say my flight was delayed that she couldn't honor my reservation. She called a manager who told her to honor the reservation, but to come down at 11am to formally check in again. She then told me that if I don't come down before 11am to check in, that they will call the Police to have us removed. She was an abominable damper on the start of our stay at Comfort Inn, but was redeemed in part by the other friendly staff who apologized for our treatment at check in.

Loved this hotel. It was very quiet, sort of tucked away. Close enough to anything you might need. Breakfast was good. Loved the comfortable bed. Did not get to enjoy the pool area, just know the slide is shut off on certain days.

The location was good, right off the highway. Not too many food options but Jimmy’s is super close by and although it was packed we got seated right away and food came quick and it was good!! We’d definitely return if back in the area. We mostly stayed here for the waterside. When checking in, we were told it was closed for maintenance. Someone was nearby who corrected the employee that maintenance started Monday. Thank goodness. The kids LOVED the slide. We had plans to use the slide Sunday before checkout since it was open 8-12, but it never opened. When I asked they said it broke the night prior so it wouldn’t be opening. Seems rather suspicious as we had used it until 7:45 pm the night prior and maintenance was starting Monday. In all, hotel was good, breakfast was good. Only other complaint is noise from other guests. Yelling in halls late at night.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Solid breakfast and my wife claimed it to be the best hotel coffee she has ever had. Nice pool area. Only real issue is that the pool are could be a bit bigger for the size of the hotel (mainly more seating on pool deck) and the pool itself could be a few degrees warmer. Great front desk staff!!

I thought it was over priced for what you got. The breakfast food items was average. They lady serving worked hard keeping things full and clean. The fans in the bathrooms are so loud. Liked the suites, rooms were clean.

We stayed the night before having surgery. All I wanted was a comfortable bed, a few hours to relax in front of the TV and a basic breakfast for my husband. TV didn't work with 'no connection' messages & front desk had no solutions. Bed was on the hard side and warming trays at breakfast left food cold to lukewarm. We're not typically hard to please, but this stay was very disappointing.
