Stayed 3 nights

The room was generally fine and quiet, and we slept well. The AC seemed clean, which I really appreciated—I often sneeze or cough when AC systems kick on in other hotels, but that wasn’t an issue here. However, the mattress had visible stains that looked like they were covered with something underneath the bedsheet, which was a bit concerning. Also, the bedsheets didn’t stay in place and kept coming off during the night. The bathroom didn’t have a fan—only a light of some sort, though I’m not sure what its purpose was. The pool and hot tub were perfect and definitely a highlight of the stay. The sauna worked, but it took a while to heat up since it’s turned off by default. There were no instructions, temperature display, or labeled controls, so we had to guess how to use it. Breakfast was pretty basic, but the eggs tasted fresh. The staff was fine—no issues there. Tips for future guests: If you plan to use the sauna, allow extra time for it to heat up and be prepared to figure out the controls. Check the bed when you arrive to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. Don’t expect a full breakfast—it's simple but decent.

The bathroom was rather outdated with low ceilings and grime around the ceiling tiles. There was a healthy number of towels, which was appreciated. Having two separate sink areas with mirrors is really helpful to multiple people to prepare themselves for the day at the same time. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean, but I noticed there were no extra mattress protectors and the bed skirts were not very clean. The hard floors were clean and the furniture in the room was clean. Hard floors had me worried about sound travel, but the building was very quiet throughout our stay helping my family sleep peacefully and feel comfortable. The reception desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We went here with our kids and I loved it. It was kindof nostalgic! I actually loved our popcorn ceilings! The hotel was clean, warm, and the staff was amazing. You can see why they rank highly in customer service. I love the location of the hotel. Its right near everything. The pool was great! We went in the hot tub as well. As long as its not to crowded, its super fun! Our room smelled super good when we walked in. Pillows were soft and beds were great! I would go here again and again. Oh, And I really enjoyed breakfast! I think I had sausage, biscuits and gravy and a muffin. Open coffee bar all the time. We were all very happy with our trip!
