Stayed there for 3 day trip, it was real quiet and nice! Breakfast was very good! Recommend to stay here. Very close to the Branson strip. Only thing is our room had a funky smell, other than that the stay was great! Also pool is open until midnight!

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna room. Staff was very friendly. We arrived in town earlier than expected. They were very accommodating and let us unload our luggage in one of our rooms early. Highly recommend this hotel

Cracks in drywall with water damage in room. Pool was not usable as it was not heated as we were told it was. Kids were disappointed.

Upon arrival check in was easy. However, while checking in we were informed the pool was closed but should be open the following day. Disappointed to say the least was my 4yr old. We booked this hotel for the convince of having a pool on site. The offered the use of another pool at a separate hotel that you had to drive to. With this it was very inconvenient due to the packing and travel time. We were told the next day the pool would be open however once again that was not the case. The pool was down our entire stay. The vending machines were completely sold out of soda/drinks on all floors. The hotel staffs options were “there is a gas station up the street” This is not a convenient option with a child! Our room had a very musty smell to it. We ended our stay early and headed home. Highly disappointed with no accommodation. We will not be back to this location and maybe not even another Holiday Inn at this point.

Everything about our stay was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was big, clean and very nice. We loved that the hot tub and pool were open until midnite. Breakfast was yummy. I loved that there were healthy options like the egg white omelet and the turkey sausage. Parking was easy and convenient too!!!!

The staff was very kind and friendly, the room was clean but not the cleanist needed more bathroom tissue it was brought to me immediately, the pool was good could of been warmer and the hot tub was out of order unfortunately didnt wake up in time for breakfast but family said it was good! Definitely stay here again

Stayed for 3 nights during spring break. We enjoyed it! The pool was nice and the staff was more than accommodating! The gentleman in the ticket office was great..he helped us find tickets to a show we wanted to see. Breakfast was good! The only thing I could complain about is the hot tub was in and out of order and the sauna wasn’t warming either. Cigarette butts in the sauna drain under the bench. We don’t need much to please our family, but I do think those small things should be attended to, especially when you pay spring break prices for the room. But I would definitely stay again!

The staff was extremely helpful! We received a text the day of our arrival to see if we needed tickets to any shows or attractions. They got what we requested and had the tickets ready at check in. Hotel was very clean and quiet, breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed the pool. My only issue was that we got in the hot tub and it was a bit foamy. We had to get out because our eyes started to burn within just a few minutes and my face broke out pretty significantly. I am not sure if the chemicals in it were too strong or what. I showered in the room immediately and the next morning my face was clear again. We didn't have that issue with the pool, only the hot tub. Overall very happy with our stay and will likely come back in the future!

Checked in seemed well enough, get bags to room and showered. Pull sheet and blanket back visibly clean... 10 mins after laying in bed feel something cross my skin. Unmistakable feeling bug legs... it was a bed bug. Immediately left.

The ceiling in our room had a noticeable leak, a live cockroach was on the floor of our bathroom after our first night of our stay, and the pillow was a pancake within an hour of laying on it. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and kind. The facility needs some updating/improvement to get to the expected level of quality compared to what we’ve grown to expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel and staff was nice, only two down falls for us. The beds were too soft, you rolled into each other. The room was not cool enough, the lowest the ac would turn down to is 66. Even though it said the temperature in room was 66, it clearly was not.

One of the quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely no street noise! Our room had a decent view, mostly a nice wooded area in the background. The room and hotel was overall very clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast is decent, with many options to choose from including biscuits and gravy and those awesome Holiday Inn cinnamon rolls! If I’m ever booking a hotel in Branson again, the Holiday Inn on Green Mountain Drive will probably be my first choice.

Most of the rooms have an additional sink and vanity outside of the bathroom which makes it much easier for a larger group of people to get ready. The staff were very friendly and it's conveniently located.

We always enjoy staying at this property. The convenience to 76 Hwy and 165 is always a plus.The updates to the rooms were a nice feature and the express breakfast was very good. The front desk was not well staffed and the maintenance man had to go get a person to check us in.

This place was staffed by amazing individuals. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. So friendly and great to talk to. Room was clean and parking was easy. Breakfast selection was great and up to other Holiday Inn Express. Location was close to the main strip and attractions. See y’all next time 😁

It was a great place to stay. Breakfast was good all 3 days we stayed there. It didn't change at all. It had good options for breakfast. Pool and hot tub was great for my kids, but the chlorine on the pool was exaggerated. Holliday Inn was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Make sure you check the room for smell. Our room was smelling like moisture. One of the ladies apply a spray that helps a lot. I kept spraying lotion and lowering the ac.

The shower had amazing pressure and the water was hot instantly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and well stocked. The pool was plenty big for the hotel and was warm. Rhonda,the girl at the front desk, for check in and our first evening was very helpful and super kind. Makayla and the girl working with her the following day were also very helpful and kind. I have never stayed at a hotel with nicer staff. We stay in Branson often but this was our first visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back!
