What a great hotel! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable- kids said it's the best sleep they've had at a hotel. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great- also open until midnight which the kids also thought was cool to be able to swim that late. Game room was nice and having 2 washing machines and dryer made laundry convenient. Friendly staff, loved the cabin/woodsy decor. Breakfast was great- alot of good options- including bacon! I'm glad we chose this hotel- it's close enough to everything and not in the busyness of everything Branson. Great hotel- highly recommend!

So clean! Pool and hot tub area where awesome. They had clean towels so you didn’t have to use yours. Breakfast was bomb! Definitely plenty to choose from! We will definitely stay there when we go back. They also have a little game room and gym!

Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility. The hot tub was getting service so did not get to use that and the sauna did not work however the POOL was amazing-salt water so low chemicals. Swam every day. Breakfast was yummy. Staff allowed us a late check out until noon. It was helpful because we were seeing David at Sights & Sound at 3:30. Staff shared places to eat and enthusiasm for shows we had booked. Our room was not tidied daily but we could request towels, coffee, etc. Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, updated, and comfortable. Guest services were pleasant and easy to work with. Location is great for enjoying all things Branson has to offer. Pool looked great and in good condition, however, we did not have time to enjoy. Breakfast was good as well.

Our hotel room was so hot. The air conditioner was outdated and could not get our room to a comfortable temperature. For two nights we just laid in our beds with no blankets. Also our toilet had pee around the outside edges of the base. The room was mostly clean but the bathroom was left wanting.

The shower pressure was great! Beds were a little hard for my liking. Very homey feel. The lobby was decorated very fun for the fall season. Staff was bet nice and answered questions about the area.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a separate sink and mirror from the bathroom…it was easier for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, with a variety of selections. Location was easy to get to. We recommend!

Everything about this property was convenient and quiet. We were close to all the attractions and restaurants we could want, the room was clean and welcoming, and the hotel was quiet even for a holiday weekend. The only thing I would like to see improved is the fold out couch bed-- it was fairly worn out.

We stayed for 5 nights for a family vacation. We decided this time to spend a little bit more money per night to stay off the main roads and because the overall reviews looked good. I rated it a perfect score but I have a few caveats. 1. The toilet had a seat and lid. With the lid being on, the toilet seat would not stay up with the lid. As a man, I had to hold the seat up when standing (sorry tmi). And yes, I made sure to put it back down. 2. Hotel card problems. Got our cards the first night, they worked. 2nd day when we got back from SDC, we were locked out. Got new cards. 3rd day after we got back from Whitewater, locked out again. Got new cards, went back to room to change, did not work. Finally spoke with manager and he fixed the problem. They were only approving cards for one night at a time on a 5 day stay. 3. Always seemed like the room was damp. Not sure if it was the AC not being able to keep up or the bathroom fan not pulling out the humidity during showers. Minus those things, my kids loved the morning breakfasts, the pool. Was an overall great stay.

After a great fun-filled day at Silver Dollar City, we checked in after 10 pm to the hotel. Check-in was quick and when I asked about a later check-out, they were very accommodating. Our 2 rooms were excellent, so after a good night's rest, personal attention at breakfast for the grandkids, and time to take a fun swim, we journeyed back home with everyone happy!

Hotel was just as described. Very clean inside and outside. The free breakfast was good with many options. Liked that this particular hotel is not on the main road. Therefore, it was quiet and low traffic, but still very close and convenient to all the attractions. We did experience a problem with the electricity to our room. They had to reset the breaker numerous times. However, the staff were very attentive to the problem and compensated us for our troubles. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This was a middle of the week trip which greatly reduced the amount of people in the area. The hotel was nice, easy to access and sitting on a small hill. Staff were friendly and helpful at arrival and throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was as it should be. Location is close to Sights & Sounds Theatre, which was our reason for staying. Hotel is off the main drag which was great for a calm atmosphere. Checkout was simple. We would book again if in the area.

I loved my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer . For the time I called over the phone to say I was running a late and was still coming to the time I left everyone was super friendly and accommodating . Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable . This hotel was amazing! My kids thought it was the best hotel we had stayed at during our long road trip. Except the breakfast. The ham was disgusting, there was no real butter for my waffles, only margarine and the coffee was not very good.

Great facility in a convenient location with a big pool and fun game room! The breakfast was a perfect start to the day with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles and oatmeal. The coffee wasn't very good - taste like it had been sitting all night. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
