Location is convenient. Pool, public restrooms and workout room smelt of high doses of chlorine from pool area. Could not use pool. We were give terrible room views and could not use tub because tub would not hold water. Told housekeeping and front desk they expected us to call engineering to fix problem. Very unprofessional process especially when the room rate was over 300 a night. Overpriced and won’t stay there again.

Very unimpressed with the Hilton Promenade on Branson Landing. So many things could have been better, and so expensive for what we got. The in room coffee maker had sludge/mold in it. I Called the front desk to request that two cups of coffee be sent up after discovering the sludge (which they sent right up), but the individual that delivered it gave me an eye after dropping them off. The comforter on one of the beds was full of small holes (I’m hoping from excessive laundering). Lastly the bathroom sink drain would not open to let the water drain. The pool was closed for remodeling, (no notice about that anywhere that I could locate prior to booking). Would not recommend!!!

Yet again an overpriced and undermaintained property! Why would you invest millions into a property and not find the finest of maintenance managers to maintain it? Our room was not well maintained at all, grout in the bathroom was coming out between tiles, patio door wouldn't open with the handle because the frame of the door was so tweaked. Patio furniture was not well cared for or clean, our chair in our room has the fabric matted down from use/abuse. Warning this property is two separate towers and if you get stuck in the south tower you can't get to any of your amenities without crossing a 30 yard walkway toward the shopping center, you can't discretely get to the pool, coffee, or anything. Also, no bar where you can order a drink and take it to your room or pool. Should be a 5 star for the price and the buildout but the way it is ran and maintained I'd only give it 2!

The staff was rude! Wanted a cart to load our luggage to take to the room but they wouldn’t let us without a staff member. We didn’t need a babysitter or help. We just took 2 trips. Had to pay extra for parking each day $22 a day. $32 a day for valet Limited parking in a parking garage for patrons and the staff was parking valet vehicles up front in the handicap areas and left 0 space for self parking. With the Hilton name it felt way overpriced for what we paid. Was expecting more. It was just average. Also didn’t look like the shower was cleaned before we stayed. Lots of hair that wouldn’t have been there if it had been. The whole point of us picking Hilton was to enjoy the stay as well as the area. Branson didn’t disappoint but Hilton did.

We loved the view for our balcony. Room was dusty and shower had some mold. Beds were super comfy. Hot tub was broke. We stayed in South Tower and had a ice bucket. There were no ice machines in our part or vending machine for drinks

Overall it was a good stay. Location is great. Hair in the shower though and Internet password did not work. Battery died in the door latch and had to wait for maintenance to replace the battery to get in. Preventive maintenance?

It was a very nice stay. However, for the price we paid I feel like the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was hair in the shower from the last ppl that stayed there. Sheets also had stains on them.

The room was large but very much a sterile, non welcoming environment. The balcony door fell off so the use of the balcony was non existent. Soap, shampp, conditioner were tiny with no extra towelsin the room. Shower had mold/mildew. Coffee pot was not operable. In addition, we had to pay $10 to park in the garage which was not validated with a $289 room. Ridiculous! Overall, a terrible experience.

My room was not clean. I had a pair of old socks in there from previous guest and my smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling with cut wires. My room had a terrible view and the decor didn’t match. It felt like I was just put into the last available room. I’ve always had a great stay at Hilton hotels but I was very displeased with my room this time.

Hotel and location great. A/C in the rooms terrible. You can’t switch off so had to ask front desk to get the engineer to switch off remotely. So choice was A/C blasting all night or no A/C. Neither option good for a decent nights sleep. Shame as otherwise nice hotel and location.

Great location with no reason to fight Branson traffic! Food, shopping, views all under your feet. The room was nice and clean. Husband did have to fix the blind but had a great view of fountain. Bed was too firm and uncomfortable which made the rest of the vacation difficult to enjoy. Tried getting a bed topper and more wash cloths. After 3hrs, gave up went to dinner and had to call again. Fan never shut off and changing temp just caused it to blow hot or cold accordingly. All in it was nice but too many details missing to be worth the extra money

Loved the location of this hotel being on the landing and the balcony view, but the room walls were paper thin and we were put next door to a family with three screaming children literally all night and morning beating banging and screaming crying at the top of their lungs. also no full length mirror to get ready in room of this quality. loved the ice maker in freezer and glass walk in shower though. will definitely stay here again.

Branson Landing location is nice. Easy access to shopping, food, and The Branson Strip. The hotel appeared clean. The area is safe. In terms of the staff: the first lady I encountered at the front desk was not exactly welcoming. We arrived at 3:10 pm. She told us the room was ready, but then said there would be a $25 fee for an early check-in (4pm is standard). I understand rules, but the delivery of the information was rude. We decided to go eat and come back. The next gentleman was much nicer. In terms of hotel conditions: We stayed in the updated north tower. The shower broke on the first night. Was still somewhat operational (had to use as handheld, but no big deal). The second day, it broke completely. We alerted the front desk staff, who said "I will tell the engineer.". The shower was never fixed during our stay, nor were we offered another room. Luckily, the room had a bathtub as well, so we could still bathe. The air conditioning ran the entire stay. Lots of difficulty maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room.

Your check in staff were amazing. Even though I made a HUGE human error, they with a smile did not even hesitate, did even tell me I made a mistake.They just said oh I am so sorry! Let's us fix that a handed me a new room key. A few minutes later I literally misread the keycard! So thank you, you team actually made our trip alot better! You should be proud of your front desk staff!!

Awful from the very beginning. Check in was 3:00. Arrived around 5:00. Was told room was not ready. And they would call when was ready. And was not friendly or apologetic about it. Around 7:30 still no call. So I then called them & was told it was just now ready. Still not at all apologetic about any of it. Then finally in our room at 8:00. Window facing a pub that is open til 1:30 a.m. So could not go to sleep for the very loud music & people talking & yelling. So after all that. They still would not evan give us some kind of discount for the terrible stay. RIDICULOUS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE

Great location, great staff. Had an issue with the room being serviced initially but the issue was quickly rectified. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Branson!!

The hotel was beautiful. Property was immaculate inside and out and tastefully decorated. Security features was a plus. Downside was distance from parking to tower B; snack area was poorly stocked. Most hotels offer complimentary coffee whereas only coffee available cost around $3.00 from a machine. Others complained as well.

Beautiful hotel, in the heart of local dining and shopping. But the breakfast is not always included due to them relying on their sister hotel across the road offering the breakfast buffet. The waitress did not ask or tell us about this, so we ordered and then were told otherwise. Our waitress was unprofessional looking and kept wondering off. She was odd. But other than that it was nice.

The facility and the location are great! You can’t beat the location right outside of all of the Branson, Landing, shops and restaurants! Some of the front desk staff were just going through the motions so to speak While breakfast was included with my stay I didn’t realize it was a couple of blocks away in the other Hilton. Not a terribly big deal except it was pouring rain half the time I was there. This was the first place I’ve stayed in a long time that there were no water bottles provided in the room. I know that may seem small, but it just seemed that the facility was lacking in some amenities. The only option for coffee in the morning was a three dollar cup out of a machine. Again, the location and the facility were amazing. The Bellmen and the overnight staff were awesome as well! I just felt for the price, some of the basics were missing.
