Front desk staff was nice. Room was adequate, felt dated but clean. Bed was super comfortable. The big negative- taking a cold shower isn't pleasant and we had no hot water in the morning. It wasn't just our room because people in the dining area were complaining of their cold showers. Breakfast was ok. The hot food was barely warm and selection is limited, but it was enough to get us out the door without needing more food.

The place really needs updating. The pool area was totally trashed. This place really needs major refinishing. My father inlaw stayed in a room next to the ice machine and it smelled like mildew. Was a horrible place for him.

We were literally the only people there! Room smelled like mildew. My husband, within 2 minutes of being in the room, killed 3 bugs on the shower. My dog got a ton of fleas from only being in the room 5 minutes. We couldn’t stay any longer than 5 minutes. Front desk would give us our money back but we left anyway! Reviews on Orbitz are mostly fake. It has not been updated, pool not open and gross, rooms not clean! Shame on Best Western. I thought they were better that that. Corporate should be appalled.

When I booked the hotel it said there was a pool and breakfast starting at 6:00am. The pool liked like it jade t been open in years. Went down to breakfast the first morning at 6:30 - there was no breakfast, the lobby wasn’t even open - with a sign that said dial 0 for help. I chose this hotel because I needed a quick breakfast and I wanted someplace with a pool. Was very disappointed. The man at the desk at check in was very pleasant.

Additionally, the location advertised a swimming pool in the photos but did not disclose that the pool was not functioning. Very clean and easily accessible. The family that runs it is super nice and friendly. I was staying alone and they checked on me a couple of times just to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. Highly recommend.

Bathroom was old and dirty, property needs serious update! Tiny Shampoo and a bar of soap were the only amenities. Tap u see the door so large rodents could crawl under so we rolled up a towel to place in front of the gap.

We made our reservation on the road several hours ahead of time. We arrived and they didn't have our reservation. The agent tried to rebook us on the spot but I pre paid . We booked a two ber queen room that sleeps 4 we had 3 people and he charged us $10.00 for an extra person. Meanwhile while we had to call Travelocity he checked in a family of 2 adults 4 girls and one boy. They bought in their own camping cot and they had one room. NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR THEM Travelocity was great they called the hotel while they kept me on hold. We could hear the validation. Then he proceeded to check in three orher guest. Then got to us they had two people working at 830 pm and they said only one computer was working. When we finally got our room there was another three couples behind us. The room. MOLD GROWING IN THE TOILET. The lock latch was about to fall off. At least the beds were clean. and it was quiet.

My wife likes to lysol everthing when we get to a room and the room was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and the price was affordable. What more can you ask for.

This was just a one night stay while traveling through. It’s not fancy but it worked out nicely! They offer a hot breakfast, not just continental which was great! The bed was ok - not super comfortable if you’re a side sleeper but if you sleep on your back it would be great. Blankets are THIN THIN THIN which did leave me very chilly. Extra blankets are unfortunately not provided in the room. Overall I would probably stay there again if I was cruising through :)

I booked my stay weeks in advance and paid for the room too. So they knew I was coming. I checked in at 7:30pm. The room they gave me was so cold that it took the heater about 3 hours to warm up (The floor stayed cold longer). It was 39deg F outside. That was not nice

It was a good value for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The outlet for the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall a little. I didn’t like that I could see light from the outside around the door. Also the way the curtains were the air blew straight into the curtain. The staff was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by the options for breakfast. The eggs were a little rubbery but everything else was good.

We arrived at night and were told that our reservation had been cancelled. The app still showed my reservation, I had no cancelation emails. They insistedbI cancelled at 3 in the morning (when I was sleeping) and would notbhonor my hotels.com reservation but would gladly take my money for a new reservation. Theyvinsisted I would not be charged by Hotles.com. I was tired so I paid for a new reservation and decided to deal with it later.

