Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills

Loved the idea of a game room, somw things didnt work properly but its older games etc. Pool and sauna was nice just a little dark for evenings w kids. Staff was wonderful!!

Kids loved the game room and pool/hot tub. Convenient to main rd. Quiet, well kept, breakfast was fine. Seems well staffed. The pool is too dark at night. Will come back next time.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean, and the included free breakfast is much better than other hotels I have experienced. The very minor issues were the indoor pool did not appear to have the heat functioning and was too cold for multiple guests. Also the soda/drink vending machine was empty but did not say sold out, so it ate our money. The staff was very helpful in getting it refunded.

The pool area was not very inviting. The hot tub was really dirty looking. The rooms were nice and clean with a larger size refrigerator which we appreciated. Location is great.

Very friendly place, love how the hotel located off of the main strip so won’t have to listened to traffic or not have to worry about getting into the traffic. Also, love the pool and hot tub open till midnight!

Positives: Breakfast, pool (when it's not occupied by teenagers), fitness center, 24 hour coffee, polite staff, location. Negatives: Room was damp! All our clothes, towels, pillows, carpet etc were always damp! Beds were okay but too hard for us.

This is a nice property just off of The Strip in Branson. Easy access to attractions and dining. Nice indoor pool area

The staff at this hotel is unusually helpful, efficient, professional, responsive, and friendly. I have rarely seen any that measure up to this staff. The parking area is roomy, well lighted, in great condition, and easily accessible. The location of the property is convenient to attractions, dining, and shopping, but is also quiet. The only thing this property needs is a bit of investment in updating the mattresses, drapes, and a good carpet cleaning. These things are primarily cosmetic, because the building itself is fine and seems to have been well kept.

All in all room was acceptable although not quite what I'd hoped for, for the money. Carpet in room was dirty enough that bottom of my feet were dirty...not ok!

BED BUG ALERT!!! Just got back from this hotel today and I have bites all over my arm and butt that looks exactly like bed bugs when I google the images. This hotel was also very old and outdated - really needs a remodel.

Infested with black ants, was moved to another room at other end of building and different floor and ants were crawling out of wall recepticle in the second room. When complaining at front desk another person said their room also had ants. They did refund our money when we moved to another hotel.

I felt like every thing was surface clean but as soon as the air came on I got sick Friday night. I felt decent Saturday and as soon as we got back to the room I was sick again. Slept in my car Saturday night for a few hours to see if it was better. I had already been exposed to mold or whatever it was too long. I was extremely sick with my breathing and still am. Things need taken apart and looked at. The bathroom vent was gross and didn’t work.

The hotel is older, but it looked well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel had several issues that happened during our four night stay. The elevator was not working during our entire stay. We were on fourth floor. The first time that we used the toilet in our room. It did not flush. We asked for a plunger. They said that they would bring one up in a few minutes. We called 45 minutes later, and they forgot. A staff member came up and worked on toilet for 30 minutes without success. The countertop for the sink extended over the toilet completely, so there was only about an inch to take the top of the toilet off to look inside the toilet. They gave us another room. The new room was on the second floor. It looked clean, but looks were deceiving. The lamps by bed were unplugged. When we plugged the lamps in, there was a coffee stir stick, some candy, and possibly meds behind the night stand. There was a lid to something under the sink. The water pressure was okay for sink, but there was very little in the shower at any time of day. Like many of the hotels in Branson, this one looks good, but it needs some updates to the plumbing as well as making sure it is clean in the hard to see areas. We will not stay at this hotel again. Breakfast good. Staff tried to help the best that they could.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that my husbands white socks were black on the bottom as soon as he walked accross the room. These were fresh socks that he just put on, Room 315 The air conditioner has a fowl smell. Old water in it maybe? IDK The staff were very pleasant and helpful Breakfast was good. Fix the carpet and the horrible smell and I could rate my stay as excellent.

Staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. Pool was okay. Pool towels were the size of hand towels. Our room had bedbugs however, so a week later we are still covered in itchy and painful bites.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. They gave us everything we asked for. The property needs some love though. Everything is outdated and stained or wasn’t working. The beds were very nice and comfortable but I wish we would have gotten our beds freshened when asked instead of just given the sheets to donut ourselves.

Paid $200 for a room at the Comfort Inn. The property is old, musty, and not updated.

I didn’t like how small the bathroom was and the shower was slick had to hang onto the bar to keep from falling. Excellent staff.

Our room was very spacious for a family of 4. It was a great stay.

IT is always a pleasure to stay at Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are always extra clean, the breakfast is good, and the area and motel are quiet. The only area in which the motel needs to improve is the lack of water pressure in the rooms. You need to "run around" in the shower to get wet and then rinsed off.

The staff were great and very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was good and the building was in good condition. The only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low which made it difficult to shower. We would stay there again.

This is an old hotel, but it’s not bad. The beds were fine, the pillows were okay. The breakfast was good. The main issue we have with it is there is very little water pressure in the shower. If you have short or thin hair, it’s probably fine, but we all have very think hair and it took forever to get it washed.

We had a nice stay. Rooms could use some remodling. Bedding/pillows could be changed out.

Room was not cleaned despite initially requesting daily clean at check in - and even requesting clean with acknowledgement on line - after day 1 - 3 night stay - front desk was very apologetic and checked records- housecleaning just dropped the ball

Breakfast was meh. No shampoo (2 conditioners) bathtub dripped all day and night. Toilet was slow to flush.

The front desk attendant Bonnie was very welcoming & so ffiendly upon check-in, and very helpful during our stay. We also checked out with Bonnie who thanked us for staying at the hotel. Also, the employee helping with arranging for us to purhase Show tickets was great. We saw 6 Shows & she was able to arrange & order our tickets for us which saved us time in trying to do so ourselves!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with the family. Front desk staff was super friendly.

It was more than adequate accomodations for our stay. Breakfast every morning with plenty of options to please everyone in the family. More than anything else, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. When they were asked for assistance or supplies, they responded immediately.

The hotel was nice, had a great breakfast. Check in went smoothly. Only con, we asked for some additional items for our room through a check off list on our door for our room. We never received the items which was a blanket and additional toiletries.

Very clean and safe place to stay! Trent at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, and really who is made our trip rememberable. The only negative was rolls of carpet being stacked right in front of the entrance closest to our room. Will stay here again!

Nice, clean hotel. Located approximately 1/4 mile off the main strip in Branson. Walmart and Grocery Store nearby.

This hotel is in a great location. It was easy to get to everything Branson and the surrounding areas have to offer. Their customer service was above and beyond from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and the hotel is eco friendly. I would definitely stay again.

I came as a “single mom” of two 8 year old girls. Not for a split second did I ever feel unsafe! The parking lot is well lit. The front desk staff is kind beyond belief. They gave us a late checkout so the kids could swim because we arrived late. Breakfast had tons of options including biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal. We LOVED our beds. So Comfy and cozy. Beds were soft but not broken down. Heat worked great. Rooms were soundproof. I’ll be back a million times. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Had a great experience with this hotel, the only negative I can share it the plugs are too big for a curling iron, it won't hold it in. And the hot tub bubbles weren't working, although I think the hot tub was too full, that might be why it wasn't working. Other than that I have nothing bad to say, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast included was amazing, I would definitly stay here again.

Good location and amazing breakfast! The indoor pool & hot tub were enjoyed by the grandchildren. They let us check in early so they could swim. Would recommend highly!
