hotel was good, breakfast was very good, pool hours were great closed at midnight, however Jacuzzi policy needs changed. as a adult male trying to use it to relax to have 5 very young (10 or under) little girls get in with you with no other adult, walking around splashing etc. made it VERY uncomfortable for me so I got out. in a pool I have no issues at all with kids being loud and splashing around that's what they do however in the close proximity of a hot tub is where I draw the line. This is the first hotel I have been to that allowed children in the hot tub as I was told by the front desk there are no rules for the hot tub, if you have young family this is a good choice for you, if you are an adult wanting to relax after a long day you may want to go elsewhere.

The room was outdated. The breakfast was not what I expected. There was a bandage on the side of the pool that looked like it had been there for awhile and there was no lights in the pool area. It was very dark and creepy looking and feel.

My only complaint with this hotel was the parking lot as well as it's entrance. If you go all the way to the end, there's no way to turn around so you have to reverse out. Additionally, the entrance is quite dangerous as it's a steep descending turn into the parking lot. It's so steep in fact that there's scratch marks on the pavement from where other vehicles scraped trying to get in or out. Aside from that, the hotel itself was very nice and the staff were always kind and helpful.

Nice facility located right in the heart of Branson, Missouri with a number of attractions in walking distance. Indoor pool and breakfast in the morning are a plus!

Staff was excellent! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Room was dated. Hard to control temp. Bed was comfy but sheets were old and kept slipping off the corners. Same hot breakfast same every day -scrambled eggs and sausage. Oatmeal so thin you could drink it. Ugh. Gym was clean and well equipped.

The hotel wasn’t bad but did notice a few imperfections which were dirty at the bottom of the currents, little bit of paint chipping on the roof, bed weren’t as comfortable, dirty/fowl smell when the ac kicked on, and you stood in a puddle of water when taking a shower (didn’t drain properly). Also the pool wasn’t that deep and big as shown in the pictures (kinda small). Other than being slightly overpriced it wasn’t really too bad of a stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff - both check-in and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The bathroom is showing its age but no big deal. Will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was short staffed of housekeepers so some things were missed: -The floor wasn’t vacuumed when I checked in. A nice lady came over to vacuum it, she initially worked the 2nd floor. My room was on the 1st floor -Shower/tub wasn’t clean thoroughly. Could see hairs on the soap holder and shower wall before I used it -Sprayed disinfectant in bathroom, had a urine smell

I took a minute to get service. The front desk clerk was friendly but over worked. There was puke all in the floor in front of the elevator when we were there to check in. I was unable to get a key made to go to the room unless I became a Marriott rewards member. I had already paid for my room so this was a bit frustrating that I could.not get a key. Once I downloaded the app, created an account, I had to check in through the app. Once I did all all above, the clerk was able to make me a key. When my family got into our room, the bath tub has some type of cleaner caked on and none of the trash cans had liners. All in all it was not horrible but I would not stay here again.

The bathroom was so poorly ventilated that it was soaking wet after a shower and the floor was very unsafe, unsanitary, and just plain gross. The black sludge around the sink drain was pretty disturbing also.

Location was perfect. It was older than any property we’ve stayed in. The carpets could’ve been cleaner. The staff was doing a good job keeping the entryway floors clean and tidy and the breakfast and dining area was clean.

The staff were all very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing and my husband and I slept fantastic! The shampoo and body wash were my favorite of any where I’ve ever stayed and I order some on Amazon after we checked out. Very convenient location and walking distance to several attractions.

It was posted that they are not responsible for damage to our property. Yet, homeless people roamed the parking lot area without security on the property. Then they placed an extra $20 amenities charge to our card. Was told me might receive the amount back in the week. Initial check in staff was not very informative.

Fantastic breakfast. Best we've had and the preparer/server was very friendly. The front accommodated our request for a room on the top floor. Nice pool. Room service was good, but they were short of employees. Had to make sure the attendant knew we were leaving so she could clean and prep our room.

Mixed communication with staff over early checkout charge. Noisier than ever and we have stayed there many times. Always when we go to Branson we stay at Fairfield Inn. Due to staff telling us we wouldn't be charged for early checkout but then charging us a one night penalty and the noise this year we will be changing our plans for a different hotel this fall!
