Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and sausage for protein. Room was clean and jetted tub nice. The right side of king mattress had poor foundational support. The left side was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and well lit.

It had on sight amenities 2 pools at least one workout room an arcade many vending machines and a very nice breakfast. Not far off the main strip but far enough to be quiet.

I have stayed at this property several times. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is that the decking leading to the back side of building 3 needs repaired/replaced. One of the steps is rotted out, the hand rails are not steady and the decking board is coming up.

The doors to the outside never locked allowing for anyone to gain access to the building. The deck out back needs alot of attention as boards are breaking away making it unsafe.

Older property. It was very hot in the hallway. Room was fine. Newer bed (had a king room) nightstands, desks, etc. Bathroom was outdated, very small. Fitness room was small - 2 treadmills (only 1 was working), bike and weights. Didn’t use the pools but looked ok. Staff friendly. Easy parking. Nice location.

It was a good stay. We only had 2 complaints. The pool in building 2 was pretty chilly. Hard to enjoy it with our kids. Also the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, we liked the hotel and the people.

Killed a cockroach on my first night there. No hand soap at the sink, I had to use the body wash from the shower. Stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to make the beds, take the trash or bring clean towels. I had to go ask for clean towels. And the air conditioner vent was disgustingly dirty

Had a few small difficulties...upon checking in, we went to our room and found it was already occupied. Given a new room. Problem solved. Later, while removing my device from the bedside table's drawer, discovered a live cochroach. Bleh. Beds were nice. Room size was fine. Bathroom extreemly small. I have stayed here before in a different building where the bathrooms were normal sized, which is to say big enough to close door without having to move between toilet and tub, and having the sink counter fit inside the bathroom.

Hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and rosemary potatoes. The dining hall felt more like camp than a fancy resort; one room with many long tables set up. The room had old, scratched furniture and some carpet pulling away; definitely showing its age. The pillows were so huge there was no way to use them; I rolled up a towel and that worked far better. The room smelled musty when we arrived, so we cranked the a/c down and that helped. Overall, it was disappointing because I had tried to find a special place for our anniversary but got a mediocre hotel 6 (or lesser) quality room.

The bed matress cover was covered in multiple huge piss stain circles and who knows what other bodily fluid stains. Whenever I accidentally pulled the fitted sheet back while straightening the bed and noticed it, I was mortified. The AC unit was filthy and made the room constantly musty. The curtain above AC unit had black mold on it. The rug in front of the refrigerator was moldy. Zero stars.

Room was aging; among other items, there was rust on the towel rack and around all metal doorframes, carpet had runs and at least one exposed tack at entry to bathroom. Water was cut off between 10:30 AM and 2PM one of the days.

If you need a little more bathroom space this is not for you. Tons of travelers every day. Breakfast was fast but cleanliness of tables were lacking. Staff was cooking & keeping food ready. Guests were expected to clean up their area. Most did an OK job. Bring your own pillows. Parking was difficult all the time. Lots of hallway noise.

Cool visuals, great breakfast and courtyard, just seems like the rooms are poorly maintained. Power strip unplugged, USB charging port broken, TV stand damaged, ceiling texture peeling around any fixtures. Very few available outlets overall. Room and building were very clean though. Solid option for the price.

Room and bathroom was tiny, bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was only ok and everyone sitting at the same tables was crowded. The rubber floor made it hard to move the chairs. Coffee in the rooms was bad. It was loud and air conditioner was loud.

Didn’t like the parking situation. We had to walk from around the back of the hotel, with very few lights. One of the stairwells was blocked off. Hotel staff were very rude and unapologetic.

Old, run-down hotel that definitely needs a thorough cleaning. While a few staff were courteous and helpful, many were very rude to customers. We had five rooms total and two had a/c issues. One of these was in the middle of the night. While the front desk staff member was amazing at 3:30 am when we woke up to no air, pouring sweat, the maintenence staff was horrible. We were told we could deal with it or go sit outside in the thunderstorm while it was changed out. It was over 80 degrees in our room! Would not ever return here!

Breakfast was a nice buffet of hot food, very great. We had an issue around midnight with a skunk and the air conditioner being on it filled the room with stink. Management was great and got us into another room ASAP.

The rooms in the first building that we stayed were nice. The halls and the amenities look nice and we liked her stay. The only negative was the breakfast area did not seem to have a lot of order and it was truly overcrowded dimly lit. That part of it was not a great experience, especially for my father who was using a walker. Just not an easy overall aspect. Overall, I would say again just would appreciate a better breakfast experience.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Stone Castle Hotel. It was quiet, conveniently located to everything we did in Branson. Appreciated the hearty breakfast each morning, though the food could have been hotter. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The grounds were beautiful and I was able to thank the gardner for his hard work in the heat and told him he does a great job keeping the grounds looking great!

The breakfast that was included was not good. No fresh fruit, cold potatoes, not normal breakfast meat. For those of us with gluten allergies not a lot to choose from. Yes there were eggs but nothing to put on them, would like meat choices and like I said some fresh fruit.
