Room and bathroom were very clean. Really appreciated the extra pillow. I have mobility issues and was glad a ground floor room was available. This is the third time I have stayed here. Never disappointed. Only one issue, and I failed to mention it at the desk. The support bar in the shower was unattached to the tub (room #107). I did not have my glasses on and stumbled when I tried to use the bar for support. I was able to work around it. However, when I stay over night in West Plains again, I will stay here.

Clean, conscience, but Wi-Fi was terrible. I needed wifi to upload for work and could never get it to work. I had to go to a restaurant to upload my work