This place is tucked away just off the highway smack in-between a cute roadside trinket shop and a little restaurant. I stayed here so I could see my husband graduate BCT and the manager seems to be an absolute darling of a gentleman. He allowed us an early check in but my husband I had time to kill so we parked in the lot for a bit to wait and he came to see if we were okay and even came out to get us when my room was ready. He chit chatted about his family of which he seems incredibly proud and I, personally, love a family run business so he definitely sent the wholesome meter skyrocketing. The property itself is nice and the lobby looked recently renovated or at the very least just super clean and welcoming. I'd rate it a 10/10 and will definitely be staying here again when I go back for my husbands AIT graduation.

It's a small property but very clean, well maintained and peaceful. Several convenience stores and gas stations nearby. For the price I think it was excellent. The only limitation, which happens with most small hotels, is that the included breakfast has limited options. But this did not bothered me since it is normal at this hotel price range, I think that everything was above my expectations.

The sign was so high that it was so noticeable that I found the hotel easily. Enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. The staff that I dealt with, Sam at check-in, Hema and Denny in the morning and afternoon were very kind, helpful, and friendly. If I were to come back again to St. Robert, I’m staying Montis Inn, again. I will recommend Montis Inn for families who are going to St. Robert for their Army soldier graduation. Thank you Montis Inn staff for my stay in your hotel.

The location lacked had an unpleasant smell and people hanging around the property upon arrival. I didn't end up staying at this location as a result. Additionally, the location advertised a swimming pool in the photos but did not disclose that the pool was not functioning. My family and I decided to stay at another hotel based on our experience upon arrival at Best Western.

This place is tucked away just off the highway smack in-between a cute roadside trinket shop and a little restaurant. I stayed here so I could see my husband graduate BCT and the manager seems to be an absolute darling of a gentleman. He allowed us an early check in but my husband I had time to kill so we parked in the lot for a bit to wait and he came to see if we were okay and even came out to get us when my room was ready. He chit chatted about his family of which he seems incredibly proud and I, personally, love a family run business so he definitely sent the wholesome meter skyrocketing. The property itself is nice and the lobby looked recently renovated or at the very least just super clean and welcoming. I'd rate it a 10/10 and will definitely be staying here again when I go back for my husbands AIT graduation.

This was just a one night stay while traveling through. It’s not fancy but it worked out nicely! They offer a hot breakfast, not just continental which was great! The bed was ok - not super comfortable if you’re a side sleeper but if you sleep on your back it would be great. Blankets are THIN THIN THIN which did leave me very chilly. Extra blankets are unfortunately not provided in the room. Overall I would probably stay there again if I was cruising through :)

Front desk staff was nice. Room was adequate, felt dated but clean. Bed was super comfortable. The big negative- taking a cold shower isn't pleasant and we had no hot water in the morning. It wasn't just our room because people in the dining area were complaining of their cold showers. Breakfast was ok. The hot food was barely warm and selection is limited, but it was enough to get us out the door without needing more food.

It was a decent stay but the email said check out was at 1100 and the staff came by shortly after 1000 and said it was time to go. Plus the morning “breakfast”/ hot food (eggs/sausage/potatoes) looked like it had been put out for several mornings in a row.

When I booked the hotel it said there was a pool and breakfast starting at 6:00am. The pool liked like it jade t been open in years. Went down to breakfast the first morning at 6:30 - there was no breakfast, the lobby wasn’t even open - with a sign that said dial 0 for help. I chose this hotel because I needed a quick breakfast and I wanted someplace with a pool. Was very disappointed. The man at the desk at check in was very pleasant.

AC was great. Breakfast was alright, you didnt go hungry. scramble eggs were eggs patties like on a McMuffin which I didnt mind. Potatoes were dry, buy everything else was good.

It was a good value for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The outlet for the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall a little. I didn’t like that I could see light from the outside around the door. Also the way the curtains were the air blew straight into the curtain. The staff was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by the options for breakfast. The eggs were a little rubbery but everything else was good.
